本申请提供一种终端设备的解锁方法、设备和存储介质。该方法中，终端设备通过获取用户的物理身份证的身份证信息，与存储在安全区域中的身份证信息进行对比，确定是否一致，若一致时对终端设备进行解锁，提供一种更安全可靠的解锁方案，并且安全区域中的身份证信息不能被刷机刷掉，保证终端设备中存储的数据的安全，并进一步保证用户的财产安全。
