two ends of a symmetry axis on the moving rod are respectively provided with symmetrical spray holes, guide pieces which are arranged at a certain angle with the spray hole spray cylinder are arranged outside the spray holes, the guide pieces are symmetrically distributed by the symmetry axis of the moving rod, the guide pieces are arranged to guide cleaning liquid to be concentrated at the arc center of the moving rod, namely the direction of the bracket, so as to guide the cleaning liquid to clean the gap of the bracket at the arc center of the moving rod in a certain direction, the spray holes and the bristles are arranged on different areas of the moving rod, so that the cleaning liquid of the cleaning device and the cleaning work of the bristles are not influenced by each other, water in the moving rod is sprayed out through the spray holes, the bristles can be cleaned by spraying to the positions of the bristles, and the cleaning effect is improved again;

the residual cleaning liquid at the gap of the orthodontic device can cause uncomfortable feelings of itching and the like of lips of a user, the method also comprises the steps of controlling according to the temperature of the drying air, enabling the user to enter the mouth to be locally dried without causing untoward effects such as tooth sensitivity and the like, enabling the user to stop or start the drying module at any time according to a corresponding control switch key, carrying out drying work according to the optimal drying degree and a drying area required by the user, obtaining the temperature of the drying airflow according to the temperature sensor, carrying out heating or cooling treatment of the corresponding temperature, and enabling the drying airflow of the drying module to be matched with the temperature of the mouth of the human body so as to reduce the tooth sensitivity and ache of the user caused by different temperatures;
the drying module comprises an air inlet pipe communicated with the spherical structure, a cavity box body connected with the air inlet pipe, an impeller device on the side wall of the cavity box body, an electric heating device which is arranged in the box body and is adjacent to the impeller device and is used for heating air flow generated by the impeller device, and a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature in the cavity box body, wherein the impeller device is a micro fan in the prior art, one end of the box body is provided with an opening, the impeller device is arranged at one end of the opening through a fixed seat, the opening end is fixed on the side wall of the shell through welding or screw locking, the position of the shell opposite to the opening end of the box body is also in an opening structure, so that the impeller device generates directional air flow, the joint of the box body and the shell is in sealed fit, and the box body is provided with an air inlet hole communicated with the air inlet pipe, the air inlet hole is communicated with the inner cavity of the box body, so that air flow generated by the impeller device flows from the box body to the spherical structure in a one-way flow mode, the air flow generated in the cavity structure of the box body flows to the spherical structure through the air inlet pipe, the electric heating device arranged in the cavity structure of the box body is arranged opposite to the air outlet end of the impeller device, so that the air flow used for drying is heated, the impeller device is arranged on the opening side of the box body, the air outlet of the impeller device is arranged opposite to the heating device, and the impeller device is connected with the power supply through the heating device;
the box body is internally provided with a temperature sensor, the temperature sensor is electrically connected with the control device so as to feed back the air temperature in the box body in real time, and the control device adjusts the heating temperature of the electric heating device based on the temperature feedback of the temperature sensor;
the control device comprises an analog quantity input terminal and an analog quantity output terminal, the temperature sensor is electrically connected with the analog quantity input terminal of the control device, the electric heating device and the impeller device are respectively and electrically connected with the analog quantity output terminal of the control device, the temperature sensor is electrically connected with the control device through the temperature transmitter, the impeller device is used for supplying air for the electric heating device, the impeller device is used for driving air in the box body to realize directional flow so as to dry the orthodontic device, the temperature sensor is connected to the analog quantity input terminal of the control device through the temperature transmitter, and the working states of the electric heating device and the impeller device are respectively controlled by the digital quantity output terminal of the control device;
when the drying module performs drying operation, if the temperature of the inlet air detected by the temperature sensor is within the range of the drying temperature pre-programmed in the control device, the electric heating device is not started, the control device automatically closes the electric heating device to control the drying module to stop the heating function, and when the temperature in the box body monitored by the temperature sensor is lower than the temperature pre-programmed in the range of the drying temperature of the control device, the control device controls the electric heating device to be started;
the impeller device is arranged on one side of the box body, the electric heating device is arranged at a position, relative to the impeller device, in a cavity structure of the box body, the connection position of the box body and the shell is in sealing connection, and then hot air heated by the impeller device through the electric heating device is blocked by the inner wall of the box body, so that the hot air directionally flows out of the spherical structure from the air inlet hole in the box body, and the hot air in the box body directionally flows, so that the drying efficiency of the drying module can be improved, meanwhile, the drying module of the invention respectively provides an indicator lamp display function for states of the impeller device and the temperature sensor, and provides heating temperature indication display for the state of the electric heating device, so as to ensure the safety of the heating module;
the orthodontic appliance has the advantages of strong functionality, simple integral structure, convenient operation and use, novel design, strong practicability and easy popularization and use, is particularly suitable for people wearing orthodontic appliances, and provides powerful guarantee for the cleanness of oral hygiene in the orthodontic treatment process.

