step 3, establishing an evaluation model according to the existing standard and an expert database;
step 4, evaluating the state of the water feeding pump from economy, safety and service life by adopting the evaluation model and combining the equipment characteristic parameters, and outputting the evaluation result of the water feeding pump;
and 5, selecting a combination mode of equipment operation, an equipment operation mode and a combination service life analysis result of the parts with potential fault characteristics according to the feed pump evaluation result and the output of the feed pump system.
2. The water supply pump state evaluation and operation and maintenance method based on data fusion as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step 2 further comprises:

and calculating an economic performance degradation index by comparing the equipment degradation loss and the maintenance cost, adding the economic performance degradation index into the water pump evaluation result, and outputting the water pump evaluation result.
5. The method for evaluating the state and the operation and maintenance of the water feeding pump based on the data fusion as claimed in claim 4, wherein the evaluation result is a multi-grade evaluation result or an index evaluation result.
6. A water supply pump state evaluation and operation and maintenance system based on data fusion is characterized by comprising:
the numerical value acquisition module is used for acquiring online data of the SIS system, early warning data of the early warning system and offline data of the point inspection system of the water feeding pump in a preset time period according to the received evaluation instruction;
the state monitoring module is connected with the numerical value acquisition module and is used for fusing the online data, the early warning data and the offline data and extracting the equipment characteristics to obtain equipment characteristic parameters;
the evaluation construction and execution module is connected with the state monitoring module and used for establishing an evaluation model according to the existing standard and an expert database, evaluating the state of the water feeding pump from economy, safety and service life by adopting the evaluation model and combining the equipment characteristic parameters, and outputting the evaluation result of the water feeding pump;
and the operation and maintenance strategy output module is connected with the evaluation construction and execution module and used for making a maintenance strategy according to the water supply pump evaluation result and by combining with the water supply pump system output selection equipment operation combination mode, equipment operation mode and the service life analysis result of the parts with potential fault characteristics.
7. The water supply pump state evaluation and operation and maintenance system based on data fusion of claim 6, wherein the evaluation construction and execution module comprises:
the economic analysis unit is used for establishing an economic index parameter benchmarking library according to historical equipment operation data and expert experience information of the water supply pump, calculating a relative value of performance degradation, and calculating an economic performance degradation index by comparing equipment degradation loss and maintenance cost;
the equipment safety analysis unit is used for weighting and calculating an equipment safety performance index according to the historical typical fault type of the water feeding pump and the influence degree of the equipment characteristic parameter on safety;
the equipment life analysis unit is used for establishing estimation and outputting an equipment life index on the basis of the historical overhaul data and the replacement cycle of spare parts recommended by a manufacturer by taking an equipment account as a basis;
and the equipment state comprehensive evaluation unit is connected with the economic performance analysis unit, the equipment safety analysis unit and the equipment service life analysis unit, and is used for synthesizing the state of the water feeding pump according to the economic performance degradation index, the equipment safety performance index and the equipment service life index according to a preset rule and outputting the evaluation result of the water feeding pump.
