The design of the mounting groove on the circumferential outer surface of the wedge fixing plate enables the circumferential outer wall of the wedge fixing plate to form an annular tooth-shaped structure, so that the wedge fixing plate has certain elasticity, and the wedge fixing plate and the wedge mounting plate are convenient to install in a matched mode.
The retaining protrusion is additionally arranged on the outer side of the wedge connecting plate, so that when the wedge fixing plate is embedded into a gap between the wedge connecting plate and the shoe connecting plate, the relative position between the wedge fixing plate and the wedge connecting plate is limited, a certain gap is reserved between the wedge fixing plate and the wedge connecting plate, and relative friction caused by direct contact between the wedge fixing plate and the wedge connecting plate is avoided.
The dust cover arranged at the bottom end of the braking bottom plate plays a certain dust-proof role on the whole wedge brake, so that dust is prevented from entering the whole wedge brake from the bottom, and smooth operation of the wedge brake is prevented from being influenced.

The following examples will provide those skilled in the art with a more complete understanding of the present invention and are not intended to limit the invention to the embodiments described.
A wedge brake as shown in fig. 1-8, comprising a brake bottom plate 1, a brake shoe assembly, a wheel cylinder assembly and a dust cover.
The brake bottom plate 1 comprises a circular bottom plate body 101, a circular through hole 102 is formed in the middle of the bottom plate body 101, so that the bottom plate body 101 is circular, a plurality of mounting holes 103 distributed along the circumferential direction of the bottom plate body 101 are further formed in the bottom plate body 101, a first annular reinforcing rib plate 104 extending vertically downwards is further connected to the circumferential outer wall of the bottom plate body 101, one side of the bottom plate body 101 is defined to be a wheel cylinder connecting side, the other side of the bottom plate body 101 is a shoe fixing side, a wheel cylinder mounting plate 106 is connected to the position of the bottom plate body 101, located on the wheel cylinder connecting side, of the bottom plate body 101, and a shoe connecting plate is connected to the position of the bottom plate body 101, located on the shoe fixing side.
Two outwards-protruding arc-shaped limiting blocks 105 are further arranged on the outer side of the circumference of the first reinforcing rib plate 104, the two limiting blocks 105 are located on two sides of the first reinforcing rib plate 104, the two limiting blocks 105 are respectively located between the wheel cylinder mounting plate 106 and the shoe connecting plate, and an arc-shaped transitional connection mode is adopted between the limiting blocks 105 and the first reinforcing rib plate 104. For the arc-shaped limiting block 105 arranged on the outer side of the circumference of the first reinforcing rib plate 104, the relative positions of the brake bottom plate 1 and the brake shoe 2 are limited and isolated, so that the brake shoe 2 is prevented from being in direct contact with the outer wall of the brake bottom plate 1, and relative friction between the brake shoe 2 and the brake bottom plate 1 is caused when the brake shoe 2 moves, and the service lives of the brake shoe 2 and the brake bottom plate 1 are reduced due to abrasion.
The wheel cylinder mounting plate 106 is rectangular, one long side of the wheel cylinder mounting plate 106 is connected with the bottom plate main body 101, simultaneously, the first reinforcing rib plate 104 is further provided with a notch for connecting the wheel cylinder mounting plate 106, two outer sides of the wheel cylinder mounting plate 106, which are positioned at two short sides, are respectively connected with the second reinforcing rib plate 107, the second reinforcing rib plate 107 is in a right-angle ladder shape, the length of the upper bottom of the second reinforcing rib plate 107 is longer than that of the lower bottom of the second reinforcing rib plate 107, one side of the waist of the second reinforcing rib plate 106, which is positioned at two right-angle sides, is connected with the first reinforcing rib plate 104 through an arc transition, a first U-shaped transition surface 108 and a second U-shaped transition surface 109 which are sequentially connected are further arranged on the upper end face of the joint of the second reinforcing rib plate 107, the wheel cylinder mounting plate 106 and the brake bottom plate 101, the side of the first U-shaped transition surface 108 and the second U-shaped transition surface 109 are positioned at one side of the brake bottom plate 101, the two sides of the first U-shaped transition surface 108 and the second U-shaped transition surface 109 are respectively positioned at two sides of the short sides of the wheel cylinder 106, the first U-shaped transition surface 108 is the first U-shaped transition surface and the first U-shaped transition surface 109 is the second U-shaped transition surface 109, and the first U-shaped transition surface is connected with the second U-shaped transition surface 109, and the first U-shaped transition surface 109 is the arc surface and the first U-shaped transition surface 101 is connected with the brake bottom plate 101.
