2. The intelligent vehicle lock of claim 1, wherein a first rotating rod for pivotally connecting the first lock plate and a second rotating rod for pivotally connecting the second lock plate are fixed on the base plate;
the first rotating rod is pivoted between the first long circular hole and the first lock bolt, and the second rotating rod is pivoted between the second long circular hole and the second lock bolt.

7. The intelligent vehicle lock of claim 6, wherein a third slotted hole is configured at the other end of the locking rod; a second sliding rod inserted in the third long circular hole is arranged on the driven part;
when the driven part is far away from the driving part, the driven part can be linked with the lock rod to rotate so as to separate the lock hook from the second locking groove; the driving part is an electromagnetic part and comprises an iron core and a winding wound on the iron core;
the driven part comprises a sliding block and a permanent magnet fixed at one end of the sliding block; the second sliding rod is fixed on the sliding block; the permanent magnet is disposed facing the core; when the winding is electrified, the permanent magnet and the electromagnetic piece are in repellent configuration.
8. The intelligent vehicle lock of claim 1, further comprising a fixing plate, wherein the base plate is rotatably mounted on the fixing plate through a rotating shaft, a fixing mechanism is arranged at the lower part of the fixing plate, and the fixing plate is detachably connected with the trolley handrail through the fixing mechanism;
a battery jar is arranged on the fixing plate, a battery is arranged in the battery jar, and the battery is used for supplying power to the control panel and the power assembly.
