Background
Offshore natural gas wells, especially those of offshore fixed platform structure type, are the main force of gas production in offshore natural gas development in our country. Through efficient development of nearly twenty years, the whole offshore natural gas field enters the middle and later development stages at present, various problems are obvious, the yield is reduced gradually, the situation is severe, how to adjust and optimize the development scheme is to fully excavate the internal reserves and yield potential of the old gas field, and the improvement of the development effect of the old gas field becomes the key point and difficulty of development and is also a common technical problem faced by various developed offshore natural gas fields.
The key technology is as follows: in the later development stage, natural gas wells are flooded with water and produce water to different degrees, and the early research depth on the water production problem of the gas field is not enough, so that the existing gas field production pipe column does not have the measures of later drainage, gas production, water plugging and control and the like, thereby bringing great limitation to the treatment of the gas field water wells and greatly influencing the productivity of the gas wells. In addition, due to the insertion of the speed pipe column, the original safety valve cannot be normally used, the blanking plug is arranged, when the oil pipe is normally used for production operation, the blanking plug is kept in a contraction state, when the annular channel for exhausting is required to be closed under abnormal conditions in offshore production, the blanking plug can be opened through wellhead operation and is in an opening state, so that the upper and lower communication of the annular channel is blocked, and the gas is blocked from being continuously exhausted out of the well. By adopting the device, the original production pipe column can be kept in the later gas production process of the natural gas well, the continuous and stable production of the natural gas well is ensured, meanwhile, the drainage treatment of the accumulated liquid is realized, the technical requirement on the offshore well control safety can be met, and the safety and the environmental protection of the offshore natural gas production are ensured.
In one embodiment, the end of the velocity string at the wellhead is provided with a well control device for cutting off the velocity string. When the offshore production operation meets a high risk condition, the speed pipe column is cut off by the well control device only under the condition that the safety can not be ensured by the blocking effect of the blanking plug, and the quick-break pipe column falls below the safety valve, so that the safety valve can be normally used, and the safety valve is closed to ensure the safety.
