Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a method for monitoring regional network quality according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, an execution subject of the method is a user terminal, and the method includes:
s110, acquiring the pause information of the multimedia during playing and the identification information of the connected base station.
The regional network quality in the embodiment of the invention refers to the overall network quality of an administrative region (such as province, city and district), and the mobile communication network operator monitors the index, so that the network quality in different regions is optimized in a targeted manner.
The execution subject of the embodiment of the invention is a user terminal, and specifically can be a mobile phone, a tablet, a notebook computer and other devices connected with a mobile communication network. The multimedia playing can be the online playing of multimedia such as video, audio and the like in the environment of connecting with the mobile communication network in the user terminal through modes such as web browsing, specific multimedia playing APP and the like.
The connected base stations of the embodiment of the invention are as follows: and the user terminal acquires the base station connected when the multimedia is played through the mobile communication network.
It can be understood that when multimedia such as video and audio is played online, a pause phenomenon may occur during the playing process due to poor network quality. The pause phenomenon may refer to a natural buffering phenomenon caused by poor network quality during the multimedia playing process. The phenomena of first buffering when multimedia playing is started, buffering caused by dragging a progress bar, buffering caused by code rate switching in the multimedia playing process and the like all belong to buffering generated by manual operation, and do not belong to the category of pause phenomenon in the embodiment of the invention. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention realizes the monitoring of the network quality by acquiring the pause information corresponding to the multimedia playing.
Specifically, the pause information corresponding to the multimedia playing may be the pause times or pause duration in the multimedia playing process. The pause times refer to the times of pause phenomenon in the multimedia playing process, and the multimedia playing process can be recorded as a pause once from entering a natural buffer state to recovering to a normal playing state; the pause time duration may refer to a time duration accumulated by a plurality of pauses occurring during the multimedia playing process. The pause times or the pause duration represent pause information which can reflect the quality of the network used in the multimedia playing process.
In addition, the regional network quality is also closely related to the condition of the base stations in the region. It will be appreciated that if a base station within the area fails or becomes abnormal, all network traffic connected to that base station within the area may be affected. In the embodiment of the invention, if the user terminal is stuck during multimedia playing, the base station connected with the multimedia playing may have a fault or an abnormality. Therefore, in this step, in addition to the morton information corresponding to the multimedia playing, identification information of the base station to which the multimedia playing is connected needs to be acquired.
The method for acquiring the morton information corresponding to the multimedia playing and the identification information of the base station connected with the multimedia playing can be realized by acquiring corresponding data acquisition programs, plug-ins, scripts and the like. For example, if the data acquired in the embodiment of the present invention is from a multimedia playing APP, the morton information and the identification information of the base station during the multimedia playing process may be acquired through a data acquisition plug-in built in the APP, and the data acquisition plug-in may be pre-programmed through an operating system (e.g., Android, iOS, etc.) where the APP is located by using a logic implementation code of a corresponding Development language, and may specifically be used as a form of an SDK (Software Development Kit) integrated in the multimedia playing APP; for another example, if the data acquired by the embodiment of the present invention is from multimedia playing performed during browsing a specific webpage, the pre-programmed data acquisition script may be called to acquire the morton information and the identification information of the base station during the multimedia playing.
Further, after the multimedia playing APP in the user terminal is started or the multimedia playing webpage is opened, the corresponding data acquisition plug-in or data acquisition script is initialized, and then the multimedia playing is monitored until the multimedia playing is finished.
Besides the morton information corresponding to the multimedia playing and the identification information of the base station connected with the multimedia playing, the user terminal can also acquire information related to the multimedia playing, such as multimedia ID, multimedia name, multimedia playing time, area information (namely area information corresponding to the connected base station) and the like according to actual requirements.
And S120, sending the pause information of the multimedia during playing and the identification information of the connected base station to a server, so that the server can determine the monitoring result of the regional network quality of the region to be monitored according to the pause information of the multimedia during playing and the identification information of the connected base station.
