Principle of operation

the reinforcing steel plate (3) is respectively welded at the joint of the base (1) and the mounting box (4); the mounting boxes (4) are respectively mounted at the front part and the rear part of the middle part of the upper end of the base (1) by bolts; the top plate (5) is mounted on the upper part between the mounting box (4) and the mounting box (4) through bolts; the supporting plates (6) are respectively welded at the front part and the rear part on the left side of the upper part of the base (1), and the upper ends of the supporting plates (6) are respectively welded at the front part and the rear part on the left side of the lower end of the top plate (5); the lifting motor (7) is installed in the middle of the upper part of the inner wall of the installation box (4) through bolts; one end of the threaded rod (8) is mounted at the lower part of the inner wall of the mounting box (4) through a bearing, and the other end of the threaded rod is connected with an output shaft coupler of the lifting motor (7); the lifting seat (9) is in threaded connection with the outer wall of the threaded rod (8); the lifting cylinder (10) is arranged between the lifting seat (9) and the lifting seat (9) through bolts; the steam outlet cover (11) is arranged in the middle of the inner wall of the lifting cylinder (10) through bolts; the auxiliary steam exhaust conveying frame structure (22) is arranged on the right side of the outer wall of the lifting cylinder (10); the rotatable plate placing frame structure (21) comprises a rotating motor (211), an upper rotating shaft (212), a first cross bar (213), a supporting column (214), a second cross bar (215), a lower rotating shaft (216), an auxiliary positioning plate frame structure (217), a rotating bar (218), a placing screen plate (219) and a positioning bolt (2110), wherein the rotating motor (211) is installed in the middle of the right side of the upper end of the top plate (5) through a bolt; the upper end coupling of the upper rotating shaft (212) is connected to the output shaft of the rotating motor (211); the first cross rod (213) is welded at the lower end of the upper rotating shaft (212); the supporting columns (214) are respectively welded at the left side and the right side between the first cross bar (213) and the second cross bar (215); the lower rotating shaft (216) is welded in the middle of the lower end of the second cross rod (215), and the lower rotating shaft (216) is installed in the middle of the right side in the base (1) through a bearing; the auxiliary positioning plate frame structure (217) is arranged on the placing screen plate (219); the rotating rods (218) are respectively welded at the left end and the right end of the placing screen plate (219), and the rotating rods (218) are installed inside the supporting columns (214) through bearings; the rotating head (2175) is respectively welded at the upper end and the lower end of the positioning nut (2174); the reinforcing ring (2176) is welded at the front end of the positioning nut (2174).
