Example 1
Generally, a display shell device comprises a display shell bottle body and a display shell control component arranged in the display shell bottle body. Wherein, the display shell control part sprays the corresponding display shell effect from the display shell bottle body according to the preset control logic. According to the invention, the power supply plugging equipment is arranged outside the display shell bottle body, so that on one hand, the power supply is provided for the display shell control component through the power supply plugging equipment, and on the other hand, the detection of the display shell with faults is realized.
Preferably, as shown in figures 1-4, the present invention provides a preferred embodiment of a display shell apparatus comprising a display shell bottle 1 and a display shell control member mounted within the display shell bottle 1.
The display shell control component is a main controller for spraying display shells, and control logic is stored in the main controller. When the display shell control component is electrified, the display shell device is controlled to spray out the corresponding display shell effect according to the preset control logic.
The present embodiment includes a power supply plug-in device. The power supply plug-in equipment is arranged outside the display shell bottle body 1. The power supply plug-in device comprises a power supply line 3 and a plug 4. One end of the power supply line 3 penetrates into the display shell bottle body 1 from the display shell bottle body 1 and is electrically connected with the display shell control component, the other end of the power supply line is connected with the external host equipment 5 through the plug 4, and the power supply of the display shell control component is supplied through the external host equipment 5.
Preferably, the external host device 5 also determines whether the display shell control component is normal through the power supply plug-in device, so as to determine whether the display shell device is excited. In this way, it is possible to distinguish between faulty display shells, i.e. display shells that have been fired but not fired, by means of the power supply plug-in device. That is, whether the display shell device is excited is determined by the external host device 5 detecting whether the power supply plug-in device is turned on.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the power supply line 3 of the power supply plug-in device is electrically connected to the plug 4. And the plug 4 includes a plug housing and a protective tube 43 provided in the plug housing.

In the practical application process, the universal meter can be used for connecting the first connecting terminal and the fourth connecting terminal to test whether the protective tube 43 is in a conducting state or not, so as to judge whether the display shell device is excited or not.
Preferably, the safety tube 43 is a disposable safety tube. That is, when the external host device 5 supplies power to the shell control part through the power supply plug-in device, a large current is discharged to the fuse 43 so that the fuse 43 is blown, and the fuse 43 is in an open state. That is, when it is detected that the fuse 43 is in the open state, the display device is considered to have been activated, but not ejected for other reasons such as failure, so that the user can easily distinguish the failed display from the normal display by using the tool.
As shown in fig. 2-3, the embodiment further includes an encryption chip 2 disposed at the bottom of the shell bottle 1. A code is stored by the encryption chip 2 for identifying the display shell device.
The external host device 5 is connected with the encryption chip 2, reads the encryption data of the encryption chip 2 and judges whether to supply power to the shell control component through the power supply plug-in device according to the encryption data.
For example, the data stored in the encryption chip 2 is set in advance in the external host device 5, and then the read encrypted data of the encryption chip 2 is judged as to whether or not it is consistent with the data stored in itself, thereby judging whether or not to supply power. For another example, the external host device 5 may preset a data judgment condition, compare the read encrypted data of the encryption chip 2 with the preset condition, and judge whether to supply power according to the comparison result. The invention only sets the encryption chip 2 for storing the corresponding data to identify the display shell device, and the control logic for whether to supply power is preset by staff and stored in the external host equipment 5, and the read data is directly matched with the control logic during control.
Preferably, the external host device 5 acquires the encrypted data of the encryption chip 2 through the chip reading apparatus 6. Preferably, the encryption chip 2 is in a non-contact radio frequency mode, and the encrypted data is a string of information codes. That is, the encryption chip 2 is an RFID chip. The chip reading device 6 is an RFID signal reading device. Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the bottom of the display shell bottle 1 is provided with an encryption chip protection shell 21. The encryption chip 2 is arranged in the encryption chip protection shell 21, the encryption chip 2 is protected through the encryption chip protection shell 21, the encryption chip 2 is prevented from being in contact with the outside, and damage to the encryption chip 2 is caused during the spraying operation of the shell.
Wherein the external host device 5 is also in contact with the cryptographic chip protection housing 21 through the RFID signal reading means, obtaining the cryptographic data of the cryptographic chip 2.
Preferably, the cryptographic chip protection housing 21 includes a cryptographic chip protection housing upper cover 22 and a cryptographic chip protection housing bottom case 23, and the cryptographic chip protection housing upper cover 22 is mounted on the cryptographic chip protection housing bottom case 23, so that a cavity for accommodating the cryptographic chip 2 is formed therebetween. For example, the encryption chip 2 can be easily mounted by snap-connecting the encryption chip protection case upper cover 22 with the encryption chip protection case bottom case 23.
Preferably, the present embodiment further provides that, when the encryption chip 2 is not provided in the encryption chip protection shell 21, that is, the external host device 5 cannot read the encrypted data of the encryption chip 2, the external host device 5 does not supply power to the shell control part through the power supply plug-in device, and the shell device does not spray. When the external host device 5 reads the encrypted data of the encryption chip 2 and the encrypted data of the encryption chip 2 passes verification, power is supplied to the display shell control component through the power supply plug-in equipment, so that the display shell control component sprays corresponding display shell effects according to preset control logic.
