本发明公开了一种家居设计节水型水龙头,包括主体、出水管和手柄,所述主体上设置有对接管、底座、连接螺管与活塞板,所述对接管一体成型连接于主体顶部中间,对接管内部嵌套有阀芯,所述底座一体成型连接于主体底部周边,所述连接螺管一体成型连接于主体底部中间,所述活塞板嵌套于主体内部下方,所述出水管焊接于主体前端上方,所述手柄卡放于对接管顶部。本发明可在手柄开启后,有效的延缓出水时间,避免了水资源不必要的浪费。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种家居设计节水型水龙头,属于阀门技术领域。
背景技术
水龙头是水阀的通俗称谓,用来控制水流的大小开关。目前所使用的水龙头结构简单,开启阀门后,水流会快速的流出,造成前期的水流无法正常进行使用,严重浪费水资源。为解决上述问题,特提供一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种家居设计节水型水龙头,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:一种家居设计节水型水龙头,包括主体、出水管和手柄,所述主体上设置有对接管、底座、连接螺管与活塞板,所述对接管一体成型连接于主体顶部中间,对接管内部嵌套有阀芯,所述底座一体成型连接于主体底部周边,所述连接螺管一体成型连接于主体底部中间,所述活塞板嵌套于主体内部下方,所述出水管焊接于主体前端上方,所述手柄卡放于对接管顶部。
优选的,所述活塞板上设置有立柱与封板,所述立柱一体成型连接于活塞板顶部中间,立柱顶部一体成型连接有密封塞,所述密封塞上设置有第一出水口与通孔,所述第一出水口开设于密封塞前端下方,所述通孔开设于密封塞顶部中间,所述封板通过转轴连接于活塞板底部中间。
优选的,所述阀芯上设置有第二出水口、限位塞与L型导水管,所述第二出水口开设于阀芯前端上方,所述限位塞嵌套于阀芯内部上方,限位塞上设置有操控柱与收纳槽,所述操控柱通过转轴连接于限位塞顶部,且操控柱顶部贯穿并延伸至阀芯顶部外侧,所述收纳槽开设于限位塞前端下方,所述L型导水管通过螺丝安装固定于阀芯内部前端上方,L型导水管下方开设有半圆导水槽。
优选的,所述出水管内部后端上方一体成型连接有隔板,所述隔板上设置有上导水管与主水管,所述上导水管焊接于隔板前端上方,上导水管前端焊接有动力仓,所述动力仓内部嵌套有推板,所述推板底部焊接有传动轴,所述传动轴贯穿动力仓底部滑动连接有V型架,所述V型架中段与出水管内壁通过转轴相连接,所述主水管焊接于隔板前端底部,主水管中段内部嵌套有风琴式塑胶封堵,所述风琴式塑胶封堵顶部一体成型连接有压缩柱,所述压缩柱贯穿主水管顶部固定连接有压板。
优选的,所述手柄后端下方通过螺纹连接有紧定螺丝,所述紧定螺丝与操控柱固定连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明连接螺管一体成型连接于主体底部中间,可轻松对水管进行连接;紧定螺丝与操控柱固定连接,可通过手柄轻松对操控柱进行提拉或推压;立柱顶部一体成型连接有密封塞,可轻松对阀芯上的第二出水口进行密封;收纳槽开设于限位塞前端下方,可轻松对L型导水管进行避让;L型导水管下方开设有半圆导水槽,可与通孔配合向第一出水口内输送水流;动力仓内部嵌套有推板,可通过水流对推板进行按压;压缩柱贯穿主水管顶部固定连接有压板,可通过V型架轻松对风琴式塑胶封堵进行压缩;综合上述本发明可在手柄开启后,有效的延缓出水时间,避免了水资源不必要的浪费。

