Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of voice in optical fiber communication, in particular to a method and a device for realizing extension sets.
Background
With the popularization of optical fiber communication technology and the development of voice technology, the application demand of users on voice communication is gradually increased, and more users and places need to realize extension functions.
At present, for a home user, an extension function is usually realized based on a home gateway, and specifically, the extension function is realized by the following two ways: firstly, the telephone is directly connected through an expansion port of the telephone; and secondly, connecting the multiple telephones through a 1-minute-N junction box. The first mode can cause disordered layout of the home telephone line, is not attractive and influences user perception; meanwhile, as the extension set does not independently supply power, when the extension set is used, the sound intensity is reduced, and the voice quality is influenced. The second method also has a problem of low sound intensity. Moreover, the two implementation manners have a common disadvantage that when one of the telephones is in a call, the extension telephone is off-hook, and then only the call can be added, but not other numbers can be dialed.
For enterprise users, when implementing the extension function, besides using the access device, the telephone needs to be connected through the switch. Such an implementation not only increases user costs, but also increases the complexity of the network topology.

Detailed Description
Aiming at the problems that in the prior art, when a household user realizes an extension function, the telephone is directly connected through an extension port of the telephone or connected with a plurality of telephones through a 1-minute-N junction box, so that the wiring of the telephone is disordered, the sound intensity is reduced, the voice quality is influenced, and other numbers cannot be freely dialed; and when the enterprise users realize the extension function, the telephone needs to be additionally connected through the switchboard, so that the problems of high cost of user equipment, high complexity of network topology and the like exist.
The invention aims to provide a method and a device for realizing extension-like units, which can not only make the household wiring more flexible and beautiful, but also avoid the volume reduction of the extension unit, ensure the voice quality, and also can freely dial other numbers; meanwhile, a junction box or a switch is not needed, so that the equipment cost is saved, resources can be used more sufficiently, and the actual use requirement is met. The class extension is an extension which has the function of the traditional extension and also supports the configuration of the same telephone number.
The main design concept is as follows: existing fiber optic access devices typically have two or even more voice ports. However, due to various reasons, a general user only uses one of the voice ports, which causes a waste of resources. The invention uses the existing characteristics of two or even a plurality of voice ports of the existing optical fiber access equipment to connect each voice port of the optical fiber access equipment with the telephone, so that the connected telephone can become a similar extension set. Because each class extension has a respective voice port and has independent power supply, when the function of the class extension is realized, the problem of reduction of the voice intensity of the telephone set can not occur, and the voice quality is effectively ensured. Moreover, the voice port of each extension has a separate voice processing function, when a certain voice port is off-hook and no R key press or hook flash operation is detected, the phone connected with the voice port can directly dial any other phone without concerning the states of other voice ports, thereby solving the problem of the prior art that dialing is not free. And when the off-hook voice port wants to actively monitor or join in the call of other voice ports, a common two-party call, a similar extension two-party call or a similar extension three-party call can be established according to the state of the corresponding voice port, so that various application scene requirements can be met. In addition, by adopting the scheme of the invention, the function of the class extension can be realized without additional equipment such as a junction box or a switchboard, and the equipment cost is effectively saved.
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
However, it should be noted that: the examples to be described next are only some specific examples, and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention necessarily to the following specific steps, values, conditions, data, orders, and the like. Those skilled in the art can, upon reading this specification, utilize the concepts of the present invention to construct more embodiments than those specifically described herein.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an implementation method of a class extension, where the implementation method includes the following steps:
A. each voice port of the optical fiber access equipment is connected with a telephone, so that the connected telephones become class extensions, and the class extensions also support the configuration of the same telephone number on the basis of having the functions of the traditional extensions, namely the class extensions can be the same number or different numbers. It can be understood that the optical fiber access device in this embodiment is an optical fiber access device supporting voice services, including but not limited to: home gateway equipment, MDU (Multiple Dwelling Unit) equipment, and MSAN (Multi-Service Access Network) equipment. In practical application, for a home user, the Optical fiber access device may be a home gateway ONU (Optical Network Unit); for enterprise users, the fiber access device may be an MDU device or an MSAN device.
