The mounting device 3 is used to mount the trim cover 2 to an external mounting base (wall surface), and enables seamless mounting with the ceiling 200 (see fig. 7).
Referring to fig. 2 to 6, each mounting device 3 includes a housing 31, an upper cover 32 provided on the top of the housing 31, a lower cover 33 provided on the bottom of the housing 31, a support arm 34, and a link 35.
The housing 31 is hollow, a first partition 361 and a second partition 362 are provided in the housing 31, and the first partition 361 is provided above the second partition 362 at an interval. A rotation mechanism layer is provided above the first partition 361, a drive layer is provided in a space between the first partition 361 and the second partition 362, and a lift mechanism layer is provided below the second partition 362. The driving layer includes a first motor 371, a second motor 372, a first transmission gear set 373, and a second transmission gear set 374 in the present embodiment. The first transmission gear set 373 may transmit the torque of the first motor 371 to the rotation mechanism layer, and the second transmission gear set 374 may transmit the torque of the second motor 372 to the lift mechanism layer. The output shaft of the first motor 371 extends upward, and the first motor 371 may be fixed within the housing 31 by a mounting plate 375. The first transmission gear set 373 has a first primary gear 3731 as an input and a first final gear 3732 as an output. The first primary gear 3731 of the first transmission gear set 373 is provided on the output shaft of the first electric motor 371. In the present embodiment, the first transmission gear set 373 has only two gears that mesh with each other, i.e., the first primary gear 3731 and the first final gear 3732 mesh directly. Alternatively, one or more intermeshing gears may be provided between the first primary gear 3731 and the first final gear 3732. An output shaft of the second motor 372 extends downward, and the second motor 372 may be fixed to the first partition 361. The second drive gear set 374 has a second primary gear 3741 as an input and a second final gear 3742 as an output. The second primary gear 3741 of the second drive gear set 374 is disposed on the output shaft of the second electric machine 372. In this embodiment, the second drive gear set 374 has only two intermeshing gears, a second primary gear 3741 and a second final gear 3742, which are in direct mesh. Alternatively, one or more intermeshing gears may be provided between the second primary gear 3741 and the second final gear 3742.
The rotation mechanism layer includes a longitudinally extending first central shaft 381, and a first partition 361 is fixedly disposed within the housing 31. The first central shaft 381 extends downward from above the first partition 361 to below the first partition 361 so as to pass through the center of the first final stage gear 3732 of the first transmission gear set 373 and rotate in synchronization with the first final stage gear 3732. The rotating mechanism layer further includes a first transmission shaft 382 and a second transmission shaft 383, which are disposed parallel to the first central shaft 381, wherein the first transmission shaft 382 is driven by the first central shaft 381 to rotate, and the second transmission shaft 383 is driven by the first transmission shaft 382 to rotate. The first transmission shaft 382 and the first central shaft 381, and the first transmission shaft 382 and the second transmission shaft 383 may be driven by gears engaged with each other, whereby the first transmission shaft 382 and the second transmission shaft 383 rotate in opposite directions. The first transmission shafts 382 are symmetrically disposed with respect to the first central axis 381, and the second transmission shafts 383 are symmetrically disposed with respect to the first central axis 381. Preferably, the first transmission shafts 382 and the second transmission shafts 383 are arranged on the same circle centering on the first central axis 381, and the arc length between each first transmission shaft 382 and the adjacent second transmission shaft 383 is equal. First connection seats 384 are respectively arranged on the first transmission shaft 382 and the second transmission shaft 383, for example, on the tops of the first transmission shaft 382 and the second transmission shaft 383, a first connection hole 3841 is opened on each first connection seat 384, and the first connection hole 3841 extends in the transverse direction. The support arm 34 has four, and each first connection hole 3841 is rotatably connected to the corresponding support arm 34 by a pin or the like. Therefore, when the first transmission shaft 382 and the second transmission shaft 383 rotate around their axes respectively, the supporting arm 34 can be driven to rotate around the first connecting seat 384 in the transverse direction. The included angle between two adjacent support arms 34 on the first transmission shaft 382 and the second transmission shaft 383 is beta.