The wheel cylinder mounting plate 106 is obliquely arranged, the inclination direction of the wheel cylinder mounting plate 106 is gradually upward inclined from the connection side of the wheel cylinder mounting plate 106 and the bottom plate main body 101, the bottom surface of the wheel cylinder mounting plate 106, which is close to the first reinforcing rib plate 104, is lower than the bottom surface of the bottom plate main body 101, the top surface of the wheel cylinder mounting plate 106, which is close to the first reinforcing rib plate 104, is lower than the top surface of the bottom plate main body 101, a circular through hole 110 is further arranged at the middle position of the wheel cylinder mounting plate 106, a plurality of connecting holes 111 are further arranged on two sides of the circular through hole 110 on the wheel cylinder mounting plate 106, an outwards protruding arc-shaped bulge 112 is further arranged at the middle position of the wheel cylinder mounting plate 106, which is far away from the bottom plate main body 101, the arc-shaped bulge 112 corresponds to the circular through hole 110 at the middle position of the wheel cylinder mounting plate 106, and the arc-shaped bulge 112 is designed to be matched with the circular through hole 110, so that the structural strength of the circular through hole 110 is reinforced, and the unstable strength caused by the fact that the edge position of the circular through hole 110, which is close to the wheel cylinder mounting plate 106, is far from the bottom plate main body 101, is provided with an outwards bent arc-shaped surface 113.
The shoe connecting plate includes a pair of upper shoe mounting plates 121 and lower shoe mounting plates 122 distributed up and down, and a middle connecting plate 123 connecting the upper shoe mounting plates 121 and the lower shoe mounting plates 122.
The upper shoe mounting plate 121 and the lower shoe mounting plate 122 are provided with a pair of first shoe mounting holes 124, and simultaneously, an arc-shaped groove 125 which is concave inwards towards the upper shoe mounting plate 121 or the lower shoe mounting plate 122 is arranged between the two first shoe mounting holes 124 on the upper shoe mounting plate 121 and the lower shoe mounting plate 122, arc-shaped transition is formed between the arc-shaped groove 125 and the upper shoe mounting plate 121 or the lower shoe mounting plate 122, an arc-shaped bulge 126 which protrudes outwards is further arranged in the arc-shaped groove 125 on the upper shoe mounting plate 121, so that the arc-shaped groove 125 of the upper shoe mounting plate 121 is in a W shape as a whole, all corners and end points of the W are arc-shaped, the lower shoe mounting plate 122 is directly connected with the circumferential outer wall of the first reinforcing rib plate 104, two sides of the lower shoe mounting plate 122 are in arc-shaped transition connection with the first reinforcing rib plate 104, and arc-shaped transition connection is adopted between the upper shoe mounting plate 121 and the middle connecting plate 123.
An anti-rotation gasket 127 is further arranged on the upper shoe mounting plate 121, the anti-rotation gasket 127 is fixed on the arc-shaped bulge 126 of the upper shoe mounting plate 121 through a bolt, a threaded blind hole for accommodating the fixing of the anti-rotation gasket 127 is formed in the arc-shaped bulge 126, a single-lug stop washer 128 is further arranged between a nut of the bolt and the anti-rotation gasket 127, and the arrangement of the single-lug stop washer 128 is used for ensuring the fixing stability of the anti-rotation gasket 127, and two sides of the anti-rotation gasket 127 extend above the two first shoe mounting holes 124 on the upper shoe mounting plate 121. By providing the anti-rotation washer 127 on the upper shoe mounting plate 121, the upper sides of the two shoe shafts 201 are limited, so that a certain anti-rotation effect can be achieved on the two shoe shafts 201 when the brake shoe 2 does not work, and the shoe shafts 201 are prevented from being ejected from the first shoe mounting holes 124 on the upper shoe mounting plate 121.