After acquiring the morton information corresponding to the multimedia playing and the identification information of the base station connected with the multimedia playing, the user terminal needs to send the information to the server so that the server can determine the monitoring result of the regional network quality according to the information. The time node for the user terminal to collect the information may be that after a multimedia play is performed, a group of information sent to the server is data in the process from starting the multimedia play to ending the multimedia play. If the user terminal has the behaviors of pausing the playing, stopping the playing and closing the APP or the webpage, the multimedia playing is considered to be finished.
The user terminal sends the morton information corresponding to the multimedia playing and the identification information of the base station connected with the multimedia playing to the server through the communication interfaces of the corresponding data acquisition program, the plug-in and the script. The communication interface generates a SID in a character string form in a random mode, and the SID is respectively embedded into the pause information corresponding to the multimedia playing and the identification information of the base station connected with the multimedia playing, so that the server can associate the pause information corresponding to the multimedia playing and the identification information of the base station connected with the multimedia playing through the SID.
In order to reduce the frequency of network connection with a server, a user terminal can set a timing storage space, and when acquiring a group of pause information corresponding to multimedia playing and identification information of a base station connected with the multimedia playing, the user terminal firstly stores the pause information and the identification information into the timing storage space, then sends data stored in the timing storage space to the server at a preset time node, and clears the timing storage space.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the area to be monitored includes a geographical area, such as an administrative area, to which the base station belongs. In one embodiment, the overall network quality of an administrative area is monitored. It can be understood that a plurality of user terminals performing multimedia playing are arranged in the administrative area, each user terminal collects the morton information corresponding to the respective multimedia playing and the identification information of the base station connected with the multimedia playing and sends the information to the server, and the server determines the area network quality monitoring result according to the data from the plurality of user terminals.
According to the method for monitoring the regional network quality, the user terminal acquires the related data of the multimedia playing of the user side and sends the related data to the server to determine the regional network quality monitoring result, so that the accuracy of monitoring the regional network quality is improved.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a method for monitoring regional network quality according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, an execution subject of the method is a server, and the method includes:
s210, acquiring the pause information of the multimedia sent by the user terminal during playing and the identification information of the connected base station.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, as an execution main body for determining the local area network quality monitoring result, the server needs to receive the required morton information corresponding to the multimedia broadcast and the identification information of the base station to which the multimedia broadcast is connected from the user terminal. The information received from the user terminal may be in a format packaged in a preset form, and the server may extract, from the information in the preset packaged format, specifically, the morton information corresponding to the multimedia broadcast and the identification information of the base station to which the multimedia broadcast is connected.
S220, determining the monitoring result of the regional network quality of the region to be monitored according to the pause information of the multimedia during playing and the identification information of the connected base station.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the area to be monitored includes a geographical area, such as an administrative area, to which the base station belongs. In one embodiment, the overall network quality of an administrative area is monitored. It can be understood that there are multiple user terminals performing multimedia playing in the administrative area, each user terminal collects the morton information corresponding to the respective multimedia playing and the identification information of the base station connected to the multimedia playing and sends the information to the server, and the server receives data from the multiple user terminals and determines the area network quality monitoring result according to the data.
Further, all the user terminals performing multimedia playing in the administrative area continuously transmit the data related to the multimedia playing to the server. The server may determine the monitoring result of the local area network quality according to data received in a specific time period (e.g., multimedia playing related data received from each user terminal in the last week). The selection of the time period may be determined according to the requirements of the actual application scenario, and the embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited.
According to the method for monitoring the regional network quality, the user terminal acquires the related data of the multimedia playing of the user side, and the server receives the data from the user terminal to determine the regional network quality monitoring result, so that the accuracy of monitoring the regional network quality is improved.
On the basis of any of the above embodiments, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of the method for monitoring the quality of the local area network according to the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, step S220 specifically includes:
s221, determining the area information of the connected base station according to the identification information of the connected base station.
The server needs to determine the regional network quality monitoring result of a certain region to be monitored according to the related data of multimedia playing sent by the user terminal located in the region to be monitored. In practice, however, the server receives the related information of the multimedia broadcast corresponding to the ue from different areas, not only from the ue in the area to be monitored, and therefore, the related data of the multimedia broadcast received by the ue in the area to be monitored needs to be screened from the related information of the multimedia broadcast corresponding to the ue from different areas.
