Abstract
The invention discloses a bridge anti-corrosion lubricating grease which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-85 parts of base oil, 10-15 parts of thickening agent, 3-8 parts of benzotriazole fatty acid ammonium salt, 5-7 parts of isocyanate, 2-5 parts of dialkyl diphenylamine, 5-8 parts of polyacrylamide, 3-5 parts of polyisobutylene and 1-3 parts of antirust agent. The lubricating grease has more outstanding pumping performance, permeability, extreme pressure abrasion resistance, water resistance and protective performance, is particularly suitable for lubricating the bridge supporting device working under severe environment conditions, effectively improves the corrosion resistance of the bridge, greatly prolongs the service life of the bridge and reduces the use cost.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of lubricating grease, and particularly relates to bridge anti-corrosion lubricating grease and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the continuous development of scientific technology, the technology of the manufacturing industry is more and more developed, various high-speed rails, highways and the like are continuously built, various bridges need to be built in the construction process, because the weight of vehicles such as automobiles, passenger cars, trucks, trains and the like is more and more increased due to the development of the existing science and technology, the bearing capacity of the bridge needs to be more and more increased, the corrosion resistance of the bridge needs to be improved to improve the service quality of the bridge, and in order to avoid the oxidation of used materials during the bridge construction, some lubricating grease needs to be added in advance in the construction process, so that the corrosion and rust of the bridge in the use process can be effectively avoided, and therefore, the special anti-corrosive lubricating grease for the bridge needs to be developed to improve the safety performance and the service life of the bridge.

The invention relates to a bridge anti-corrosion lubricating grease which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 60-85 parts of base oil, 10-15 parts of a thickening agent, 3-8 parts of benzotriazole fatty acid ammonium salt, 5-7 parts of isocyanate, 2-5 parts of dialkyl diphenylamine, 5-8 parts of polyacrylamide, 3-5 parts of polyisobutylene and 1-3 parts of an antirust agent, wherein the base oil is one or a mixture of more than two of synthetic oil, BS synthetic oil and high-viscosity mineral oil, and the thickening agent is fatty acid.
The paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 65 parts of base oil, 12 parts of a thickening agent, 5 parts of benzotriazole fatty acid ammonium salt, 6 parts of isocyanate, 3 parts of dialkyl diphenylamine, 3 parts of polyacrylamide, 4 parts of polyisobutylene and 2 parts of an antirust agent.
The method comprises the following steps:
(1) adding 10-15 parts by weight of thickening agent and 25-30 parts by weight of base oil into a saponification kettle, gradually heating until fatty acid is dissolved, and stirring;
(2) when the temperature of the mixed solution in the step (1) is raised to 60-70 ℃, adding 5-7 parts of isocyanate into a saponification kettle, continuously raising the temperature for saponification, controlling the temperature to be 100-;
(3) after the saponification reaction is finished, the qualified materials are continuously heated to 120 ℃, 35-55 parts by weight of base oil are added for thickening, 3-8 parts of benzotriazole fatty acid ammonium salt are added for stirring, the temperature is continuously heated to 130-;
and (2) refluxing and cooling the lubricating grease for 2-4h under stirring in a blending kettle, adding 3-5 parts of polyisobutylene and 5-8 parts of polyacrylamide when the temperature is reduced to 100 ℃ under stirring, adding 1-3 parts of an antirust agent after stirring for more than one hour, cooling after uniformly stirring, grinding by a grinding machine, filtering and refining to obtain the high-performance bridge anticorrosion lubricating grease.
The bridge anti-corrosion lubricating grease is mainly applied to lubrication of parts such as bridge construction, traffic bridges and the like. The special-purpose lubricant has excellent pumpability, permeability, extreme pressure abrasion resistance, water resistance and protectiveness, effectively improves the corrosion resistance of the bridge, greatly prolongs the service life of the bridge, and reduces the use cost.

The present invention is described in further detail below with reference to examples, but it should not be construed that the scope of the above subject matter of the present invention is limited to the following examples, and that all the technologies realized based on the above subject matter of the present invention belong to the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
The bridge anti-corrosion lubricating grease comprises the following components in parts by weight: 65 parts of base oil, 12 parts of thickening agent, 5 parts of benzotriazole fatty acid ammonium salt, 6 parts of isocyanate, 3 parts of dialkyl diphenylamine, 6 parts of polyacrylamide, 4 parts of polyisobutylene and 2 parts of antirust agent.
The preparation method of the bridge anti-corrosion lubricating grease comprises the following steps:
(1) adding 12 parts by weight of thickening agent and 25 parts by weight of base oil into a saponification kettle, gradually heating until fatty acid is dissolved, and starting stirring;
(2) when the temperature of the mixed solution in the step (1) is raised to 60-70 ℃, adding 6 parts of isocyanate into a saponification kettle, continuously raising the temperature for saponification, controlling the temperature to be 100-;
(3) after the saponification reaction is finished, the qualified materials are continuously heated to 120 ℃, 40 parts by weight of base oil is added for thickening, 5 parts of benzotriazole fatty acid ammonium salt is added for stirring, the temperature is continuously heated to 130-140 ℃, the temperature is kept for 15min, 3 parts by weight of dialkyl diphenylamine is added, the contents in the kettle are in a true liquid state, and lubricating grease is pumped into a blending kettle through a filter for reflux cooling;
(4) and (2) refluxing and cooling the lubricating grease for 2-4 hours under stirring in a blending kettle, adding 4 parts of polyisobutylene and 6 parts of polyacrylamide when the temperature is reduced to 100 ℃ under stirring, stirring for more than one hour, adding 2 parts of antirust agent, uniformly stirring, cooling, grinding by a grinding machine, filtering and refining to obtain the high-performance bridge anticorrosion lubricating grease.
Example 2
The bridge anti-corrosion lubricating grease comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60 parts of base oil, 10 parts of thickening agent, 3 parts of benzotriazole fatty acid ammonium salt, 5 parts of isocyanate, 2 parts of dialkyl diphenylamine, 5 parts of polyacrylamide, 3 parts of polyisobutylene and 1 part of antirust agent.
The preparation method of the bridge anti-corrosion lubricating grease comprises the following steps:
(1) adding 10 parts by weight of thickening agent and 25 parts by weight of base oil into a saponification kettle, gradually heating until fatty acid is dissolved, and starting stirring;