The middle connecting plate 123 is directly formed by upward extension of the first reinforcing rib plate 104, two side end points at the bottom position of the middle connecting plate 123 extend to the middle positions of two sides of the bottom plate main body 101, the length of the top end surface of the middle connecting plate 123 corresponds to the length of the upper shoe mounting plate 121, the length of the top end surface of the middle connecting plate 123 is slightly larger than the length of the upper shoe mounting plate 121, and arc transition connection is adopted between the two side end points at the top position of the middle connecting plate 123 and the two side end points at the bottom position of the middle connecting plate 123.
A waist-shaped weight-reducing groove 129 is also provided at a central position of the intermediate connection plate 123, and the weight-reducing groove 129 extends in the radial direction of the floor main body 1. The waist-shaped weight-reducing groove 129 is formed in the middle of the middle connecting plate 123, so that the weight of the middle connecting plate 123 is reduced on the basis of guaranteeing the structural strength of the middle connecting plate 123, and a basis is provided for subsequently reducing the weight of the whole wedge brake.
The brake shoe assembly comprises a pair of arc-shaped brake shoes 2 arranged on two sides of the brake bottom plate 1, a pair of fixing clamps 202 which are distributed up and down are arranged on the inner wall of the brake shoes 2, two fixing clamps 202 are positioned in the middle of the brake shoes 2, the fixing clamps 202 extend along the inner wall direction of the brake shoes, and four fixing clamps 202 on the two brake shoes 2 are matched together to clamp the brake bottom plate 1.
The outer side of one side of the brake shoe 2 is connected with a shoe fixing seat 203, the shoe fixing seat 203 is positioned in the middle of the brake shoe 2, the length of the side end of the brake shoe 2 is longer than that of the shoe fixing seat 203, the shoe fixing seat 203 and the brake shoe 2 are in arc transition connection, a second shoe mounting hole 204 which vertically penetrates through the whole shoe fixing seat 203 is arranged on the shoe fixing seat 203, the second shoe mounting hole 204 corresponds to the first shoe mounting hole 124, a cylindrical shoe shaft 201 sequentially penetrates through the first shoe mounting hole 124 on the upper shoe mounting plate 121, the second shoe mounting hole 204 on the shoe fixing seat 203 and the first shoe mounting hole 124 on the lower shoe mounting plate 122, the upper side of the shoe shaft 201 is limited by an anti-rotation gasket 127, the second shoe mounting hole 204 penetrates through the first shoe mounting hole 124 on the lower shoe mounting plate 122, the outer wall of the upper and the lower shoe shaft 201 is sleeved with a circular shaft O-shaped shoe, and the outer wall of the shoe shaft is sleeved with an annular groove O-shaped shoe shaft.
The inner side of the other side of the brake shoe 2 is also provided with a vertically arranged spring fixing shaft 205, after the spring fixing shaft 205 sequentially passes through the two fixing clamps 202 from bottom to top, the spring fixing shaft 205 extends out of the upper end of the fixing clamp 202 positioned at the upper side, a through hole for allowing the spring fixing shaft 205 to pass through is formed in the fixing clamp 202, the bottom end of the spring fixing shaft 205 is provided with a pier head structure with a size larger than that of the through hole on the fixing clamp 202, the outer wall of the circumference of one section of the spring fixing shaft 205 extending out of the fixing clamp 202 positioned at the upper side is also provided with a first annular groove and a second annular groove which are distributed up and down, a limiting gasket is embedded in the second annular groove, the limiting gasket is larger than the area of the through hole on the fixing clamp 202, and is matched with the pier head structure at the bottom end of the spring fixing shaft 205 through the limiting gasket so as to limit the relative position between the spring fixing shaft 205 and the fixing clamp 202, the spring fixing shaft 205 is prevented from moving up and down in the vertical direction, the two spring fixing shafts 205 are connected through a return spring 206, and the return springs 206 are hooked in the first annular grooves on the spring fixing shafts 205, so that the two brake shoes 2 are relatively fixed at the other side.