A first pressure sensor 341 and a second pressure sensor 342 are provided on each support arm 34, wherein the first pressure sensor 341 is provided outside the end portion of the support arm 34 (the end portion outside means the side of the end portion away from the respective drive shaft in the lateral direction), and the second pressure sensor 342 is provided on the top face of the end portion of the support arm 34.
The lift mechanism layer includes a second center shaft 391 extending in a longitudinal direction, which is coaxial with the first center shaft 381, and the second center shaft 391 extends downward from below the second partition 362 to above the second partition 362, passes through the center of the second final stage gear 3742 of the second transmission gear set 374, and rotates in synchronization with the second final stage gear 3742. The second central shaft 391 is a screw rod structure, which is a smooth peripheral wall except for the connection with the second final stage gear 3742, and the other positions are screw rod structures with threads. The nut 392 is sleeved on the outer periphery of the portion of the second center shaft 391 with threads, and the nut 392 is fixed with the second partition 362, so that when the second center shaft 391 is driven by the second motor 372 to rotate around its axis, the second partition 362 can be driven to move up and down by the nut 392. The second partition 362 has a notch 3621 at its edge, so that it can be engaged with the inner sidewall of the housing 31 (e.g., a protrusion matching with the notch 3621) to prevent the second partition 362 from rotating in the lateral direction relative to the housing. The second partition 362 is provided with a rotating sleeve 393, a rotating column 394 is arranged in the rotating sleeve 393, the rotating column 394 can rotate around the axis of the rotating column 394 relative to the rotating sleeve 393, and the axis of the rotating column 394 is parallel to the second central shaft 391. The rotating column 394 has four, preferably symmetrically disposed about the second central axis 391. That is, each rotating column 394 corresponds to the first transmission shaft 382 or the second transmission shaft 383, and the rotation center of each rotating column 394 coincides with the rotation center of the corresponding first transmission shaft 382 or the second transmission shaft 383. Each rotating column 394, for example, the top of the rotating column 394 is provided with a second connecting seat 395, each second connecting seat 395 is provided with a second connecting hole 3951, and the second connecting hole 3951 extends in the transverse direction. The links 35 have four, each of the second connecting holes 3951 may be pivotally connected to one end of the corresponding link 35 by a pin or the like, and the other end of each link 35 is pivotally connected to the corresponding support arm 34, for example, pivotally connected to the middle of the support arm 34, and the rotational axes of the two ends of the link 35 are parallel. Thus, when the second partition 362 is lifted, the rotation column 394 is lifted, so that the link 35 rotates around the rotation column 394 in the longitudinal direction, and the support arm 34 rotates around the first connection seat 384 in the longitudinal direction. Meanwhile, the link 35 can be driven to rotate transversely due to the transverse rotation of the support arm 34. Preferably, the connecting rod 35 can be extended and contracted in the extending direction thereof to form an extension rod, thereby changing the overall length. The telescopic structure of the link 35 is telescopic using the prior art, and the telescopic parts can be positioned relative to each other. The telescopic mechanism can be electric telescopic mechanism or manual telescopic mechanism.
Each of the support arms 34 and the links 35 extends outside the housing 31.
The mounting device 3 further includes a horizontal support 40, the horizontal support 40 is disposed above the upper cover 32, and the horizontal support 40 and the upper cover 32 are slidably engaged with each other through the structure of the sliding groove and the sliding block, so that the upper cover 32 can slide in the lateral direction (slide in the left-right direction in the mounted state) with respect to the horizontal support 40, and the housing 31 is located at the middle position of the trim cover 2. The horizontal support 40 is provided with an adjustable stud 401 to facilitate adjustment of the levelness of the horizontal support 40 when mounted with the ceiling 200. The number of the adjustable studs 401 is four, the four positions of the horizontal support platform 40 are respectively arranged, and the four adjustable studs are symmetrical to each other in pairs.
