The preparation method of the bioactive component solution comprises the steps of mixing extracts of chitin and seaweed according to a mass ratio of 4:1, dissolving the mixture in absolute ethyl alcohol, and then carrying out ultrasonic homogenization to prepare the bioactive component solution, wherein the homogenization temperature is 80 ℃, the mean power is 15kw, and the homogenization time is 3 hours.

The preparation method of the bioactive component-containing molecular nest comprises the steps of putting a bioactive component solution, a porous nano molecular nest dispersion liquid, a titanate coupling agent and polyvinyl amine into a stirring kettle with high shear to carry out high shear, wherein the mass ratio of the bioactive component solution to the porous nano molecular nest dispersion liquid to the titanate coupling agent to the polyvinyl amine is 10: 10: 1:1, the high shearing temperature is 55 ℃, the shearing speed is 7200rpm, the shearing time is 22min, and after the high shearing is finished, the heat preservation is carried out for 1.5 hours at the temperature of 55 ℃ to obtain the porous nano molecular nest dispersion liquid containing the bioactive components. Then spray drying to obtain dried molecular nest containing bioactive components.
And (3) dispersing the molecular nest containing the bioactive component, namely adding sodium pyrophosphate into the dried molecular nest containing the bioactive component, and then adding into a grinding machine for grinding, wherein the rotating speed of a grinding disc is 35 revolutions per minute, the grinding time is 6 minutes, and the grinding pressure is 2 kilograms per square centimeter, so that the dispersed molecular nest containing the bioactive component is obtained.

Comparative example 2: the large biological wall cloth containing the bioactive components and the preparation method thereof are adopted, and the differences are that: in the preparation process of the molecular nest containing the bioactive components, polyvinylamine is omitted, and only the bioactive component solution, the porous nano molecular nest dispersion liquid and the titanate coupling agent are put into a stirring kettle with high shear for high shear.

The preparation method of the large biological wall cloth containing the bioactive components is characterized in that the porous nano molecular nest is prepared by preparing a calcium chloride solution with the mass fraction of 10%, and then adding hydrogen peroxide into the calcium chloride solution while stirring, wherein the mass ratio of the calcium chloride solution to the hydrogen peroxide is 1 (2-4), the stirring speed is 100-110rpm, the stirring time is 30-35min, and a pore-increasing agent is obtained after the stirring is finished; and then pouring the pore-increasing agent into 100-mesh zeolite powder for heating and stirring, wherein the heating temperature is 80-85 ℃, the stirring speed is 70-80rpm, the heating and stirring time is 50-55min, and the mass ratio of the pore-increasing agent to the zeolite powder is 1: (3-5), after heating and stirring are finished, spray drying is carried out, and a porous molecular nest is obtained; and then adding the modified zeolite powder into a ball mill, and grinding for 1-1.5 hours at the ball-material ratio of (30-35): 1 and the ball mill rotation speed of 200-250r/min to obtain the porous nano molecular nest.

The method for preparing bio-wall cloth containing bio-active ingredients as claimed in claim 2, wherein the bio-active ingredient solution is prepared by mixing chitin and seaweed extracts in a mass ratio of (2-4): 1, dissolving in absolute ethanol, and then performing ultrasonic homogenization to prepare the bio-active ingredient solution, wherein the homogenization temperature is 70-80 ℃, the mean power is 10-15kw, and the homogenization time is 2-3 hours.
