In the step one, the flat plate type weighing loader is used for weighing the vehicle to obtain weighing data, in the step two and the step three, the temperature acquisition controller and the weighing controller are used, the error correction rate closest to the current temperature in the historical data of the weighing controller can be called according to the current temperature data, and the obtained weighing data are corrected and calculated again according to the error correction rate.
In the third step, the method for self-learning of the weighing controller comprises the following steps:

When the automatic weighing apparatus of the road vehicle is periodically calibrated, the weighing controller can also be combined with the current ambient temperature to automatically update and correct the compensation correction threshold value of the corresponding temperature section, and along with the increase of the calibration times, the weighing controller can continuously learn and update the temperature compensation correction threshold value according to different ambient temperatures, so that the weighing controller can more effectively eliminate the influence caused by the ambient temperature of the system in different temperature sections of high temperature, low temperature and the like, and can output more objective and accurate weighing results.
When the automatic weighing system and the method are used, the influence of the external temperature and the internal temperature of the automatic weighing machine of the vehicle can be removed in a targeted manner, and meanwhile, the damage of equipment and the reduction of weighing precision after the automatic weighing machine of the vehicle is used for a long time can be effectively eliminated by combining the structural improvement of the automatic weighing machine of the vehicle in the weighing system, so that the damage rate of the automatic weighing machine of the vehicle is reduced to a certain extent; in the process of temperature error correction, the invention can not only preset the correction threshold value of factory temperature compensation for the weighing controller according to historical empirical values, but also can timely update the correction threshold value of the correction temperature compensation according to calibration and calibration at different environmental temperatures on site, and automatically learn and accumulate the empirical values of the error correction at different historical temperatures, so that the weighing result tends to be objective and accurate.

1. A weighing system for road vehicles, the weighing system comprising: weighing detecting system and weighing correction system, weighing detecting system includes:
the automatic weighing apparatus comprises a weighing carrier and a weighing carrier frame for supporting the weighing carrier; the automatic weighing apparatus for a vehicle specifically includes: a weighing platform panel (15) for forming a weighing carrier and a plurality of groups of weighing platform rib plates (16) which are vertical to the weighing platform panel; the elastic strain beam (10) is fixed at the lower end of the weighing platform panel (15), and a weighing sensor mounting hole is formed in the elastic strain beam; a load cell (11) fixed in the load cell mounting hole; a deflection angle of 1.5-5 degrees is formed between one transverse side edge of the weighing carrier frame body and the vertical direction, a leveling beam (3) which plays a supporting and leveling role is fixedly connected to the bottom of the weighing carrier frame body, and a plurality of leveling devices (8) used for calibrating the relative flatness between the upper surface of the weighing carrier and a lane road surface are fixedly connected to the two ends of the leveling beam;
the vehicle separation equipment is used for detecting and recording relative displacement data between the vehicle and the vehicle automatic weighing apparatus;
the analog quantity amplifier is used for amplifying and outputting a weighing signal of the weighing loader;
the weighing correction system comprises: the weighing controller is arranged in the automatic weighing apparatus for detecting the real-time temperature of each part in the automatic weighing apparatus, the weighing controller is connected with the temperature acquisition controller and comprehensively analyzes and judges weighing data and temperature detection data in the weighing detection system.

The weighing system of claim 1, wherein the weighing detection system further comprises a digital-to-analog collector for receiving the output signal of the analog amplifier, the digital-to-analog collector is further for receiving the output signal of the vehicle separation device, and the digital-to-analog collector is connected with the weighing controller.

The weighing system of claim 1, wherein the vehicle separation device comprises a ground sensing coil embedded in the ground for detecting the relative displacement between the vehicle and the weighing carrier, and a vehicle detector electrically connected with the ground sensing coil, and the vehicle detector is connected with the digital-analog collector.

The weighing system of claim 1, wherein the weighing carrier has a temperature sensing module (12) fixedly connected to an inner surface thereof, and the weighing carrier frame has a drain pipe (6) and a threading pipe (7) fixedly connected to an inner surface thereof; fixedly connected with sealing strip (13) in linking up the seam of weighing carrier and weighing carrier framework, calibration fixed orifices (4) have all been seted up to the both sides of weighing carrier framework upper surface.

A road vehicle weighing system as claimed in claim 4, wherein the automatic vehicle scale further comprises: the calibration device (20) is arranged on the upper surface of the weighing carrier frame body (2) and detachably connected with the weighing carrier frame body (2), and is connected with the weighing sensor through the calibration control device.

The weighing system for road vehicles according to claim 4, wherein the weighing platform panel is provided with a panel anti-skid groove (14) on the surface, the calibration fixing hole (4) formed on the upper surface of the weighing carrier frame body (2) is connected with a fastening bolt in a threaded manner, and the two lateral side surfaces of the weighing carrier frame body (2) are respectively provided with symmetrical butt joint fixing holes (9).
