The working principle of the invention is as follows: pouring flax seed kernels to be processed into a rinsing box 2, adding alkaline water with the pH value of 7.5-9.0 for soaking for 15-30 minutes, opening a first material guide pipe 8 through a first electromagnetic valve 9, guiding the flax seed kernels and liquid into a separating mechanism 3 through the first material guide pipe 8, sequentially guiding the flax seed kernels and the liquid in a separating tank 10 into the separating tank 10, starting a first motor 11, driving a first rotating shaft 12 to rotate through the first motor 11, driving two stirring plates 15 to rotate along the circumferential direction of an internal partition plate 13 through the first rotating shaft 12, further driving the flax seed kernels to rotate along the internal partition plate 13, discharging the liquid through openings 16 distributed on the internal partition plate 13, opening a liquid outlet pipe 20 through a third electromagnetic valve 19, discharging the liquid through the liquid outlet pipe 20, starting an air blower 21, blowing air into the separating tank 10 through the air blower 21 and a ventilation pipeline 22, the wind direction extends towards the direction of the inner partition plate 13, so that the flax seed kernels on the inner partition plate 13 can be more thoroughly separated, the liquid is fully separated, then the second electromagnetic valve 18 is started, the second material guiding pipe 17 is opened, the flax seed kernels are guided into the cleaning tank 6 through the second material guiding pipe 17, after the flax seed kernels are guided into the cleaning tank 6, the flax seed kernels are connected with an external water source through the connecting water pipe 41, purified water is sprayed into the cleaning tank 6 through all the spray heads 40 on the annular water pipe 39, rinsing is performed through the purified water, the second motor 23 is started, the second rotating shaft 27 and the driving gear 24 are driven to rotate through the second motor 23, the two driven gears 25 are respectively driven to rotate along the circumferential direction of the driving gear 24 through the driving gear 24, and each stirring shaft 7 is driven to move and rotate along the inner circumferential direction of the cleaning tank 6 through each driven gear 25, stirring is carried out through the stirring blades 26 arranged on each stirring shaft 7, so that the flax seed kernels in the cleaning tank 6 are driven to be fully stirred and cleaned, when the two driven gears 25 move, each driven gear 25 moves in a limiting mode through the first sliding block 29, when each stirring shaft 7 moves, the flax seed kernels move in a limiting mode through each second sliding block 33 and each second bearing sleeve 32, after cleaning is finished, the sewer pipe 36 is opened through the fourth electromagnetic valve 38, a screen for preventing the flax seed kernels from flowing out is arranged in the sewer pipe 36, water is discharged through the sewer pipe 36, then the third motor 34 is started, the screw shaft 35 is driven to rotate through the third motor 34, the flax seed kernels are stirred through the screw shaft 35, the third guide pipe 37 is opened through the fifth electromagnetic valve 42, and the cleaned flax seed kernels are guided into the vulcanizing bed 5 through the third guide pipe 37 to be vulcanized and dried.

Claims (9)

1. A flax seed kernel rinsing, vulcanizing and drying device comprises:
a frame (1);
the rinsing box (2) is arranged on the rack (1) and is used for rinsing the linseed kernels;
the separation mechanism (3) is arranged on the rack (1) and is used for separating the rinsed flax kernels;
the cleaning mechanism (4) is arranged on the rack (1) and is used for cleaning the flax seeds separated by the separating mechanism (3);
the vulcanizing bed (5) is arranged on the rack (1) and is used for vulcanizing and drying the flax seed cleaned by the cleaning mechanism (4);
characterized in that said washing means (4) comprise:
the cleaning tank (6) is vertically arranged on the rack (1);
two (mixing) shafts (7), be vertical symmetry and set up in the inside both sides of wasing jar (6), two (mixing) shafts (7) can be along the circumferencial direction of wasing jar (6) at the inside swivelling movement who washs jar (6).