The embodiment of the invention determines whether the area where the user terminal is actually positioned belongs to the area to be monitored or not by playing the area information of the base station connected with the user terminal through the multimedia. Because the data received by the server includes the identification information of the base station connected with the multimedia playing, and different base stations usually have unique identification, the area information of the base station connected with the multimedia playing can be determined according to the identification information of the base station connected with the multimedia playing.
Another optional implementation manner of this step is that, if the user terminal has already acquired the area information of the base station to which the multimedia playing is connected when acquiring data, and directly sends the information to the server, in this case, this step may be omitted.
S222, according to the pause information of the multimedia during playing and the area information of the connected base station, determining the total playing times of the multimedia in the area to be monitored and the total playing times of the multimedia which is subjected to pause in the area to be monitored.
The morton information corresponding to the multimedia playing and the area information of the base station connected with the multimedia playing, which are acquired in the embodiment of the invention, are a group of information which is received by the server from a user terminal. The determination of the regional network quality monitoring result is to determine the overall network quality of the region to be monitored in a specific time period. Therefore, the regional network quality monitoring result can be a result counted according to multiple sets of information received from multiple user terminals.
Specifically, in this step, the total number of times of playing the multimedia in the area to be monitored and the total number of times of playing the multimedia in the area to be monitored that has been blocked need to be determined.
For the above parameters to be determined, the following are examples: the server wants to determine the regional network quality monitoring result of the yankee district in beijing city, and supposing that the period for acquiring and counting data is set as one week, the server receives 2000 groups of multimedia playing related data sent to the server from 1000 user terminals in one week, wherein the server determines that the regional information of 100 groups of data is the yankee district in beijing city, namely the total number of times of multimedia playing in the yankee district in beijing city is 100.
Further, in the above-mentioned 100 multimedia broadcasts with the regional information being the sunny region in beijing, it is determined that there are 20 times of multimedia broadcasts with a pause condition, specifically, the pause time is at least 1 time, or the pause time is longer than 0. At this time, the total number of times of playing the multimedia that has been subjected to katton in the sunny region of beijing is 20.
S223, determining the regional network quality monitoring result of the region to be monitored according to the total playing times of the multimedia in the region to be monitored and the total playing times of the blocked multimedia in the region to be monitored.
According to the regional network quality monitoring method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the server determines the regional information of the region to be monitored through the identification information of the base station connected with the multimedia playing, so that the related multimedia playing information in the region to be monitored can be screened out, and the accuracy of regional network quality monitoring is further improved.
On the basis of any of the above embodiments, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of the method for monitoring the quality of the local area network according to the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, step S223 specifically includes:
s223-1, determining the blocking rate of the multimedia service of the area corresponding to the area to be monitored and the blocking rate of the multimedia service of the area corresponding to the upper-level area of the area to be monitored according to the total playing times of the multimedia in the area to be monitored and the total playing times of the multimedia which is blocked in the area to be monitored.
S223-2, determining a regional network quality monitoring result of the region to be monitored according to the regional multimedia service blocking rate corresponding to the region to be monitored and the regional multimedia service blocking rate corresponding to the superior region of the region to be monitored.
After the total number of multimedia playing in the area to be monitored and the total number of multimedia playing occurring after the multimedia playing is blocked in the area to be monitored are determined, some statistical data related to the regional network quality of the area to be monitored are determined, and the regional network quality monitoring result of the area to be monitored can be determined by using the data, for example, a corresponding formula can be designed to calculate the regional network quality monitoring result.
In the embodiment of the invention, according to the total number of multimedia playing in the area to be monitored and the total number of multimedia playing which is blocked in the area to be monitored, the multimedia service blocking rate of the area corresponding to the area to be monitored and the multimedia service blocking rate of the area corresponding to the upper-level area of the area to be monitored can be obtained.
The upper-level region of the region to be monitored refers to a region with a wider range than that of the region to be monitored, and specifically, if the region to be monitored is a sunny region in Beijing, the upper-level region of the region to be monitored is just Beijing; if the area to be monitored is pizza, the superior area of the area to be monitored is Tibet.