A plurality of third reinforcing ribs 207 connected with the fixing clips 202 are further arranged on the inner wall of the brake shoe 2, the third reinforcing ribs 207 are vertically arranged, the third reinforcing ribs 207 are in a right-angle triangle shape, and one side edge of the right angle formed by the third reinforcing ribs 207 is fixed on the inner wall of the brake shoe 2. The third reinforcing rib plate 207 arranged on the inner wall of the brake shoe 2 is designed to strengthen the structural strength of the joint of the fixing clip 202 and the brake shoe 2 and ensure the stability of the fixing clip 202, while the triangular third reinforcing rib plate 207 is designed to ensure the stability of the joint of the fixing clip 202 and the brake shoe 2 by utilizing the characteristic of stable triangular structure.
The wheel cylinder assembly is arranged on the braking bottom plate 1 and comprises an adjusting wedge block 3 and an air chamber 4, wherein the adjusting wedge block 3 is arranged above the wheel cylinder mounting plate 106, a circular positioning block 301 embedded into a circular through hole 110 in the middle position of the wheel cylinder mounting plate 106 is arranged at the bottom end of the adjusting wedge block 3, and two sides of the adjusting wedge block 3 are fixed with two brake shoes 2 through the cooperation of a wedge block fixing plate 303 and a wedge block mounting plate 304.
The wedge fixing plate 303 is a circular plate which is installed at a middle position of a side end of the adjusting wedge 3 through a connecting shaft, and the diameter of the wedge fixing plate 303 is larger than that of the connecting shaft, so that an installation gap 305 is formed between the wedge fixing plate 303 and the adjusting wedge 3.
Rectangular mounting grooves uniformly distributed along the circumferential outer wall of the wedge fixing plate 303 are also provided on the circumferential outer surface of the wedge fixing plate 303, and the mounting grooves extend toward the inside of the wedge fixing plate 303, so that the circumferential outer wall of the wedge fixing plate 303 forms an annular tooth-shaped structure. For the design of the mounting groove on the circumference surface of the wedge fixing plate 303, the circumference outer wall of the wedge fixing plate 303 forms an annular tooth-shaped structure, so that the wedge fixing plate 303 has certain elasticity, and the wedge fixing plate 303 and the wedge mounting plate 304 are convenient to install in a matching way, so that a certain fine adjustment function is realized.
The wedge mounting plate 304 comprises a wedge connecting plate 306 and a shoe connecting plate 307 which are distributed in parallel, a gap for accommodating the insertion of the wedge fixing plate 303 is reserved between the wedge connecting plate 306 and the shoe connecting plate 307, one sides of the wedge connecting plate 306 and the shoe connecting plate 307, which are close to the brake shoe 2, are connected into a whole through a mounting plate 308, and the mounting plate 308 is an arc-shaped plate bent towards the brake shoe 2.
