Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
The return sheave has a supply port for supplying a lubricant into the bearing, and the lubricant is periodically supplied into the bearing through the supply port. The lubricant adhering to the side surface falls downward, and causes contamination of the cable or the like, and therefore must be removed. However, the side of the side surface of the diverting pulley on which the bearing is disposed (the center side) is covered with the mounting plate to which the shaft of the diverting pulley is mounted, and therefore, it is difficult to reach the side by hand. Therefore, the cleaning operation requires labor and time, and it is difficult to clean the side surface of the return sheave.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a deflector sheave cleaning aid and a deflector sheave cleaning method that can easily perform a cleaning operation of a side surface of a deflector sheave and easily clean the side surface of the deflector sheave.
Means for solving the problems
In order to solve the above-described problems, a diverting pulley cleaning aid according to the present invention is a diverting pulley cleaning aid for cleaning a diverting pulley in a diverting pulley device including a diverting pulley and an attaching plate in an elevator, a shaft portion of the diverting pulley being attached to the attaching plate, and the attaching plate being disposed so as to cover at least a part of a side surface of the diverting pulley with a space therebetween, the diverting pulley cleaning aid including: a fixing portion for fixing to the mounting plate; and a cleaning unit that is connected to the fixing unit via a connecting unit and that can be brought into contact with the side surface in a state where the fixing unit is fixed to the mounting plate.
According to the present invention, the fixing portion can be fixed to the mounting plate to which the shaft portion of the pulley is fixed, in a state where the cleaning portion is in contact with the side surface of the pulley. Therefore, in this state, the cleaning unit can easily scrape off the lubricant adhering to the side surface only by automatically rotating the return sheave. Therefore, the cleaning work of the side surface which is difficult to reach by the hand because of being covered by the mounting plate can be easily performed, and the side surface can be easily cleaned.
In the present invention, the coupling portion may include an axially extending portion that extends substantially parallel to the axial direction of the return sheave in a state where the fixing portion is fixed to the mounting plate, and an axially extending/contracting portion that extends/contracts the axially extending portion in the axial direction.
According to the above configuration, the axial length of the axially extending portion can be varied according to the distance between the side surface of the return sheave and the attachment plate, and the cleaning portion can be brought into contact with the side surface of the return sheave by adjusting the axial length of the axially extending portion. Therefore, the auxiliary device for cleaning the diversion sheave can be applied to a plurality of diversion sheave devices with different distances between the side surface of the diversion sheave and the mounting plate, and the versatility of the auxiliary device for cleaning the diversion sheave can be improved.
In the present invention, the coupling portion may include a vertically extending portion that extends in a vertical direction substantially perpendicular to an extending direction of the axially extending portion in a state where the fixing portion is fixed to the mounting plate, and a vertically extending/contracting portion that extends/contracts the vertically extending portion in the vertical direction.
According to the above configuration, the length of the vertical extending portion can be adjusted according to the specification of the diverting pulley. Therefore, the cleaning part can be brought into contact with an appropriate position of the side surface of the return sheave according to the specification of each return sheave, and the cleaning effect of the side surface of the return sheave can be increased.
In the present invention, one or more replacement cleaning portions having a length different from that of the cleaning portion may be provided, and the cleaning portion and the replacement cleaning portion may be detachable from the connecting portion.
When the diameter of the pulley is increased, the amount of the lubricant oozing out of the rolling bearing is also likely to increase. In contrast, according to the present configuration, the cleaning portion having an appropriate length can be selected according to the specification of the return sheave, and the selected cleaning portion can be attached to the connecting portion. Therefore, the cleaning effect of the cleaning part on the side surface of the diverting pulley can be increased.
Further, the present invention may further include a sheet-like member with a magnet, the sheet-like member with a magnet including: a sheet member; a 1 st magnet fixed to one end of two opposite ends of the sheet member in one direction; and a 2 nd magnet fixed to the other end of the two ends.