B. When a certain voice port is off-hook and the R key pressing or hook flash operation is not detected, the phone connected with the voice port can directly dial other phones without concerning the states of other voice ports. It will be appreciated that when a user goes off-hook and does not press the R-key or hook flash, it is generally indicated that the user only wants to dial other phones and does not want to listen to or join a call on other voice ports. In this case, the phone connected with the off-hook voice port can directly dial other phones without concerning the states of other voice ports; the other phones include any external phone and any extension class inside (i.e. the phone to which any other voice port under the same optical fiber access device is connected). When the user goes off the hook and presses the R key or hook flash, it usually indicates that the user wants to listen to or join the call on another voice port. For this case, it will be described in the next step, which is not described herein.
C. When a certain voice port is off-hook and the operation of pressing an R key or a hook switch is detected, judging the state of a corresponding voice port (namely, other extension sets corresponding to the voice port identification input by the user) according to the voice port identification input by the user; and establishing a common two-party call, a similar extension two-party call or a similar extension three-party call according to the state of the corresponding voice port and the condition that whether the off-hook voice port is selected to join the call. It will be appreciated that when a user goes off-hook and makes an R-key or hook flash operation, this typically indicates that the user wants to listen to or join a call on another voice port. At this time, the user can also input the voice port identification of other voice ports which are wanted to be actively monitored or added while pressing the R key or performing hook flash operation. The voice port identification can be an internally agreed class extension number or a telephone number of other class extensions with different numbers. Specifically, when the voice port of the off-hook is the same number as other voice ports which are required to be actively monitored or added, the input voice port identification is an internally agreed class extension number; when the off-hook voice port and other voice ports which are wanted to be actively monitored or added are different numbers, the input voice port identification can be directly the telephone number of the extension.
As can be seen from the above operations, in this embodiment, each voice port of the optical fiber access device is connected to a telephone, so that the connected telephone can become an extension-like device. Because each class extension has a respective voice port and has independent power supply, when the function of the class extension is realized, the problem of reduction of the voice intensity of the telephone set can not occur, and the voice quality is effectively ensured. In addition, in this embodiment, when a certain voice port is off-hook and no R-key pressing or hook flash operation is detected, the phone connected to the voice port can directly dial other phones without considering the states of other voice ports, thereby solving the problem that in the prior art, when one phone is in a call, the extension set can only join the call and cannot dial other numbers after being off-hook. In addition, when the off-hook voice port wants to actively monitor or join in the call of other voice ports, a common two-party call, a similar extension two-party call or a similar extension three-party call can be established according to the state of the corresponding voice port, so that various application scene requirements are met. It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the ordinary two-party call refers to an application scenario in which the similar extension sets establish a call with any other phone (including any external phone and any other similar extension set inside) by direct dialing; the two-party call of the class extension refers to the situation that a certain class extension already establishes a common two-party call with other telephones, and the class extension which is off-hook currently selects to join in the application scene of the call (similar to a common three-party call); the three-party call of the similar extension sets means that a certain similar extension set already establishes a common three-party call with other two telephones, and the currently off-hook similar extension set selects to join in an application scene of the call (similar to a common four-party call).
Further, as an optional implementation manner, in step C, the state of the corresponding voice port includes: not in a call, in a two-party call, in a three-party call. On the basis, in the step C, according to the state of the corresponding voice port and the condition whether the off-hook voice port selects to join the call, establishing a common two-party call, a similar extension two-party call or a similar extension three-party call, specifically comprising:
if the state of the corresponding voice port is not in the call, the off-hook voice port does not need to select whether to join the call, dial tones are directly played, and the connected phone can establish a common two-party call with other phones (including any external phone and any internal extension phone) through dialing;
if the state of the corresponding voice port is in two-party communication and the off-hook voice port selects to join in the communication, establishing two-party communication of the extension class; it can be understood that, as an alternative implementation, when judging whether the off-hook voice port selects to join the call, the judgment can be made by pressing an R key or performing hook flash operation; if the R key or the hook flash is pressed, the voice port of the off-hook is selected to be added into the call, and if the R key or the hook flash is not pressed, the voice port of the off-hook is selected not to be added into the call;
if the state of the corresponding voice port is in a three-party call, and the off-hook voice port selects to join the call (R key pressing or hook flash operation), establishing the three-party call of the extension-like machine;
if the state of the corresponding voice port is in two-party communication or three-party communication, but the off-hook voice port selects not to add communication (no R key or hook flash operation), the dial tone is directly played, and the connected telephone can establish common two-party communication with other telephones (including any external telephone and any internal extension) through dialing.
