The fixed ring 11 is used as a connecting piece between the mechanism of the revolving drum 9 and the supporting plate on the back shell of the clothes dryer, the adjusting ring 10 is a ring-shaped part, by connecting a plurality of second elastic telescopic assemblies 12 on the fixed ring 11, one side of the adjusting ring 10 far away from the second elastic telescopic assemblies 12 is fixedly connected with a sealing gasket 13, which can be glued or connected in the prior art, so that the sealing gasket 13 is aligned and in sealing contact with the annular bulge at the rear end part of the end of the rotary drum 9, one side of the sealing gasket 13 is matched with the annular bulge, and the sealing gasket 13 is completely coated on the annular bulge to play a role in sealing a hot air channel of the clothes dryer, obviously, the shape of the sealing gasket 13 is adaptively changed according to the end appearance of the rotary drum 9, rotational friction exists between the sealing gasket 13 and the annular bulge of the rotary drum 9, and the vibration limiting mechanism 14 is arranged between the fixed ring 11 and the adjusting ring 10 and used for limiting the movement of the adjusting ring 10 and the sealing gasket 13 towards the direction of the fixed ring 11.
According to the rotary drum 9 mechanism provided by the invention, when vibration deflection is generated in the rotating process of the rotary drum 9, the sealing gasket 13 can be always kept in sealing contact with the annular bulge at the rear end part of the rotary drum 9 of the clothes dryer through the second elastic telescopic component 12, and meanwhile, the second elastic telescopic component 12 can also play a role in vibration reduction; when the sealing gasket 13 is worn and thinned, the elasticity of the second elastic telescopic component 12 enables the adjusting ring 10 and the sealing gasket 13 to move towards the roller so as to keep the sealing performance between the sealing felt and the roller, and at the moment, the vibration limiting mechanism 14 limits the adjusting ring 10 and the sealing gasket 13 to move towards the direction of the fixed ring 11, so that the thinned sealing gasket 13 can still limit the vibration amplitude when the rotating drum 9 rotates, the sealing performance between the sealing gasket 13 and the annular bulge at the end part of the rotating drum 9 is kept, and hot air leakage in a hot air channel is avoided.
In another embodiment of the present invention, further, at least one sealing tube 15 is disposed between the fixing ring 11 and the adjusting ring 10, the sealing tube 15 seals a gap between the fixing ring 11 and the adjusting ring 10 to isolate the fixing ring 11 from the inside of the adjusting ring 10, thereby preventing the hot air in the hot air duct from leaking to the outside, and the sealing tube 15 is formed by folding a flexible tubular leather or rubber member so as to be able to move in the axial direction when the distance between the fixing ring 11 and the adjusting ring 10 is changed.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, the second elastic expansion assembly 12 includes an outer cylinder 12.1 and a sliding rod 12.2, which are slidably disposed with each other, i.e. the sliding rod 12.2 is sleeved in the sleeve to slide, or the outer cylinder 12.1 is provided with a sliding structure, such as a circular sliding groove or a circular sliding edge, and the sliding rod 12.2 is provided with a structure matching with the sliding structure, such as a sliding edge and a sliding groove, or other sliding or rolling matching structures in the prior art, the second elastic expansion assembly 12 further includes a third elastic unit 12.3, the third elastic unit 12.3 is assembled such that its elastic force makes the adjusting ring 12.1 and the sliding rod 12.2 have a stretching tendency, i.e. acts on the adjusting ring 10, to make the adjusting ring 10 have a specific tendency to move away from the fixing ring 11, on the one hand, the vibration transmitted from the rotating cylinder 9 to the adjusting ring 10 can be buffered, on the other hand, after the sealing pad 13 is worn and thinned, the second elastic expansion assembly 12 can elastically expand the, the sealing between the gasket 13 and the turn-through is maintained, and further, the third elastic means 12.3 is a spring.
In still another embodiment of the present invention, further, the vibration limiting mechanism 14 includes a locking pawl 14.1, a wedge block 14.2 and a fourth elastic unit 14.3, the wedge block 14.2 is fixedly connected to the adjusting ring 10, and a set of teeth 14.4 is disposed on an inclined surface of the wedge block 14.2; the fixing ring 11 is provided with an opening 11.1, one end of the locking pawl 14.1 is hinged to the inner wall of the opening 11.1 of the fixing ring 11, and the other end of the locking pawl 14.1 is in clamping fit with the latch 14.4; the elastic force of the fourth elastic unit 14.3 enables the stopping claw 14.1 to have a downward rotating trend, the stopping claw 14.1 is clamped on the clamping tooth 14.4 of the wedge-shaped block 14.2, when the sealing gasket 13 is worn and thinned, the second elastic telescopic assembly 12 enables the adjusting ring 10, the sealing gasket 13 and the wedge-shaped block 14.2 to move towards the rotary drum 9, the elastic force of the fourth elastic unit 14.3 enables the stopping claw 14.1 to clamp the next clamping tooth 14.4 on the wedge-shaped block 14.2, and then the adjusting ring 10 and the sealing gasket 13 are limited to move back towards the direction of the fixing ring 11, so that the thinned sealing gasket 13 can still limit the vibration amplitude when the rotary drum 9 rotates and is in sealing and rotating connection with the rotary drum 9.