According to the above configuration, the 1 st magnet can be fixed to the outer surface of one of the pair of mounting plates that are fixed to the shaft portion of the return sheave and disposed so as to sandwich the sheave of the return sheave, and the 2 nd magnet can be fixed to the outer surface of the other mounting plate. In this state, the lower side of the diverting pulley can be covered with the sheet-like member. Therefore, the lubricant scraped off from the pulley can be received by the sheet member, and the scraped lubricant can be prevented from contaminating the lower region of the pulley.
A diverting pulley cleaning method of the present invention is a diverting pulley cleaning method for cleaning a diverting pulley of an elevator using the diverting pulley cleaning aid of the present invention, including: a fixing step of fixing the fixing portion to an attachment plate in a state where the cleaning portion of the auxiliary for sheave cleaning is brought into contact with a side surface of the sheave, the attachment plate being disposed so as to cover at least a part of the side surface of the sheave in a state where the attachment plate is separated from the part; and a rotating step of rotating the diverting pulley after the fixing step.
According to the present invention, the cleaning operation of the side surface of the diverting pulley can be easily performed, and the side surface of the diverting pulley can be cleaned.
Effects of the invention
According to the present invention, the cleaning operation of the side surface of the diverting sheave of the elevator can be easily performed, and the side surface of the diverting sheave can be cleaned.

In this way, the 1 st rod member 73 is fastened to the opposing side wall portion 86, whereby the 1 st rod member 73 is fixed to the coupling body 79. In the 1 st rod-like member 73, a portion fixed to the coupling portion 78 constitutes the other end portion of the axially extending portion 76.
As shown in fig. 5, the 2 nd through hole 83 is a cylindrical hole. Referring to fig. 4, the vertical extending portion 77 is formed by a part of the 2 nd rod member 74, the 2 nd rod member 74 is formed by a circular rod member, and the 2 nd rod member 74 is inserted into the 2 nd through hole 83. Referring to fig. 5, the cylindrical portion 87 defining the 2 nd through hole 83 has a screw hole extending in the radial direction. The male screw provided on the shaft portion of the 2 nd thumb screw 81 is screwed into the threaded hole of the cylindrical portion 87, and the 2 nd rod-like member 74 is pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the 2 nd through hole 83 by the tip portion of the shaft portion. In this way, the 2 nd rod member 74 is fixed to the coupling body 79 by fastening the 2 nd rod member 74 to the inner peripheral surface of the 2 nd through hole 83. The length of the vertical direction extending portion 77 is adjusted by appropriately adjusting the length position of the 2 nd rod-like member 74 in contact with the 2 nd thumb screw 81. The cylindrical portion 87 and the 2 nd thumb screw 81 constitute a vertically extending and contracting portion. In addition, in the 2 nd rod-like member 74, a portion fixed to the coupling portion 78 constitutes one side end portion of the vertical direction extending portion 77.
As shown in fig. 4, the cleaning portion 95 is detachably attached to the end portion 89 of the 2 nd rod-like member 74 on the side opposite to the coupling portion 78 side. Specifically, as shown in fig. 6 (a), a bottomed cylindrical hole 93 is provided in the end portion 89 of the 2 nd rod-like member 74. Referring to fig. 6 (b), cleaning unit 95 is fixed to the other end of attachment shaft 94 in a state where one end of attachment shaft 94 is exposed. More specifically, for example, the cleaning portion 95 has an attachment recess (not shown) formed by a bottomed cylindrical hole or the like, and the other end portion of the attachment shaft portion 94 is fixed to the attachment recess by a fixing means such as an adhesive or press-fitting.
Referring to fig. 6 (a) and 6 (b), the mounting shaft portion 94 is fixed to the 2 nd rod member 74 by press-fitting the one end portion 94a exposed at the mounting shaft portion 94 into the cylindrical hole 93 of the 2 nd rod member 74, and as a result, the cleaning portion 95 is fixed to the 2 nd rod member 74. When the one end portion of the mounting shaft portion 94 is entirely press-fitted into the cylindrical hole 93, the end portion of the 2 nd rod-like member 74 on the side opposite to the coupling portion 78 side constitutes the other end portion of the vertical extending portion 77. The cleaning unit 95 is preferably formed of a scraper, a brush, a sponge, a brush, or the like made of rubber, for example, but may be formed of any material as long as it can scrape off a lubricant such as grease adhering to the side surface of the sheave 40.
