the cover plate is covered on the bottom plate and is used for clamping a collar to be sewn in a matched manner with the bottom plate; the cover plate is provided with second suture line grooves which vertically correspond to the first suture line grooves, and is also provided with two second connecting holes which are respectively communicated with two ends of the second suture line grooves, the two second connecting holes are respectively and rotatably connected with a positioning disc, and the positioning disc is provided with a plurality of positioning holes which vertically correspond to the collar angle suture line grooves;
when the cover plate and the bottom plate are matched and clamped to clamp the collar to be sewn for sewing, the rotary disc rotates to the collar angle sewing line groove matched with the collar to be sewn to be aligned with the first sewing line groove, and the positioning disc rotates to the corresponding positioning hole to be aligned with the second sewing line groove.
