本发明公开了一种配药过滤器,其特征在于,主体左右两端分别设置有为一体的挡圈A、挡圈B,挡圈A一端上设置有为一体的穿刺部A,主体、挡圈A、穿刺部A上分别设置有气口A、药孔C,挡圈B一端上设置有为一体的穿刺部B,主体、挡圈B、穿刺部B上分别设置有药孔A、药孔B,药孔A、药孔B、药孔C连通后用药液过滤膜隔开,气口B内设置有为一体的阻液漏斗,气口B内放入空气过滤膜插入盖头一端固定。本发明药液流通速度快,配药效率高,加工方便,成本低,特别是能实现药瓶是硬瓶无法挤压药瓶的配药。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗技术领域,具体涉及一种配药过滤器。
背景技术
医护人员在配制药物时需要将多种药物混合在一起,传统的方式是医护人员通过一次性注射器将多种药物混合在一起,注射器的针头多次暴露在外,容易注入没有经过过滤的空气,空气中的微粒进入药液内,造成药液污染,于是出现了配药过滤器,现有技术中国专利公开号CN209735478U一种单膜配药过滤装置公开了包括:一过滤主体,其中所述过滤主体还包括一第一分体板和一第二分体板,所述第一分体板和所述第二分体板相互插接并形成一主体腔,所述第一分体板具有一腔进口,所述第二分体板具有一腔出口,所述腔进口和所述腔出口连通于所述主体腔;一过滤膜,所述过滤膜设置在所述过滤主体中;以及二穿刺部件,所述穿刺部件分别设置在所述过滤主体的两侧,每一所述穿刺部件具有一药剂通道,所述药剂通道具有一入口端和一出口端,其中两个所述出口端分别连通于所述腔进口和所述腔出口。其缺点在于由于粉针瓶的药物导入输液瓶时,药瓶密封好不透空气,药液流通速度较慢,使得配药的效率较低,特别是输液瓶是硬瓶无法挤压药瓶的配药无法实现。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺点而提供一种药液流通速度快,配药效率高,加工方便,成本低的配药过滤器,特别是能实现药瓶是硬瓶无法挤压药瓶的配药。
本发明的目的及解决其主要技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的:
本发明的一种配药过滤器,其特征在于,主体左右两端分别设置有为一体的挡圈A、挡圈B,挡圈A一端上设置有为一体的穿刺部A,主体、挡圈A、穿刺部A上分别设置有气口A、药孔C,挡圈B一端上设置有为一体的穿刺部B,主体、挡圈B、穿刺部B上分别设置有药孔A、药孔B,药孔A、药孔B、药孔C连通后用药液过滤膜隔开,气口B内设置有为一体的阻液漏斗,气口B内放入空气过滤膜插入盖头一端固定。
所述气口A、气口B、阻液漏斗连通。
所述气口A与药孔A、药孔B、药孔C隔离不通。
所述气口A与药孔A药孔B是镜像设置的直孔,药孔C与药孔B是镜像设置的直孔。
所述主体下端设置有为一体的挡板。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有明显的有益效果;从以上技术方案可知:通过在主体左右两端分别设置有为一体的挡圈A、挡圈B,挡圈A一端上设置有为一体的穿刺部A,主体、挡圈A、穿刺部A上分别设置有气口A、药孔C,挡圈B一端上设置有为一体的穿刺部B,主体、挡圈B、穿刺部B上分别设置有药孔A、药孔B,药孔A、药孔B、药孔C连通后用药液过滤膜隔开,主体上面设置有为一体的气口B,气口B内设置有为一体的阻液漏斗,气口B内放入空气过滤膜插入盖头一端固定。