In the above configuration, the return sheave 6 is cleaned in the following order using the auxiliary device 50, for example. First, as shown in fig. 4, the cleaning unit 95 is attached to one end of the 2 nd rod member 74, and the other end of the 2 nd rod member 74 is attached to the coupling portion 78. The other side of the 1 st rod member 73 is attached to the coupling portion 78.
Next, the 1 st rod member 73 is inserted into the through hole of the coupling portion attachment structure 68 of the fixing portion 60 from one end portion, and the lower end portion of the attachment plate 22 is disposed between the pressing plate 69 of the fixing portion 60 and the 2 nd flat plate portion 66. Then, in this state, the thumb screw 70 is tightened, and the lower end portion is fastened to the 2 nd flat plate portion 66 by the pressing plate 69, so that the fixing portion 60 is fixed to the attachment plate 22.
Next, the 1 st rod-like member 73 is pressed toward the sheave 40 until the cleaning portion 95 comes into contact with the side surface 43 of the sheave 40. The butterfly screw 63 is tightened to fix the connecting portion mounting structure 68 to the 1 st rod-shaped member 73 in a state where the cleaning portion 95 is in contact with the side surface 43 of the sheave 40, thereby completing the fixing of the auxiliary body 51 to the return sheave device 20.
Thereafter, the 1 st magnet 54 of the sheet member with magnet 52 is fixed to the outer end surface of one mounting plate 22, and the 2 nd magnet 55 is fixed to the outer end surface of the other mounting plate 22. In a state where the sheet member 52 with the magnet is fixed to the pair of attachment plates 22, the sheet member 53 is disposed so as to overlap all of the tool body 51 fixed to the attachment plates 22 when viewed in the vertical direction. The fixing of the auxiliary 50 to the pulley device 20 is completed by the fixing of the 1 st rod-like member 73 to the pair of mounting plates 22.
Finally, the sheave 40 is rotated by moving the car 2 of the elevator 1 in a state where the auxiliary 50 is fixed to the diverting pulley device 20. The rotation of the sheave 40 is performed by an operator on the car 2 using a portable switch, for example. By the rotation of the sheave 40, the cleaning portion 95 moves relative to the side surface 43 of the sheave 40 while contacting the side surface 43. By this relative movement, the cleaning portion 95 scrapes the lubricant adhering to the side surface 43 downward. It is preferable that the sheave 40 is rotated at least 2 times to sufficiently scrape off the lubricant. The sheet member 53 collects the dropped lubricant, and the return sheave 6 can be cleaned without contaminating the external environment.
As is clear from the above description, the auxiliary device 50 is used to clean the return sheave 6 included in the return sheave apparatus 20 of the elevator 1. The pulley device 20 includes an attachment plate 22, and the shaft 41 of the pulley 6 is attached to the attachment plate 22. The mounting plate 22 covers at least a part of the side surface 43 of the diverting pulley 6 at a distance. The auxiliary device 50 further includes: a fixing portion 60 for fixing to the mounting plate 22; and a cleaning portion 95 connected to the fixing portion 60 via the connecting portion 75 and contactable with the side surface 43 in a state where the fixing portion 60 is fixed to the mounting plate 22.
Therefore, the fixing portion 60 can be fixed to the mounting plate 22 to which the shaft portion 41 of the pulley is fixed, in a state where the cleaning portion 95 is brought into contact with the side surface 43 of the pulley 6. Therefore, in this state, the cleaning unit 95 can easily scrape off the lubricant adhering to the side surface 43 by simply automatically rotating the return sheave 6. As a result, the cleaning operation of the side surface 43 which is difficult to reach by hand because it is covered with the mounting plate 22 can be easily performed, and the side surface 43 can be cleaned.