如图1-3所示,一种家居设计节水型水龙头,包括主体1、出水管2和手柄3,主体1上设置有对接管4、底座5、连接螺管6与活塞板7,对接管4一体成型连接于主体1顶部中间,对接管4内部嵌套有阀芯8,底座5一体成型连接于主体1底部周边,连接螺管6一体成型连接于主体1底部中间,活塞板7嵌套于主体1内部下方,出水管2焊接于主体1前端上方,手柄3卡放于对接管4顶部,活塞板7上设置有立柱9与封板10,立柱9一体成型连接于活塞板7顶部中间,立柱9顶部一体成型连接有密封塞11,密封塞11上设置有第一出水口12与通孔13,第一出水口12开设于密封塞11前端下方,通孔13开设于密封塞11顶部中间,封板10通过转轴连接于活塞板7底部中间,阀芯8上设置有第二出水口14、限位塞15与L型导水管16,第二出水口14开设于阀芯8前端上方,限位塞15嵌套于阀芯8内部上方,限位塞15上设置有操控柱17与收纳槽18,操控柱17通过转轴连接于限位塞15顶部,且操控柱17顶部贯穿并延伸至阀芯8顶部外侧,收纳槽18开设于限位塞15前端下方,L型导水管16通过螺丝安装固定于阀芯8内部前端上方,L型导水管16下方开设有半圆导水槽19,出水管2内部后端上方一体成型连接有隔板21,隔板21上设置有上导水管22与主水管23,上导水管22焊接于隔板21前端上方,上导水管22前端焊接有动力仓24,动力仓24内部嵌套有推板25,推板25底部焊接有传动轴26,传动轴26贯穿动力仓24底部滑动连接有V型架27,V型架27中段与出水管2内壁通过转轴相连接,主水管23焊接于隔板21前端底部,主水管23中段内部嵌套有风琴式塑胶封堵28,风琴式塑胶封堵28顶部一体成型连接有压缩柱29,压缩柱29贯穿主水管23顶部固定连接有压板30,手柄3后端下方通过螺纹连接有紧定螺丝20,紧定螺丝20与操控柱17固定连接。
具体使用方式:使用时,提拉手柄3带动操控柱17上的限位塞15直线向上滑动,此时活塞板7在水流的带动下直线向上滑动,活塞板7向上滑动带动密封塞11上的第一出水口12与阀芯8上的第二出水口14相重合,同时L型导水管16底部贯穿通孔13对封板10进行推压开启,此时水流顺着半圆导水槽19依次流入到第一出水口12、第二出水口14、上导水管22与主水管23内;上导水管22内的水流进入到动力仓24内对推板25进行推压,推板25受到推压后带动传动轴26下滑对V型架27进行推压,V型架27受到推压后带动压板30下滑对压缩柱29上的风琴式塑胶封堵28进行压缩,此时主水管23内的水流顺利从出水管2内流出。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种家居设计节水型水龙头,其特征在于:所述活塞板(7)上设置有立柱(9)与封板(10),所述立柱(9)一体成型连接于活塞板(7)顶部中间,立柱(9)顶部一体成型连接有密封塞(11),所述密封塞(11)上设置有第一出水口(12)与通孔(13),所述第一出水口(12)开设于密封塞(11)前端下方,所述通孔(13)开设于密封塞(11)顶部中间,所述封板(10)通过转轴连接于活塞板(7)底部中间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种家居设计节水型水龙头,其特征在于:所述阀芯(8)上设置有第二出水口(14)、限位塞(15)与L型导水管(16),所述第二出水口(14)开设于阀芯(8)前端上方,所述限位塞(15)嵌套于阀芯(8)内部上方,限位塞(15)上设置有操控柱(17)与收纳槽(18),所述操控柱(17)通过转轴连接于限位塞(15)顶部,且操控柱(17)顶部贯穿并延伸至阀芯(8)顶部外侧,所述收纳槽(18)开设于限位塞(15)前端下方,所述L型导水管(16)通过螺丝安装固定于阀芯(8)内部前端上方,L型导水管(16)下方开设有半圆导水槽(19)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种家居设计节水型水龙头,其特征在于:所述出水管(2)内部后端上方一体成型连接有隔板(21),所述隔板(21)上设置有上导水管(22)与主水管(23),所述上导水管(22)焊接于隔板(21)前端上方,上导水管(22)前端焊接有动力仓(24),所述动力仓(24)内部嵌套有推板(25),所述推板(25)底部焊接有传动轴(26),所述传动轴(26)贯穿动力仓(24)底部滑动连接有V型架(27),所述V型架(27)中段与出水管(2)内壁通过转轴相连接,所述主水管(23)焊接于隔板(21)前端底部,主水管(23)中段内部嵌套有风琴式塑胶封堵(28),所述风琴式塑胶封堵(28)顶部一体成型连接有压缩柱(29),所述压缩柱(29)贯穿主水管(23)顶部固定连接有压板(30)。