The flax seed kernel rinsing, vulcanizing and drying equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rinsing box (2) is horizontally arranged on the frame (1) and is located on one side above the separating mechanism (3), a first material guiding pipe (8) is arranged at the bottom of the rinsing box (2), one end of the first material guiding pipe (8) extends towards the inside of the separating mechanism (3), and a first electromagnetic valve (9) is arranged on the first material guiding pipe (8).

A flax seed kernel rinsing, vulcanizing and drying device according to claim 2, wherein the separating mechanism (3) comprises a separating tank (10), a first motor (11), a first rotating shaft (12) and an internal partition plate (13), the separating tank (10) is vertically arranged at one side below the cleaning box, one end of the first material guiding pipe (8) extends towards the inside of the upper end of the separating tank (10), the internal partition plate (13) is horizontally arranged at the middle inside of the separating tank (10), the first rotating shaft (12) is vertically arranged at the center inside the separating tank (10), a first bearing sleeve (14) for rotating the first rotating shaft (12) is arranged at the center of the internal partition plate (13), the upper end of the first rotating shaft (12) can rotatably penetrate through an inner ring of the first bearing sleeve (14) to extend upwards, two sides of the extending end of the first rotating shaft (12) are respectively provided with a vertically arranged poking plate (15), two one side that dial board (15) dorsad respectively with the accurate laminating of inner wall of knockout drum (10), be equipped with opening (16) that a plurality of matrix distributes on inside baffle (13), the diameter of opening (16) is less than the diameter of sub-young benevolence, every first motor (11) are vertical setting in the bottom of knockout drum (10), the output of first motor (11) is connected with the bottom transmission of first pivot (12), one side that knockout drum (10) are close to inside baffle (13) is equipped with second passage (17) that are the level setting, be equipped with second solenoid valve (18) on second passage (17), the extension end of second passage (17) is to the inside extension in upper end of wasing jar (6), the bottom of knockout drum (10) is equipped with down liquid pipe (20), be equipped with third solenoid valve (19) on down liquid pipe (20).

A flax seed kernel rinsing, vulcanizing and drying equipment according to claim 4, wherein the cleaning mechanism (4) further comprises a second motor (23), a driving gear (24) and two driven gears (25), the driving gear (24) is horizontally arranged at the center of the upper end of the interior of the separation tank (10), the two driven gears (25) respectively drive two sides of the gear (24), the two driven gears (25) are both horizontally arranged, the driving gear (24) is respectively engaged with the two driven gears (25), each stirring shaft (7) is respectively vertically arranged at the center of the bottom of each driven gear (25), a stirring blade (26) is respectively arranged on each stirring shaft (7) along the length direction of each stirring shaft (7), the second motor (23) is vertically arranged at the center of the top of the cleaning tank (6), the output end of the second motor (23) is arranged downwards, the output end of the second motor (23) is provided with a second rotating shaft (27) which is vertically arranged, the bottom of the second rotating shaft (27) is connected with the center of the driving gear (24), and the second motor (23) is started.

A flax seed kernel rinsing, vulcanizing and drying equipment as claimed in claim 5, wherein the inner upper end of the cleaning tank (6) is provided with a first annular track (28), the axis of the first annular track (28) is the same as the axis of the driving gear (24), the annular track is arranged at the inner top end of the cleaning tank (6), a first slide block (29) is respectively arranged right above each driven gear (25), each first slide block (29) can be respectively arranged in the inner part of each first annular track (28) in a sliding manner, the top center of each driven gear (25) is respectively provided with a third rotating shaft (30), and the top of each third rotating shaft (30) can be respectively inserted into the bottom of each first slide block (29) in a rotating manner.

A flax seed kernel rinsing, vulcanizing and drying equipment as claimed in claim 6, wherein the upper end of the cleaning tank (6) is located below the driving gear (24) and is provided with a second annular rail (31) which is horizontally arranged, the side part of the second annular rail (31) is installed on the inner wall of the cleaning tank (6), one end of each stirring shaft (7) close to the second annular rail (31) is respectively provided with a second bearing sleeve (32), and one side of each second bearing sleeve (32) is respectively provided with a second sliding block (33) which can slide in the second annular rail (31).
