Whether brick lining, monolithic knotted lining or composite lining, low cost and long life are sought for manufacturing enterprises. The blast furnace mixer furnace lining bears the dynamic load in the processes of gravity scouring of molten iron and iron slag, erosion of the iron slag, hot air flow scouring and tilting, bears the thermal shock action of the disturbance of the molten iron and corresponding temperature fluctuation in the iron feeding and discharging process, and bears the thermal shock action of the corresponding temperature fluctuation in the gas stopping period of cleaning the top of the blast furnace mixer furnace and the maintenance period of a gas system.
The furnace top is made of casting material/brick with low creep deformation and micro expansion (good thermal shock resistance) as matrix, the heat insulating layer of the furnace top usually adopts light clay brick to replace asbestos board and fibrofelt, and the working layer is knotted; the furnace bottom is made of castable/bricks with high refractoriness under load and high-temperature strength; the part of the molten iron slag line bears airflow scouring, temperature shock, slag erosion and molten iron scouring, the corner part of the front wall of the mixer furnace bears airflow scouring, temperature shock, slag erosion and molten iron scouring, the operation environment is relatively severe, the grade of selected materials is relatively higher, and especially the corner part of the front wall of the bricklaying mixer furnace has tighter requirements on brick material and construction (the damage condition of the part of the bricklaying mixer furnace determines the service life of the furnace lining). At present, the condition in the industry is that when the temperature of a bricklaying furnace lining in a furnace shell of a mixer furnace exceeds 220 ℃ or the temperature of an integrally knotted furnace lining exceeds 250 ℃, spray repair is adopted to maintain the high temperature point of the mixer furnace. Because the mixed iron furnace lining is originally in a knotting or masonry mode, the structure is compact, and the iron slag is adhered to the surface of the furnace lining in the long-term operation process, so that a special sintered layer formed by the original refractory and the iron slag is formed. Due to the structural particularity of the mixer, except for the furnace bottom, other parts of the furnace lining cannot adopt a self-flowing cold-state furnace repairing material mode like a converter, and the main means of repairing is a spray repairing mode of three-phase mixed jet flow of material, water and gas. The gunning material is powder, compressed air and water are adopted as carriers to be sprayed and attached to the surface of the furnace lining, the compactness, the components, the linear expansion degree, the refractoriness and other physical and chemical properties of the gunning material are originally different from those of the furnace lining, and if the gunning and sintering operations are not reasonable, the effect obtained by the gunning is not obvious. In the actual production, the phenomena of poor quality and poor quality exist in the blast furnace mixer in a large quantity. The general practice of enterprises at present is to adopt coal gas baking after spray repair, then put into operation, often bake inadequately, mend the maintenance quality unsatisfactory: the service time after the furnace repairing is not long, the material falling problem exists, the spray repairing frequency needs to be increased, and the furnace repairing cost is high; finally, the effect of smooth production is not achieved, and production organization optimization and cost reduction are influenced due to the fact that the furnace lining is in continuous failure.
