Description

Weeding composition, preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a weeding composition, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Herbicide varieties containing a single active ingredient have different degrees of defects in the agricultural weeding process: the herbicide is easy to generate drug resistance after continuous use, has an insufficiently broad weeding spectrum, can only control monocotyledonous weeds or dicotyledonous weeds, or can only control emerging weeds or non-emerging weeds, and cannot control both the monocotyledonous weeds and the dicotyledonous weeds. By compounding two or more active components, the control effect can be improved, the use amount of active ingredients is reduced, the control cost is saved, the generation of drug resistance of weeds is delayed, the service life of the herbicide is prolonged, and the pollution to the environment is reduced.
Bensulfuron methyl, chemical name: 3- (2-chloro-4-fluoro-5- (3-methyl-2, 6-dioxo-4-trifluoromethyl-3, 6-dihydropyrimidin-1 (2H) -yl) phenyl) -5-methyl-4, 5-dihydroisoxazole-5-carboxylic acid ethyl ester is the combination of uracil and isoxazole structure, has better herbicidal activity compared with saflufenacil, and can effectively prevent and kill annual and perennial weeds in gardens and non-cultivated lands.
The bensulfuron methyl is originally only used for preventing and removing weeds in orchards and non-cultivated lands, can be used before seedlings after rice sowing by compounding with other raw medicines, can effectively control the growth of weeds, has an effect superior to that of the current common varieties, and can reduce the dosage, improve the weeding effect and delay the generation of resistance after compounding.

Solvent(s)

The inventor finds that the system adopts polycarboxylate with a comb-shaped structure, the long carbon chain of the system has more active adsorption sites, such as acid groups, ester groups, sulfonic groups, ether and the like, the primisula bescens and other active components can be firmly adsorbed around the polycarboxylate through intermolecular force, and the branched chain of the polycarboxylate has a space repulsion function, so that the polycarboxylate can prevent irregular flocculation caused by aggregation of the active components, improve the dispersibility of the active components, establish a stable dispersion system and improve the stability of the suspoemulsion. Particularly after the suspending agent is compounded with sodium lignosulfonate for use, the interface free energy of raw pesticide particles is effectively reduced, the merging tendency among the pesticide particles is weakened, meanwhile, electric double layers are formed on the surfaces of the raw pesticide particles through self ionization, and the dispersed raw pesticide particles are stably suspended and dispersed in a suspending agent system by virtue of the steric hindrance formed by the electric double layers and the macromolecules, so that the suspending agent is not limited by external temperature, and the problems of layering and settlement cannot occur after long-time placement.
The inventor thinks that because the suspoemulsion is a thermodynamically unstable system, the invention improves the physical and chemical stability of the product, improves the utilization rate of the product and improves the weeding and control effects of the herbicide preparation by optimizing and reasonably compounding the emulsifying agent and the wetting dispersant; meanwhile, the formulation of the invention is a suspoemulsion, which combines the advantages of pesticide water-based agent type aqueous emulsion and suspending agent, the suspoemulsion has smaller and more stable suspended particles than the suspending agent, the aqueous emulsion contains a large amount of organic solvent, the suspoemulsion of the invention avoids the pollution of dust and harmful solvent of other formulations to the environment and people, and the suspoemulsion has lower cost and more stable performance than other formulations, thus greatly improving the safety and the pesticide effect.

Performance testing
1. Low temperature stability test
The herbicidal suspoemulsion prepared in example was stored in a refrigerator at-5 ℃ for 7 days, and after returning to room temperature, dispersibility, suspensibility were measured, and fluidity of the suspoemulsion and precipitation of crystals were observed.
2. Heat storage stability test
The herbicidal suspoemulsion prepared in example was stored in an incubator at 54 ℃ for 14 days, and after returning to room temperature, dispersibility and suspensibility were measured, and whether the suspoemulsion had crystal precipitation or not was observed.
Dispersibility and suspensibility test method: in a 250 mm cylindrical container with CIPAC (International Agrochemical analysis Association) standard water D, 1 gram of sample was added. If the sample quickly sinks to the bottom of the cylindrical container, the dispersion of the sample is poor; if the sample is dispersed in water in real time, the dispersibility of the sample is good. Then, the lid was closed and the cylindrical vessel was shaken up and down 10 times and allowed to stand for another 1 minute, and if many precipitated solids were observed, this would indicate that the suspension of the sample was not good enough; if a trace amount of precipitated solid was observed, it indicated that the suspensibility of the specimen was good.
The test results are shown in Table 1.
