Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further explained by the following embodiments. In order to facilitate an understanding of the present invention, a more complete description of the present invention is provided below. The present invention may be embodied in many different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
The examples, where specific techniques or conditions are not indicated, are to be construed according to the techniques or conditions described in the literature in the art or according to the product specifications. The high molecular polymer or the apparatus used is not indicated by the manufacturer, and is a conventional product commercially available.
The invention provides a polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive for disposable hygienic products, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
0-20% of high molecular polymer;
3-30% of a polyester elastomer;
40-60% of tackifying resin;
15-35% of naphthenic oil;
0.1-1.0% of antioxidant.
The high molecular polymer of the hot melt adhesive used for disposable sanitary products is one or more of SBS, SIS, SBR, SEBS and SSBR, and the polymer has unique two-phase separation characteristic, so that the hot melt adhesive has two properties of viscosity and elasticity below a flowing point, wherein a butadiene or isoprene phase is a rubber phase and mainly influences the low-temperature performance of the hot melt adhesive; the styrene phase is a plastic phase, which affects the high temperature performance of the hot melt adhesive, i.e., the high temperature resistance, melting temperature and the like. The polyester elastomer does not have such a property of two-phase separation, and a similar styrene phase does not maintain high-temperature properties, so that the addition of the polyester elastomer results in a decrease in the flow point. The invention introduces polyester elastomer which is a linear block copolymer consisting of crystallized short-chain polyester hard segments and amorphous polyether soft segments alternately; the polarity in the hot melt adhesive is adjusted through the polar groups in the polyester elastomer, so that the bonding capacity of the hot melt adhesive and the polar material is enhanced; the hot melt adhesive has excellent adhesive force to compact wet strength paper substrates, so that the hot melt adhesive can be more tightly bonded with polar wet strength paper, wood pulp and the like, and the problem of delamination of the disposable hygienic product substrates such as the wet strength paper, the wood pulp and the like after being wetted is avoided. The combination and collocation of the high molecular polymer and the polyester elastomer can control the melting temperature and the high temperature resistance of the hot melt adhesive.
And the polyester elastomer provides longer curing time for the hot melt adhesive, and is beneficial to the permeation and bonding of the hot melt adhesive to a substrate. Compared with the existing hot melt adhesive for disposable sanitary products, the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive has the advantages that the melting temperature is reduced due to the introduction of the polyester elastomer, and the flow point is lower than that of the existing hot melt adhesive for disposable sanitary products. Thus, polyester elastomer hot melt adhesives can extend the penetration time of the hot melt adhesive into the material, thereby providing enhanced adhesion. Preferably, the melting point of the polyester elastomer is 150-180 ℃.
Meanwhile, the flow point of the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive is lower than that of the existing hot melt adhesive for disposable hygienic products, so that the use temperature of the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive is lower. When the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive is coated, the requirement on the environmental temperature is lower than that of the existing hot melt adhesive for disposable hygienic products, and the hot melt adhesive is more suitable for spraying in low-temperature environments such as the north in winter.
In addition, various components in the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive have extremely low odor and can be in direct contact with human bodies, and when a user uses a sanitary product coated with the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive, the odor is less, and the sanitary product does not have pungent odor and sensitization.
The naphthenic oil reduces the viscosity of the hot melt adhesive, enables the hot melt adhesive to obtain fluidity and wettability, enhances the flexibility of the hot melt adhesive, enables the hot melt adhesive to be easy to process, and enables the polyester elastomer and the high molecular polymer to be fully mixed. And the antioxidant can prevent the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive for the disposable sanitary product from being oxidized. The tackifying resin is used for reducing the viscosity of the hot melt adhesive.
Specifically, the softening point of the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive is 56-65 ℃, which is lower than that of the existing hot melt adhesive for disposable sanitary products, so that the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive can be kept in a molten state at a lower temperature; the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive can also maintain fluidity when the existing hot melt adhesive for disposable hygienic articles has solidified. Therefore, the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive prepared by the invention can prolong the contact and permeation time of the substrate, thereby bonding the wet-strength paper more tightly.
Specifically, the high molecular polymer includes one or more of SBS, SIS, SBR, SEBS, and SSBR.