A C-shaped opening 309 is arranged at the middle part of one side of the wedge connecting plate 306 far away from the brake shoe 2, the inner wall of the C-shaped opening 309 is attached to the circumferential outer wall of the connecting shaft, the upper side and the lower side of the wedge connecting plate 306 are in an arc shape which is distributed oppositely, the circles of the arc edges of the upper side and the lower side of the wedge connecting plate 306 are the same, the arc edges of the upper side and the lower side of the wedge connecting plate 306 are provided with a first turnover structure 310 which extends horizontally to adjust the wedge direction, the shoe connecting plate 307 is formed after the two sides of a U-shaped plate are bent outwards to form a second turnover structure, the middle part of the U-shaped plate is provided with a mounting through hole 311, the upper side and the lower side of the U-shaped plate which are positioned on the mounting through hole 311 are provided with a third turnover structure 312 which bends horizontally to the wedge connecting plate 306, the brake shoe 2 is also provided with a mounting protrusion 313 which is inserted into the mounting through hole 311 of the U-shaped plate, the side of the installation bulge 313, which is close to the shoe connecting plate 307, is arc-shaped, the upper side and the lower side of the installation bulge 313 on the brake shoe 2 are also provided with an upper installation plate 314 positioned above the wedge installation plate 304 and a lower installation plate 315 positioned below the wedge installation plate 304, the outer sides of the installation bulge 313 on the upper installation plate 314 and the lower installation plate 315 are respectively provided with an installation hole, a pin shaft passes through the installation holes on the upper installation plate 314 and then passes through a gap between the wedge connection plate 306 and the shoe connection plate 307, finally, the relative fixation between the shoe connection plate 307 and the brake shoe 2 is realized after passing through the installation holes on the lower installation plate 315, the upper installation plate 314 and the lower installation plate 315 are fixed with the fixing clamp 202 through bolts, and the connection mode is adopted, so that the fine adjustment of the positions of the upper installation plate 314 and the lower installation plate 315 can be carried out during installation, to reduce the machining accuracy.
The upper and lower sides of the wedge connecting plate 306 near the side of the shoe connecting plate 307 are also provided with a holding protrusion 317 protruding toward the shoe connecting plate 307, and the holding protrusion 317 has a tapered shape. By additionally arranging the retaining protrusion 317 on the outer side of the wedge connecting plate 306, when the wedge fixing plate 303 is embedded into the gap between the wedge connecting plate 306 and the shoe connecting plate 307, the relative position between the wedge fixing plate 303 and the wedge connecting plate 306 is limited, so that a certain gap is reserved between the wedge fixing plate 303 and the wedge connecting plate 306, and the relative friction caused by direct contact between the wedge fixing plate 303 and the wedge connecting plate 306 is avoided.
The air chamber 4 is arranged below the wheel cylinder mounting plate 106 and is fixedly connected with the mounting hole 111 on the wheel cylinder mounting plate 106 through bolts, the air chamber 4 is vertically arranged, the whole air chamber 4 is obliquely arranged, and the inclination direction of the air chamber 4 is gradually far away from the wheel cylinder mounting plate 106 from the joint of the air chamber 4 and the wheel cylinder mounting plate 106.
The dust cover is arranged at the bottom end of the brake bottom plate 1, consists of a left dust cover 502 and a right dust cover 501 which are arranged in a split way, an upward-protruding installation protrusion 503 corresponding to the outer contour of the brake bottom plate 1 is further arranged on the upper end face of the dust cover, a plurality of fixing holes which are in one-to-one correspondence with the installation holes 103 on the brake bottom plate 1 are arranged on the installation protrusion 503, bolts penetrate through the installation holes 103 on the brake bottom plate 1 and the fixing holes on the installation protrusion 503 and then are locked by nuts, so that the relative fixation between the brake bottom plate 1 and the dust cover is realized, two through holes 504 for fixing the shoe holding shafts 201 are further arranged on the installation protrusion 503, and a fourth flanging structure 505 which is bent upwards is further arranged on the outer edge of the dust cover. The dust cover arranged at the bottom end of the brake bottom plate 1 plays a certain role in dust prevention for the whole wedge brake, so that dust is prevented from entering the whole wedge brake from the bottom, and the smooth operation of the wedge brake is prevented.
According to the wedge brake, the appearance structure of the brake bottom plate is redesigned, so that the weight of the brake bottom plate is reduced on the basis of ensuring the structural strength of the brake bottom plate, and the aim of reducing the weight of the whole wedge brake is fulfilled; for the installation of the adjusting wedge, the fixing with the brake shoe is realized through the matching of the wedge fixing plate and the wedge mounting plate, and the fixing is realized without opening bolt holes on the adjusting wedge and the brake shoe, so that the precision requirement for the installation of the adjusting wedge is reduced, and the installation of the adjusting wedge is facilitated.
