Description

Hepatobiliary tract puncture integrated system
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to a hepatobiliary tract puncture integrated system.
Background
Puncture is a medical operation term, and is a diagnosis and treatment technology for puncturing a puncture needle into a body cavity to extract secretion for testing, injecting gas or contrast agent into the body cavity to perform contrast examination, or injecting medicine into the body cavity. The puncture aims at blood drawing test, blood transfusion, fluid infusion and angiography after being placed into a catheter.
Common causes of obstructive jaundice patients include cholangiocarcinoma, cholelithiasis and the like, and patients with obstructive jaundice usually have long-term attack, but have short yellow body and eyes and are often accompanied with impaired liver function. Percutaneous transluminal biliary drainage (PTCD) is of life-saving interest for such patients. The PTCD technique commonly used in clinic at present usually adopts a one-step puncture technique, and the method has the advantages of no need of exchange, short puncture time and the like. However, the puncturing device also has certain disadvantages.
In the conventional puncture device of the one-step puncture method, a guide wire, a sheath tube, and the like, which are nested with each other and have different outer diameters, are generally included, and when performing puncture, a doctor needs to manually replace instruments in a puncture kit having different outer diameters according to experience and actual puncture requirements, so as to finally insert a target puncture instrument. During this period, a certain amount of time and experience are required, and due to manual operation, an angle deviation is easily caused when the puncture instruments with different outer diameters are replaced, and the angle deviation further possibly causes a change of a puncture area, so that puncture failure is caused, great inconvenience is brought to a doctor for puncture radiography, and potential safety hazards of operation failure are brought to a patient to a certain extent.