Claims (2)
1. An oral cleaning device for orthodontic device wearers in department of stomatology, comprising a shell and a moving rod as a flushing head, characterized in that the oral cleaning device further comprises a cleaning module moving between the orthodontic device and the tooth surface to clean a bracket and a steel wire of the orthodontic device, a washing module flushing the residual matters in the gaps of the orthodontic device with the directional flushing of flushing liquid, a drying module drying the local area of the tooth through constant temperature air drying, and fixing claws fixed on the tooth surface at the opposite ends of the two ends of the bracket;
the cleaning module comprises a moving rod with bristles, a micro motor for providing rotary drive for the moving rod and a reduction gear box connected with an output shaft of the micro motor;
the cleaning module comprises a cleaning module which drives cleaning water to the moving rod through a micro water pump for washing;
the drying module comprises a box body fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the shell, an impeller device for generating airflow with phased flow and an electric heater for heating the airflow generated by the impeller device;
the cleaning module, the cleaning module and the drying module are respectively electrically connected with a control device, and the cleaning module, the cleaning module and the drying module work under the control of the control device;
the movable rod is a hollow tubular arc catheter, a fixing part matched with a unit bracket of the orthodontic device and a fixing claw used for being respectively fixed at two ends of the bracket are arranged at the arc center of the arc catheter, the fixing part is of a sheet structure, the fixing part is opposite to the surface of the bracket and is not contacted with the bracket, the arc catheter and the fixing part are integrated into a rotating part, the fixing claw is connected with the fixing part of the rotating part through a movable connecting piece, the rotating part can rotate relative to the fixing claw, the arc catheter moves at a gap between the tooth and the steel wire, the fixing claw is a fixing element which is symmetrical in structure, the two ends of the fixing claw are provided with fixing pieces attached to the surface of the tooth, the fixing part is arranged at the position corresponding to the unit bracket, but does not apply pressure to the orthodontic device, so that the arc-shaped guide pipe can be cleaned within a certain range of the unit bracket;
the moving rod is connected with the shell through a micro motor and a reduction gear box, the shell is provided with an opening channel, the middle transmission shaft of the reduction gear box penetrates through the passage to be connected with the moving rod, the micro motor and the reduction gear box are respectively arranged in the cavity of the shell, the micro motor comprises a micro motor and the reduction gear box, a power output shaft of the micro motor is connected with a power input shaft of the reduction gear box in a matching way, the power output shaft sleeve of the reduction gear box is clamped with an intermediate transmission shaft, the surface of the fixed area of the movable rod and the intermediate transmission shaft are mutually parallel and fixedly connected, when the micro motor drives the micro motor to work, the movable rod rotates around the fixed area, the bristles on the movable rod remove food residues at the gaps of the orthodontic device and on the steel wires;
two ends of a symmetry axis on the moving rod are respectively provided with symmetrical spray holes, guide pieces which are arranged at an inclined angle with the spray holes are arranged outside the spray holes, the guide pieces are symmetrically distributed by the symmetry axis of the moving rod, and the guide pieces are arranged to guide cleaning solution to be concentrated at the arc center of the moving rod and the position of the supporting groove for spraying;
the cleaning device comprises a cleaning module, a moving rod, a shell, a barrel guide pipe, a cleaning module, a drying module and a drying module, wherein the moving rod of the cleaning module is provided with bristles, a spherical structure, spray holes, a spray barrel, a sealing partition plate, an end cap, a water inlet pipe and a connector, a barrel cavity is arranged in the shell, the volume of the barrel cavity is smaller than the internal volume of the shell, the barrel cavity is provided with a closed barrel pipeline, the barrel pipeline is arranged to transmit washing liquid into the cavity of the moving rod, the arc guide pipe is of an arc cavity structure, the bristles are embedded in the periphery of the arc guide pipe, one end of the arc guide pipe is provided with the spherical structure, the spherical structure is provided with at least one opening, and the opening is used for through-flow of drying gas of the drying module;
the drying module comprises an air inlet pipe communicated with the spherical structure, a cavity box body connected with the air inlet pipe, an impeller device on the side wall of the cavity box body, an electric heating device which is arranged in the box body and is adjacent to the impeller device and is used for heating air flow generated by the impeller device, and a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature in the cavity box body, wherein the impeller device is a micro fan in the prior art, one end of the box body is provided with an opening, the impeller device is arranged at one end of the opening through a fixed seat, the opening end is fixed on the side wall of the shell through welding or screw locking, the position of the shell opposite to the opening end of the box body is also in an opening structure, so that the impeller device generates directional air flow, the joint of the box body and the shell is in sealed fit, and the box body is provided with an air inlet hole communicated with the air inlet pipe, the air inlet hole is communicated with the inner cavity of the box body, so that air flow generated by the impeller device flows from the box body to the spherical structure in a one-way flow mode, the air flow generated in the cavity structure of the box body flows to the spherical structure through the air inlet pipe, the electric heating device arranged in the cavity structure of the box body is opposite to the air outlet end of the impeller device, so that the air flow used for drying is heated, the impeller device is arranged on the opening side of the box body, and the air outlet of the impeller device is opposite to the heating device.
2. The oral cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the junction of the housing and the housing is a sealed fit.
