opening a well site incoming liquid manifold 1, a first valve 2, a filter 3, a second valve 4 and a first pressure reducing valve 5, closing a third valve 6, enabling crude oil to enter a well site returning liquid treatment integrated device 7 from a well site returning liquid treatment integrated device incoming liquid main inlet 25, enabling the crude oil to flow out of a well site returning liquid treatment integrated device oil main outlet 26 after treatment, enabling the crude oil to enter a buffer pressurization integrated device 9 through a well site returning liquid treatment integrated device output pipeline 44 and a buffer pressurization integrated device crude oil main inlet 31 after pressure reduction through a second pressure reducing valve 8, enabling the crude oil to flow out of a buffer pressurization integrated device crude oil main outlet 32 after pressurization, and carrying or pulling the crude oil to a ground system through a first insulating joint 10 and a buffer pressurization integrated device output pipeline 11.

The buffering and pressurizing integrated device 9 comprises a first electric valve 53, crude oil enters a separation buffer tank 54 and a second flowmeter 62, two pipelines are arranged between the crude oil entering the separation buffer tank 54 and the second flowmeter 62, and a second electric valve 55, a single-screw pump I57 and a third electric valve 58 are sequentially arranged on one pipeline; the other line is provided with a fourth electric valve 59, a single screw pump II 60 and a fifth electric valve 61 in sequence. The buffering and supercharging integrated device is also provided with a bypass valve 56, one side of a pipeline where the bypass valve 56 is located is connected with the first electric valve 53, and the other side of the pipeline is connected with a second flowmeter 62; the top of the integrated device 9 is provided with an outlet 33 for associated gas of the integrated device, and the bottom is provided with a drain 34 for the integrated device.
The operation process of the buffering and pressurizing integrated device 9 is as follows: opening a first electric valve 53, enabling the crude oil to enter a separation buffer tank 54, opening a second electric valve 55, a single-screw pump I57, a third electric valve 58 and a flowmeter II 62, and enabling the crude oil to enter a crude oil main outlet 32 of the buffer pressurization integrated device; the fourth electric valve 59, the single-screw pump two 60 and the fifth electric valve 61 are closed. The second electric valve 55, the single-screw pump I57, the third electric valve 58, the fourth electric valve 59, the single-screw pump II 60 and the fifth electric valve 61 are mutually standby, and when the single-screw pump I57 is overhauled, the second electric valve 55, the single-screw pump I57, the third electric valve 58, the fourth electric valve 59, the single-screw pump II 60 and the fifth electric valve 61 are closed. And vice versa.
The operation flow of the sump oil recovery integrated device 24 is as follows: the sump oil enters the non-leakage explosion-proof sump oil recovery device 63 through the inlet, and the sump oil enters the sump oil recovery integrated device outlet 45 through the fourteenth valve 64; the non-leakage explosion-proof dirty oil recovery device 63 is a conventional device, and will not be further described in this embodiment.
After being processed by the buffering and pressurizing integrated device 9, the sewage is discharged from a sewage outlet 29 of the wellsite return liquid processing integrated device and is connected to a sewage oil recovery integrated device inlet 38 of the sewage oil recovery integrated device 24 through a sewage pipeline 37 of the wellsite return liquid processing integrated device; the oil recovered by the sump oil recovery integrated device 24 enters the buffer pressurization integrated device 9 again for subsequent treatment. The associated gas processed by the buffering and pressurizing integrated device 9 passes through the associated gas outlet 33 of the buffering and pressurizing integrated device, the emptying pipeline 42 of the buffering and pressurizing integrated device, the flame arrester 12 and the emptying header 13. The dirty oil treated by the integrated buffering and pressurizing device 9 passes through the drain outlet 34 of the integrated buffering and pressurizing device and the drain pipeline 40 of the integrated buffering and pressurizing device to reach the inlet 38 of the integrated dirty oil recovery device 24.
The outlet water at the lower part of the well site flowback liquid treatment integrated device 7 is connected to the water storage device 23 through a well site flowback liquid treatment integrated device water outlet 30 and a well site flowback liquid treatment integrated device water pipeline 39.
If the filtration is not needed, the first valve 2, the filter 3, the second valve 4 and the third valve 6 are closed.
And opening a wellsite casing gas inlet manifold 17, a sixth valve 18, a flow meter 19 and a seventh valve 20, closing a fifth valve 16, metering the wellsite casing gas by a pipe valve assembly, and delivering the casing gas to a light hydrocarbon plant or an LNG (liquefied natural gas) mixed hydrocarbon plant through a wellsite casing gas associated gas output pipeline 43 and a third insulation joint 21 to an associated gas output header 22.
The safety valve vent 28 of the wellsite flowback liquid treatment integrated device 7 passes through a wellsite flowback liquid treatment integrated device vent pipeline 36, and the flame arrester 12 is connected to the vent manifold 13; the associated gas treated by the wellsite flowback liquid treatment integrated device 7 reaches the associated gas output header 22 from the wellsite flowback liquid treatment integrated device associated gas outlet 27 through the second insulating joint 14, the wellsite flowback liquid treatment integrated device associated gas output pipeline 35 and the third insulating joint 21.

and (3) opening the wellsite casing gas inlet manifold 17, the sixth valve 18, the flowmeter 19 and the seventh valve 20, closing the fifth valve 16, metering the casing gas, passing the wellsite casing gas associated gas outlet pipeline 43 through the wellsite casing gas, entering the associated gas outlet header 22 through the third insulating joint 21, and outputting the associated gas to a light hydrocarbon plant or an LNG hydrocarbon mixing plant.
The invention can complete dehydration at well site, reduce the water content of crude oil to below 35%, then collect and transport or pull to ground system, and store and recycle the produced water in site in large well group to nearby fracturing well site. The device adopts skid-mounted design, and area is little, construction cycle is short, convenient operation, and the later stage can be according to actual demand, moves the device to other new development blocks cyclic utilization.

the other outlet at the upper end of the well site flowback liquid treatment integrated device (7) is connected with an associated gas output header pipe (22);
the outlet of the wellsite casing gas inlet manifold (17) is divided into three pipelines, the first pipeline is connected with an associated gas output header manifold (22), and a sixth valve (18), a flowmeter (19) and a seventh valve (20) are sequentially arranged on the pipelines; the second pipeline is connected with the first pipeline in parallel, and a fifth valve (16) is arranged on the second pipeline; and a fourth valve (15) is arranged on the third pipeline, the third pipeline is connected with a vent header (13), and the joint of the third pipeline and the vent header is positioned at the upstream of the flame arrester (12).