当穿刺部A和穿刺部B分别插入药瓶后,穿刺部A在上方药瓶内,空气从空芯盖头经过空气过滤膜过滤进入气口B上端,再穿过阻液漏斗上的小孔进入气口B下端从气口A进入上方药瓶内,药瓶内进入过滤后的空气后,上方药瓶内的药液经药孔A、药孔B快速流入主体一端经过药液过滤膜过滤杂质后流入另一端,最后从药孔C流入药瓶内,当主体竖立时,药液进入气口B下端时被阻液漏斗阻挡,无法渗透至气口B上端,药液不会从气口B、盖头渗出,实现了药液流通速度快,配药效率高,其中:主体、挡圈A、穿刺部A、挡圈B、穿刺部B一次成型,加工方便,成本低,总之,本发明药液流通速度快,配药效率高,加工方便,成本低,特别是能实现药瓶是硬瓶无法挤压药瓶的配药。

本发明的一种配药过滤器,其特征在于,主体1左右两端分别设置有为一体的挡圈A2、挡圈B7,挡圈A2一端上设置有为一体的穿刺部A3,主体1、挡圈A2、穿刺部A3上分别设置有气口A4、药孔C14,挡圈B7一端上设置有为一体的穿刺部B8,主体1、挡圈B7、穿刺部B8上分别设置有药孔A9、药孔B12,药孔A9、药孔B12、药孔C14连通后用药液过滤膜13隔开,主体1上面设置有为一体的气口B5,气口B5内设置有为一体的阻液漏斗15,气口B5内放入空气过滤膜11插入盖头6一端固定。
所述气口A4、气口B5、阻液漏斗15连通。
所述气口A4与药孔A9、药孔B12、药孔C14隔离不通。
所述气口A4与药孔A9药孔B12是镜像设置的直孔,药孔C14与药孔B12是镜像设置的直孔。
所述主体1下端设置有为一体的挡板10。
使用时,将穿刺部A3和穿刺部B8分别插入药瓶后,当穿刺部A3和穿刺部B8分别插入药瓶后,穿刺部A3在上方药瓶内,空气从空芯盖头经过空气过滤膜过滤进入气口B5上端,再穿过阻液漏斗15上的小孔进入气口B5下端从气口A4进入上方药瓶内,药瓶内进入过滤后的空气后,上方药瓶内的药液经药孔A9、药孔B12快速流入主体1一端经过药液过滤膜13过滤杂质后流入另一端,最后从药孔C14流入药瓶内,当主体1竖立时,药液进入气口B5下端时被阻液漏斗15阻挡,无法渗透至气口B5上端,药液不会从气口B5、盖头6渗出,本发明药液流通速度快,配药效率高,加工方便,成本低,特别是能实现药瓶是硬瓶无法挤压药瓶的配药。

1.一种配药过滤器,其特征在于,主体(1)左右两端分别设置有为一体的挡圈A(2)、挡圈B(7),挡圈A(2)一端上设置有为一体的穿刺部A(3),主体(1)、挡圈A(2)、穿刺部A(3)上分别设置有气口A(4)、药孔C(14),挡圈B(7)一端上设置有为一体的穿刺部B(8),主体(1)、挡圈B(7)、穿刺部B(8)上分别设置有药孔A(9)、药孔B(12),药孔A(9)、药孔B(12)、药孔C(14)连通后用药液过滤膜(13)隔开,主体(1)上面设置有为一体的气口B(5),气口B(5)内设置有为一体的阻液漏斗(15),气口B(5)内放入空气过滤膜(11)插入盖头(6)一端固定。
2.如权利要求1所述的配药过滤器,其特征在于,所述气口A(4)、气口B(5)、阻液漏斗(15)连通。
3.如权利要求1所述的配药过滤器,其特征在于,所述气口A(4)与药孔A(9)、药孔B(12)、药孔C(14)隔离不通。
4.如权利要求1所述的配药过滤器,其特征在于,所述气口A(4)与药孔A(9)药孔B(12)是镜像设置的直孔,药孔C(14)与药孔B(12)是镜像设置的直孔。
5.如权利要求1所述的配药过滤器,其特征在于,所述主体(1)下端设置有为一体的挡板(10)。