The zone multimedia service blocking rate is determined by the total number of times of the multimedia playing which is blocked and the total number of times of the multimedia playing, and specifically may be a proportion of the total number of times of the multimedia playing which is blocked to the total number of times of the multimedia playing, the data represents the quality of the zone network according to the proportion of the blocking condition, and the higher the value is, the worse the quality of the zone network is. For example, the total number of times of playing the multimedia that has been stuck in the sunny region of beijing city is 20, and the total number of times of playing the multimedia is 100, then the local multimedia service stuck rate in the sunny region of beijing city is 0.2.
The blocking rate of the regional multimedia service corresponding to the region to be monitored is the blocking rate of the regional multimedia service calculated in the region to be monitored; the zone multimedia service blocking rate corresponding to the upper zone of the zone to be monitored is the zone multimedia service blocking rate calculated in the upper zone of the zone to be monitored. The calculation methods of the two methods are not different, and only the range of the data acquired by the screening server is different.
And further determining the regional network quality monitoring result of the region to be monitored according to the regional multimedia service blocking rate corresponding to the region to be monitored and the regional multimedia service blocking rate corresponding to the superior region of the region to be monitored.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a ratio between the area multimedia service blocking rate corresponding to the area to be monitored and the area multimedia service blocking rate corresponding to the upper level area of the area to be monitored can be used as the area network quality monitoring result of the area to be monitored.
According to the regional network quality monitoring method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the statistical data related to the regional network quality of the region to be monitored is determined by counting the received user side data, so that an accurate regional network quality monitoring result can be determined.
On the basis of any of the above embodiments, fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of the method for monitoring the quality of the local area network according to the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, step S220 specifically includes:
s224, according to the identification information of the connected base station, determining the area information of the connected base station.
S225, determining the total playing times of the multimedia in the area to be monitored, the total playing times of the jammed multimedia in the area to be monitored and the number of the jammed base stations in the area to be monitored according to the jamming information of the multimedia during playing, the identification information of the connected base station and the area information of the connected base station; the card pause base station is a base station connected when the user terminal plays the multimedia card pause.
In the embodiment of the present invention, what needs to be determined in this step are the total number of multimedia plays in the area to be monitored, the total number of times of multimedia plays that have been subjected to jamming, and the number of base stations corresponding to the multimedia plays that have been subjected to jamming.
Further, in the above-mentioned 100 multimedia broadcasts whose area to be monitored is the sunny area in beijing, it is determined that there are 20 multimedia broadcasts with a pause condition, specifically, the pause times are at least 1, or the pause time length is greater than 0. At this time, the total number of times of playing the multimedia that has been subjected to katton in the sunny region in beijing is 20.
Further, in the above-mentioned 20 times of the executed mortgage multimedia broadcast in the sunny district of kyoto city, it is determined that the 20 times of multimedia broadcast are respectively connected to 4 different mobile communication network base stations. At this time, the number of base stations corresponding to the multimedia playing in sunny district of beijing is 4.
S226, determining the regional network quality monitoring result of the region to be monitored according to the total playing times of the multimedia in the region to be monitored, the total playing times of the blocked multimedia in the region to be monitored and the number of blocked base stations in the region to be monitored.
6 is a schematic flow chart of the method for monitoring the quality of the local area network according to the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, step S226 specifically includes:
s226-1, determining the multimedia service blocking rate of the area corresponding to the area to be monitored and the multimedia service blocking rate of the area corresponding to the upper-level area of the area to be monitored according to the total number of multimedia playing in the area to be monitored and the total number of multimedia playing which is blocked in the area to be monitored.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the zone multimedia service blocking rate is determined by the total number of times of multimedia playing that has undergone blocking and the total number of times of multimedia playing, and specifically may be a ratio of the total number of times of multimedia playing that has undergone blocking to the total number of times of multimedia playing, the data represents the level of the zone network quality according to the ratio of the blocking, and the higher the value is, the worse the zone network quality is.