Example 3
The bridge anti-corrosion lubricating grease comprises the following components in parts by weight: 85 parts of base oil, 15 parts of thickening agent, 8 parts of benzotriazole fatty acid ammonium salt, 7 parts of isocyanate, 5 parts of dialkyl diphenylamine, 8 parts of polyacrylamide, 5 parts of polyisobutylene and 3 parts of antirust agent.
The preparation method of the bridge anti-corrosion lubricating grease comprises the following steps:
(1) adding 15 parts by weight of thickening agent and 30 parts by weight of base oil into a saponification kettle, gradually heating until fatty acid is dissolved, and starting stirring;
(2) when the temperature of the mixed solution in the step (1) is raised to 60-70 ℃, adding 7 parts of isocyanate into a saponification kettle, continuously raising the temperature for saponification, controlling the temperature to be 100-;
(3) after the saponification reaction is finished, the qualified materials are continuously heated to 120 ℃, 55 parts by weight of base oil is added for thickening, 8 parts of benzotriazole fatty acid ammonium salt is added for stirring, the temperature is continuously heated to 130-140 ℃, the temperature is kept for 15min, 5 parts by weight of dialkyl diphenylamine is added, the contents in the kettle are in a true liquid state, and lubricating grease is pumped into a blending kettle through a filter for reflux cooling;
(4) and (2) refluxing and cooling the lubricating grease for 2-4h under stirring in a blending kettle, adding 5 parts of polyisobutylene and 8 parts of polyacrylamide when the temperature is reduced to 100 ℃ under stirring, stirring for more than one hour, adding 3 parts of antirust agent, uniformly stirring, cooling, grinding by a grinding machine, filtering and refining to obtain the high-performance bridge anticorrosion lubricating grease.
Compared with other lubricating greases on the market, the bridge anti-corrosion lubricating grease in the embodiments 1 to 3 has more outstanding pumping performance, permeability, extreme pressure anti-wear performance, water resistance and protective performance, and is particularly suitable for lubricating bridge supporting devices working under severe environmental conditions.

Claims (3)
1. The bridge anti-corrosion lubricating grease is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 60-85 parts of base oil, 10-15 parts of a thickening agent, 3-8 parts of benzotriazole fatty acid ammonium salt, 5-7 parts of isocyanate, 2-5 parts of dialkyl diphenylamine, 5-8 parts of polyacrylamide, 3-5 parts of polyisobutylene and 1-3 parts of an antirust agent, wherein the base oil is one or a mixture of more than two of synthetic oil, BS synthetic oil and high-viscosity mineral oil, and the thickening agent is fatty acid.

The bridge anti-corrosion grease as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 65 parts of base oil, 12 parts of a thickening agent, 5 parts of benzotriazole fatty acid ammonium salt, 6 parts of isocyanate, 3 parts of dialkyl diphenylamine, 3 parts of polyacrylamide, 4 parts of polyisobutylene and 2 parts of an antirust agent.
3. The preparation method of the bridge anti-corrosive lubricating grease disclosed by claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
adding 10-15 parts by weight of thickening agent and 25-30 parts by weight of base oil into a saponification kettle, gradually heating until fatty acid is dissolved, and stirring;
when the temperature of the mixed solution in the step (1) is raised to 60-70 ℃, adding 5-7 parts of isocyanate into a saponification kettle, continuously raising the temperature for saponification, controlling the temperature to be 100-;
after the saponification reaction is finished, the qualified materials are continuously heated to 120 ℃, 35-55 parts by weight of base oil are added for thickening, 3-8 parts of benzotriazole fatty acid ammonium salt are added for stirring, the temperature is continuously heated to 130-;
and (2) refluxing and cooling the lubricating grease for 2-4h under stirring in a blending kettle, adding 3-5 parts of polyisobutylene and 5-8 parts of polyacrylamide when the temperature is reduced to 100 ℃ under stirring, adding 1-3 parts of an antirust agent after stirring for more than one hour, cooling after uniformly stirring, grinding by a grinding machine, filtering and refining to obtain the high-performance bridge anticorrosion lubricating grease.
