The O-shaped ring is a quick-wear part, has limited service life, and can cause muddy water to leak after aging and abrasion. To the mud valve of cylinder direct mount on the valve body (being called the integral type), muddy water can leak to the cylinder in, the cylinder generally is the carbon steel material, corrodes easily, can lead to the piston bite after the inner wall is corroded, and the valve action is inflexible, has lost the function of mud valve fast switch. If the piston ring also damages simultaneously, muddy water then can continue to go upward, leaks to piston upper portion to carry by compressed air in to the switch board, lead to the fastener short circuit to burn out, other valves of this switch board control also can't move, influence production, therefore, we have proposed a mud valve and have solved above-mentioned problem.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

3. Through being provided with the breathing hole at cylinder head center, through the atmospheric pressure of breathing hole balanced piston upper portion and environment, reduce the moment of opening the valve, conveniently inspect the piston action condition simultaneously, and can also directly fill the grease under the condition of not opening the cylinder head.

the cylinder bracket 5 is fixed on the valve cover 4, the top end of the cylinder bracket 5 is provided with a cylinder 7, the top end of the cylinder 7 is provided with a cylinder cover 9, the cylinder cover 9 is fixedly connected with the cylinder bracket 5 through a pull rod bolt 12, the middle part of the cylinder cover 9 is provided with a breathing hole 10, the inside of the cylinder 7 is provided with a piston, the top end of the piston is provided with a conical spring 11, the conical spring 11 is positioned between the piston and the cylinder cover 9, and the bottom end of the piston is provided with a valve rod 3, the valve rod 3 is inserted in the cylinder bracket 5, the valve rod 3 penetrates through the valve cover 4, and the end of valve rod 3 is fixed with valve clack 2, and valve rod 3 runs through valve gap 4 department and is provided with O type circle 8, and O type circle 8 is fixed on valve gap 4, and the cover is equipped with valve rod sheath 13 on the valve rod 3, and valve rod sheath 13 is located cylinder support 5, is provided with air source interface 6 on the cylinder support 5, air source interface 6 and 7 internal connection of cylinder.