The connection portion 75 may include an axially extending portion 76 that extends substantially parallel to the axial direction of the pulley 6 in a state where the fixing portion 60 is fixed to the attachment plate 22, and an axially extending/contracting portion that axially extends/contracts the axially extending portion 76.
According to the above configuration, the axial length of the axially extending portion 76 can be freely changed according to the distance between the side surface 43 of the pulley 6 and the attachment plate 22, and the cleaning portion 95 can be brought into contact with the side surface 43 of the pulley 6 by adjusting the axial length of the axially extending portion 76. Therefore, the auxiliary device 50 can be applied to the plurality of the pulley devices 20 having different distances between the side surface 43 of the pulley 6 and the attachment plate 22, and the versatility of the auxiliary device 50 can be improved.
The coupling portion 75 may include a vertical extending portion 77 that extends in a vertical direction substantially perpendicular to the extending direction of the axially extending portion 76 in a state where the fixing portion 60 is fixed to the attachment plate 22, and a vertical extending/contracting portion that extends/contracts the vertical extending portion 77 in the vertical direction.
According to the above configuration, the length of the vertical extending portion 77 can be adjusted according to the specification of the diverting pulley 6. Therefore, the cleaning portion 95 can be brought into contact with an appropriate position of the side surface 43 of the return sheave 6 in accordance with the specification of the return sheave 6, and the cleaning effect of the side surface 43 of the return sheave 6 can be increased.
The auxiliary tool 50 may include one or more replacement cleaning units having a length different from that of the cleaning unit 95. The cleaning unit 95 and the cleaning unit for replacement may be detachable from the connection unit 75. The cleaning unit for replacement has a structure that is different only in length from the cleaning unit 95 shown in fig. 6 (b), and therefore, illustration thereof is omitted.
If the diameter of the diverting pulley 6 becomes larger, the amount of the lubricant oozing out of the rolling bearing tends to become larger. In contrast, according to this configuration, the cleaning unit 95 having an appropriate length can be selected according to the specification of the return sheave 6, and the selected cleaning unit 95 or the replacement cleaning unit can be attached to the connection portion 75. Therefore, the cleaning effect of the cleaning portion 95 or the replacement cleaning portion on the side surface 43 of the deflector sheave 6 can be increased.
The auxiliary tool 50 may further include a sheet member 52 with a magnet, and the sheet member 52 with a magnet may include: the sheet member 53; a 1 st magnet 54 fixed to one of two ends of the sheet member 53 facing each other in one direction; and a 2 nd magnet 55 fixed to the other end of the two ends.
According to the above configuration, the 1 st magnet 54 can be fixed to the outer surface of one of the mounting plates 22 of the pair of mounting plates 22 disposed with the sheave 40 interposed therebetween, and the 2 nd magnet 55 can be fixed to the outer surface of the other mounting plate 22. In this state, the sheet member 53 can cover the lower side of the return sheave 6. Therefore, the lubricant scraped off from the return sheave 6 can be received by the sheet member 53, and the scraped lubricant can be prevented from contaminating the lower region of the return sheave 6.
The diverting pulley cleaning method of the present invention is a diverting pulley cleaning method for cleaning the diverting pulley 6 of the elevator 1 by using the auxiliary device 50 of the present invention. The pulley cleaning method further includes a fixing step of fixing the fixing portion 60 to the attachment plate 22 in a state where the cleaning portion 95 of the auxiliary 50 is brought into contact with the side surface 43 of the pulley 6, and the attachment plate 22 is disposed so as to cover a part of the side surface 43 of the pulley 6 in a state separated from at least a part of the side surface 43 of the pulley 6. Further, the diverting pulley cleaning method includes a rotating step of rotating the diverting pulley 6 after the fixing step. With this configuration, the cleaning operation of the side surface 43 of the pulley 6 can be easily performed, and the side surface 43 of the pulley 6 can be cleaned.