The high molecular polymer is the main component of the hot melt adhesive for the existing disposable sanitary products, is used for providing the bonding strength of the hot melt adhesive, and can reduce the viscosity of the polyester elastomer and improve the bonding strength of the hot melt adhesive when the high molecular polymer is mixed with the polyester elastomer for use. The class of high molecular polymer includes, but is not limited to, one or more of SBS, SIS, SBR, SEBS, and SSBR.
The higher the content of the polyester elastomer, the stronger the viscosity of the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive, but for disposable sanitary products, the hot melt adhesive is required to be capable of being tightly adhered and repeatedly adhered, and meanwhile, the hot melt adhesive is required to have certain stripping performance, so that a user can easily strip the wet strength paper from the non-woven fabric. If the content of the polyester elastomer in the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive is too high, the base material or clothes of the disposable sanitary product can be bonded too tightly, and when the disposable sanitary product is torn off from the clothes or other cloth, the clothes or other cloth can be easily damaged, which is not favorable for the use of the disposable sanitary product. Therefore, the invention mixes the high molecular polymer with the polyester elastomer, ensures that the disposable sanitary product using the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive can obtain enough viscosity to bond clothes or other fabrics, and simultaneously avoids the problem that the clothes or the disposable sanitary product base material is damaged due to overlarge viscosity of the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive.
Further, the tackifying resin comprises one or more of hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin, hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin and hydrogenated DCPD resin. The hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin can effectively improve the initial viscosity of the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive, improve the wettability of the colloid and the like. The hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin does not contain polar groups in the structure, has good water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, weather resistance and light aging resistance, has good compatibility with other resins, and also has brittleness, thickening property, caking property and plasticity. The hydrogenated DCPD resin has lighter color and can also play a role in improving the initial viscosity of the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive.
The hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin, the hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin and the hydrogenated DCPD resin can be mixed and used. The mixed use of the hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin and the hydrogenated C9 petroleum tree can greatly improve the peeling strength and the low temperature resistance of the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive, so that the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive for the disposable sanitary product has strong adhesive force and wider application temperature, and is suitable for different production environments.
In particular embodiments, the antioxidant includes one or both of antioxidant 168 and antioxidant 1010. The antioxidant can reduce the aging of the hot melt adhesive caused by heating in the production and use processes of the hot melt adhesive, so that the odor of the hot melt adhesive is increased, the strength of the adhesive is changed, and the negative effects of carbide, skinning or gel and the like appear, thereby influencing the use effect of the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive.
Specifically, the naphthenic oil has a naphthenic hydrocarbon content of greater than 30%. According to the principle of matter similarity compatibility, the higher the content of naphthenic hydrocarbon is, the better the compatibility of the naphthenic oil with the polyester elastomer and the high molecular polymer is; when the content of naphthenes is more than 30%, the polyester elastomer and the polymer can be sufficiently mixed.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive for the disposable sanitary product, which comprises the following steps:
step S1: uniformly mixing naphthenic oil, high molecular polymer and antioxidant according to a ratio, heating to 140-150 ℃, vacuumizing, and continuously stirring until all components are completely melted;
step S2: adding a polyester elastomer and hydrogenated petroleum resin, keeping the temperature at 130-140 ℃, heating until the hydrogenated petroleum resin is completely melted, uniformly stirring, and vacuumizing until no bubbles exist to obtain the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive.
Specifically, the purpose of the vacuum pumping in step S1 is to remove oxygen and avoid the oxygen reacting with naphthenic oil, high molecular polymer, antioxidant, etc. at high temperature; and the purpose of vacuumizing in the step S2 is to remove air entering the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive for the disposable sanitary product in the stirring process and reduce the volume of the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive for the disposable sanitary product.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the disposable sanitary product, which comprises the following steps: (1) putting the hot melt adhesive into an adhesive cylinder of a hot melt adhesive machine; (2) then heating the hot melt adhesive to the use temperature through an adhesive cylinder to ensure that the hot melt adhesive is molten; (3) pumping the molten hot melt adhesive from the adhesive cylinder to an adhesive gun through an adhesive tube by an adhesive pump, spraying the molten hot melt adhesive by the adhesive gun, and spraying the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive on the surface of the disposable sanitary product in an OMEGA (organic solvent-free) adhesive spraying manner, wherein the spraying temperature is 120-130 ℃ in the spraying process, the adhesive amount is controlled by the power of the adhesive pump, and in the specific embodiment, the adhesive amount is 2g/m2. Reference is made to "an absorbent article for preventing side leakage, front leakage and back leakage" and its preparation method "in patent No. CN 201510029519.7.