Further, as an optional implementation manner, in step C of this embodiment, a specific flow of establishing a two-party call (similar to a common three-party call) of the extension-like set includes:
step 1, selecting RTP (Real-time Transport Protocol) stream parameters by a voice port which is off-hooked and the corresponding voice port according to SDP (Session Description Protocol) information of the last call of each voice port and the corresponding voice port; the RTP stream parameters comprise transmission parameters and coding and decoding parameters, wherein the transmission parameters comprise IP and UDP ports; the encoding and decoding parameters comprise packing intervals and the like; it can be understood that, since the two voice ports belong to one optical fiber access device, the same IP in the transmission parameters is the IP of the optical fiber access device, but the UDP ports are different;
step 2, the off-hook voice port and the corresponding voice port establish the communication between the two according to the RTP stream parameters selected by the two parties; it can be understood that, before the off-hook voice port is selected to join, the corresponding voice port has already established a call with the external telephone, that is, there is already one RTP session (one RTP session has two RTP streams) between the corresponding voice port and the external telephone; when the off-hook voice port establishes a call with the corresponding voice port, an RTP session is added at the moment, as shown in fig. 2;
and 3, carrying out local sound mixing processing on the corresponding voice port to complete the establishment of the two-party call of the class extension, wherein the off-hook voice port, the corresponding voice port and the external telephone can hear the sound mutually in pairs. It can be understood that, in practical applications, as shown in fig. 2, when FXS2 (voice port No. 2) is an off-hook voice port, and FXS1 (voice port No. 1) is a corresponding voice port selected according to a voice port identification input by a user, a local mixing process can be completed on FXS1 (voice port No. 1) by using the mixing module 1 provided therein. And when the off-hook voice port wants to quit the current call, the off-hook can be directly selected, then the corresponding voice port quits the three parties, and the previously established call is restored, namely the call established between the corresponding voice port and the external phone.
Further, as an optional implementation manner, in step C of this embodiment, a specific flow of establishing a three-way call (similar to a normal four-way call) of an extension-like device includes:
step 1, the corresponding voice port modifies the RTP stream destination port of one of the external phones through the SDP information, so that the destination address and the destination port of the RTP stream of one of the external phones are changed into off-hook voice ports (because the IP of the two voice ports are the same, the destination address and the destination port of the RTP stream of the external phone can be pointed to the off-hook voice ports only by modifying the RTP stream destination port of the external phone); it can be understood that, as shown in fig. 3, before the off-hook voice port (i.e., FXS2 in fig. 3) chooses to join, the corresponding voice port (i.e., FXS1 in fig. 3) has established a three-way call with two external phones (i.e., external phone 1 and external phone 2 in fig. 3), i.e., there are two RTP sessions (four RTP streams) between the corresponding voice port and the two external phones, and local mixing processing is performed on the corresponding voice port (i.e., FXS1 in fig. 3); after the modification of step 1, the RTP session between the corresponding voice port (i.e. FXS1 in fig. 3) and one of the external phones (i.e. external phone 2 in fig. 3) is changed to the RTP session between the off-hook voice port (i.e. FXS2 in fig. 3) and the external phone (i.e. external phone 2 in fig. 3);
step 2, the voice port of off-hook and the corresponding voice port select RTP stream parameters according to the SDP information of the previous call; the RTP stream parameters comprise transmission parameters and coding and decoding parameters, wherein the transmission parameters comprise IP and UDP ports; the encoding and decoding parameters comprise packing intervals and the like; it can be understood that, since the two voice ports belong to one optical fiber access device, the same IP in the transmission parameters is the IP of the optical fiber access device, but the UDP ports are different;
step 3, the off-hook voice port and the corresponding voice port establish the communication between the two according to the RTP stream parameters selected by the two parties; it can be understood that, when the off-hook voice port establishes a call with the corresponding voice port, there are three RTP sessions in total at this time, as shown in fig. 4;