S226-2, acquiring the average service occurrence frequency of the area blockage base station corresponding to the area to be monitored and the average service occurrence frequency of the area blockage base station corresponding to the upper-level area of the area to be monitored.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the average service occurrence number of the regional stuck base station is determined by the total number of multimedia plays and the number of base stations corresponding to the multimedia plays that have occurred in the regional stuck base station, and specifically may be a ratio of the total number of multimedia plays to the number of base stations corresponding to the multimedia plays that have occurred in the regional stuck base station, for reflecting the number of multimedia plays that are related to the base station having an abnormality or a failure, where a higher value indicates a worse quality of the regional network. For example, the total number of times of playing the multimedia in the sunny region of beijing is 100, the number of the base stations corresponding to the played multimedia which has undergone katton is 4, and the average number of times of service occurrences of the katton base stations in the sunny region of beijing is 25.
The average service occurrence frequency of the area stuck base station corresponding to the area to be monitored is the average service occurrence frequency of the area stuck base station calculated in the area to be monitored; the average service occurrence number of the area stuck base station corresponding to the upper area of the area to be monitored is the average service occurrence number of the area stuck base station calculated in the upper area of the area to be monitored. The calculation methods of the two methods are not different, and only the range of the data acquired by the screening server is different.
S226-3, determining a regional network quality monitoring result of the region to be monitored according to the regional multimedia service blocking rate corresponding to the region to be monitored, the regional multimedia service blocking rate corresponding to the superior region of the region to be monitored, the regional blocking base station average service occurrence frequency corresponding to the region to be monitored and the regional blocking base station average service occurrence frequency corresponding to the superior region of the region to be monitored.
The monitoring result of the regional network quality in the embodiment of the invention can consist of the regional multimedia service blockage rate and the regional blockage base station average service occurrence frequency.
In the two indexes, the regional multimedia service blocking rate is a main index, and the quality of a regional network is reflected by the occurrence proportion of the blocking condition; the average service occurrence frequency of the regional stuck base station is an auxiliary index, and when the main index does not show the difference of network quality among different regions, the auxiliary index can be used as an evaluation index of a regional network quality monitoring result.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, according to the multimedia service blocking rate a and the average service occurrence number b of the regional blocking base station corresponding to the region to be monitored, and the regional multimedia service blocking rate m and the average service occurrence number n of the regional blocking base station corresponding to the upper-level region of the region to be monitored, the determined evaluation index of the regional network quality is the standard regional network quality monitoring result R. The calculation formula can be: r ═ a/m × 0.8+ b/n × 0.2. The coefficients 0.8 and 0.2 are empirical values and can be adjusted according to actual application scenarios.
For example, the standard regional network quality monitoring results corresponding to multiple administrative districts in beijing cities, such as the sunny district, the hai lake district, and the east district, can be calculated according to the above formula, and the calculation results of the administrative districts are calculated based on the regional multimedia service katton rate and the regional katton base station average service occurrence frequency in beijing cities, so that data between different administrative districts has comparability, and a mobile communication network operator can conveniently monitor, compare and optimize the data. After the standard regional network quality monitoring results of the different administrative districts are obtained, the data of the different administrative districts can be visually displayed to the user in the visual forms of lists, charts and the like.
According to the regional network quality monitoring method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the standard regional network quality monitoring result is determined according to the regional network quality monitoring result corresponding to the region to be monitored and the regional network quality monitoring result corresponding to the superior region of the region to be monitored, so that a mobile communication network operator can conveniently compare data of different regions, and further the network quality of a specific region can be optimized in a targeted manner.
On the basis of any of the above embodiments, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a user terminal provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 7, the user terminal includes:

The communication interface can generate a SID in a character string form, and the SID is respectively embedded into the pause information corresponding to the multimedia playing and the identification information of the base station connected with the multimedia playing, so that the server can associate the pause information corresponding to the multimedia playing with the identification information of the base station connected with the multimedia playing through the SID.
In the embodiment of the invention, the overall network quality of an administrative region is monitored.
According to the user terminal provided by the embodiment of the invention, the user terminal acquires the related data of the multimedia playing of the user side and sends the related data to the server to determine the regional network quality monitoring result, so that the accuracy of the regional network quality monitoring is improved.