The formulations in weight percent of the naphthenic oils, high molecular polymers, antioxidants and hydrogenated petroleum resins of examples A1-A4 in example group A are shown in Table 1:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002763621900000081
Wherein, the high molecular polymer in the embodiments A1 and A3 is a polystyrene-polyisoprene-polystyrene block copolymer SIS with the model number of SIS 1209; example A1 mixing naphthenic oil, high molecular polymer and antioxidant, heating to 140 deg.C, adding polyester elastomer and hydrogenated petroleum resin, maintaining at 130 deg.C, heating until the hydrogenated petroleum resin is completely melted, and stirring; example A3 mixing naphthenic oil, high molecular polymer and antioxidant, heating to 150 deg.C, adding polyester elastomer and hydrogenated petroleum resin, maintaining at 140 deg.C, heating until the hydrogenated petroleum resin is completely melted, and stirring;
the high molecular weight polymer of example a2 was a polystyrene-polyisoprene-polystyrene block copolymer SIS, obtained by blending polystyrene-polyisoprene-polystyrene block copolymers of the SIS1209 and SIS1126 types, wherein SIS1209 accounted for 5% by weight of the hot melt adhesive and SIS1126 accounted for 5% by weight of the hot melt adhesive; example A2 mixing naphthenic oil, high molecular polymer and antioxidant, heating to 140 deg.C, adding polyester elastomer and hydrogenated petroleum resin, maintaining at 130 deg.C, heating until the hydrogenated petroleum resin is completely melted, and stirring;
in example A4, naphthenic oil, high molecular polymer and antioxidant are mixed, heated to 140 ℃, polyester elastomer and hydrogenated petroleum resin are added, and heated to 130 ℃ until the hydrogenated petroleum resin is completely melted, and stirred uniformly, and the high molecular polymer in example A can be obtained commercially.
The polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive prepared in example group A was sprayed onto wet-strength paper by means of OMEGA spraying, the amount of glue used being 2g/m2(ii) a Then bonding the wet strength paper sprayed with the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive with the non-woven fabric; taking a conventional hot melt adhesive as a reference, and carrying out 180-degree peel force test; the test conditions of the 180-degree peel force test are 300mm/min and the ambient temperature is 25 ℃. The test results are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0002763621900000091
According to the test results in table 2, the increase of the content of the polyester elastomer has an effect of increasing the bonding strength, which indicates that the polyester elastomer is beneficial to bonding, but when the proportion of the polyester elastomer is higher than 30%, the viscosity of the prepared hot melt adhesive at 170 ℃ is higher than 10000cps, so that the prepared hot melt adhesive has poor fluidity, and when the hot melt adhesive is coated, the problem of uneven or unsmooth coating caused by insufficient fluidity is caused; in addition, polyester elastomer's proportion is too high, will be unfavorable for wet strength paper and the peeling off of non-woven fabrics, should have certain stripping nature as the hot melt adhesive that is used for disposable hygienic products, both need the hot melt adhesive can closely adhere wet strength paper and non-woven fabrics, and simultaneously, the user can easily peel off wet strength paper and non-woven fabrics, and the user of being convenient for uses, when polyester elastomer's proportion is higher than 30%, the hot melt adhesive that makes is difficult to use on disposable hygienic products.
Under the humid test condition, the wet strength paper can be weakened after being wetted, the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive can still maintain the bonding effect on the wet strength paper after being wetted, and the wet strength paper can be damaged; meanwhile, the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive is tested for peel strength under dry test conditions, and both the non-woven fabric and the wet strength paper are kept with excellent bonding strength.
The polyester elastomer hot melt adhesives prepared in example group a were subjected to rheological tests, the results of which are shown in table 3, using conventional hot melt adhesives as reference.
TABLE 3
Figure BDA0002763621900000101
The flowing point range of the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive is 56-65 ℃, which is lower than that of the conventional adhesive, and the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive can keep a molten state at a lower temperature and keep the fluidity. Therefore, the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive prepared by the invention can prolong the contact and permeation time of the substrate, so that the wet strength paper is bonded more tightly, and therefore, the polyester elastomer hot melt adhesive is more suitable for being produced and used in northern factories in winter.