and 4, respectively establishing three parties on the corresponding voice port and the off-hook voice port, and completing corresponding sound mixing processing, thereby realizing the establishment of three-party communication of the extension-like machine. Specifically, after three parties are established on the corresponding voice port, the completed mixing process includes: the RTP stream of the external phone with three parties (i.e. the RTP stream of the external phone 1 in fig. 4) and the RTP stream after three parties are established by the off-hook voice port (i.e. the RTP stream after mixing the voice port FXS2 in fig. 4 and the external phone 2) are mixed by the mixing module (e.g. the mixing module 1 in fig. 4) of the device, and then mixed. Similarly, after three parties are established on the off-hook voice port, the completed sound mixing process comprises the following steps: the RTP streams of the external phones with three parties established with the audio mixing module (e.g., the audio mixing module 2 in fig. 4) and the RTP streams of the external phones with three parties established with the corresponding audio ports (e.g., the RTP streams after the audio mixing of the corresponding audio port FXS1 and the external phone 1 in fig. 4) are mixed by using the audio mixing module (e.g., the audio mixing module 2 in fig. 4).
After the three-party conversation of the extension-like telephone is established, any one of the off-hook voice port, the corresponding voice port and the two external telephones can hear the voice of other three parties. In addition, it can be understood that, in practical application, when the off-hook voice port wants to quit the current call, the off-hook can be directly selected, and then the corresponding voice port changes the previously modified RTP stream destination address and destination port of the external phone back to itself through the SDP information, and establishes three parties with the two external phones again.
Example two
Based on the same conception, the embodiment of the invention also provides a device for realizing the extension class, which comprises the optical fiber access equipment, wherein each voice port of the optical fiber access equipment is connected with a telephone, so that the connected telephones become extension class, and the extension class also supports the configuration of the same telephone number on the basis of the function of the traditional extension.
The optical fiber access equipment is internally provided with an operation detection module, a state judgment module and a call establishment module. An operation detection module to: when a certain voice port is off-hook, whether the voice port has the operation of pressing an R key or a hook flash is detected. A state determination module to: when a certain voice port is off-hook and the operation detection module detects that the voice port has the operation of pressing an R key or a hook switch, the state of the corresponding voice port is judged according to the voice port identification input by the user. A call establishment module configured to: and establishing a common two-party call, a similar extension two-party call or a similar extension three-party call according to the state of the corresponding voice port obtained by the state judgment module and the condition whether the off-hook voice port selects to join the call.
Further, as an optional implementation manner, the state of the corresponding voice port obtained by the state determination module in this embodiment includes: not in a call, in a two-party call, in a three-party call. On this basis, the call establishing module establishes a common two-party call, a similar extension two-party call or a similar extension three-party call according to the state of the corresponding voice port obtained by the state judging module and the condition that whether the off-hook voice port selects to join the call, and specifically comprises the following steps:
if the corresponding voice port is not in a call, the call establishing module selects whether to join the call without the voice port which is off-hook, directly plays a dial tone, and establishes a common two-party call with other phones according to the dial of the user;
if the corresponding voice port is in a two-party call state and the off-hook voice port selects to join the call, the call establishing module establishes a two-party call of the extension class;
if the corresponding voice port is in a three-party call state and the off-hook voice port selects to join the call, the call establishing module establishes a three-party call of the extension-like set;
and if the corresponding voice port is in a two-party call state or a three-party call state, but the off-hook voice port is selected not to be added with the call, the call establishing module directly plays a dial tone and establishes a common two-party call with other telephones according to the dialing of the user.
