Abstract
A crown block device with a split main pulley belongs to the field of petroleum drilling mechanical equipment and overcomes the defect that a crown block in the prior art is not suitable for being combined with a single-pulley type traveling block with a large pulley space to form a traveling system. The structure of the device comprises a crown block beam, a main pulley, a middle guide wheel, a front guide pulley, a rear guide pulley and a herringbone frame; the crown block beam is of a frame structure and is connected through bolts; the main pulleys are split pulleys, are fixed through pulley supports, are 6 in number and are arranged on the overhead travelling crane beam; the center parts of the main pulleys are provided with 1 middle guide wheel to separate the middle parts of the traveling block into spaces; a front guide wheel and a rear guide wheel are arranged on the same side of the main pulley, so that the rope outlet requirements of a double-drum winch or a dead rope fixer and a winch which are arranged on the same side are met; the herringbone frame is positioned above the crown block beam. The invention is combined with a single-pulley type traveling block, can realize the quick change of the rope system without reeving, can improve the working efficiency of the traveling system and improve the operation mode of the lifting system.

When the invention is used, the invention and the single-pulley type traveling block 7 form a traveling system.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, a crown block device with a split-type main pulley comprises a crown block beam 1, a main pulley 2, a middle guide wheel 3, a front guide pulley 4, a rear guide pulley 5 and a herringbone bracket 6; the overhead travelling crane beam is of a frame structure and is connected through bolts; the main pulleys 2 are split pulleys, are fixed by pulley supports, are 6 in number, can be increased or decreased in pairs according to production requirements, and are arranged on the crown block beam 1; the center parts of the main pulleys 2 are provided with 1 middle guide wheel 3 which mainly has the function of separating the middle part of the traveling block into spaces; a front guide wheel 4 and a rear guide wheel 5 are arranged on the same side of the main pulley 2, the number of the front guide wheels 4 is 2, the number of the rear guide wheels 5 is 1, and the steel wire rope is guided to the same side of the crown block by the front guide wheel 4 and the rear guide wheel 5, so that the rope outlet requirements of a double-drum winch arranged on the same side or a dead rope fixer and a winch arranged on the same side are met; the propeller strut 6 is positioned above the crown block beam 1, so that the hoisting maintenance work of the crown block pulley can be completed conveniently.
