Since the thickness of the third sub-sleeve 7023 is smaller than the thicknesses of the first and second sub-sleeves 7021 and 7022, the above-described grooves can be formed between the first and second sub-sleeves 7021 and 7022 and outside the third sub-sleeve 7023.
