Abstract
The invention discloses a production method of a hot-rolled pickled plate without yellowing on the surface, and relates to the technical field of strip steel pickling. The production method of the hot-rolled pickled plate without yellowing surface comprises an acid pickling process and a withdrawal and straightening treatment, wherein a withdrawal and straightening machine in the withdrawal and straightening treatment is in a full-process withdrawal and straightening mode, and an inhibitor and a passivator are added in the acid pickling process. (2) The pickling speed is stabilized (the pickling speed is 60-160 mpm), and yellowing caused by over-pickling or under-pickling is prevented.
And (3) aiming at the problems that the plate surface is yellow due to the speed reduction of acid pickling caused by repeated re-welding and edge blocking of a welding machine, and the like, and the accident generation reason is analyzed in organization, preventive and improvement measures are made. And for plate surface yellowing caused by speed reduction during roller drawing without stopping, organizing roller drawing skill training and optimizing the pickling speed during roller drawing.
(3) Upgrading and modifying the pickling process, and introducing an inhibitor and a passivator.
The inhibitor (type: IB45, concentration is one thousandth) is added to improve the surface whiteness of the strip steel and reduce yellowing. In addition, the iron loss and acid consumption indexes of the pickling are reduced by a certain proportion.
(4) The type of the rinsing tank nozzle is selected, and the spraying angle and the spraying state are corrected one by one.
In the production process, the surface rinsing effect of the strip steel is poor and the surface of the strip steel is yellow due to the reasons of plate shape change, nozzle blockage and falling off and the like. The nozzle angle was corrected (kept at 15 ° relative to the strip plane) to ensure that no interference occurred during the rinsing water spray.
