Background
In the fields of medical chemical engineering, analysis and detection and the like, various vessels such as culture plates and the like are required. Such as ELISA detection, various chromogenic detection, food safety detection, clinical disease diagnosis and other scenes. In the process of using and storing culture plates and other detection vessels, special adhesive tapes are needed for sealing in order to avoid the problems of volatilization, leakage, cross contamination of space liquid and the like of liquid in culture plate holes. In the use scenes, disposable protective gloves are worn during operation, so that the adhesive layer of the adhesive tape is required to be smooth and free of surface viscosity for facilitating operation and avoiding the influence of adhesive pollutants on the detection of the adhesive tape, and meanwhile, the adhesive layer has the characteristics of stable chemical property, good sealing property, repeated pressure application, good low-temperature resistance and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive with low surface viscosity, a preparation method of the pressure-sensitive adhesive and a functional adhesive tape, and solves the problems that an object to be sealed is polluted and the like due to the fact that the adhesive tape in the prior art is high in initial viscosity and easy to stick pollutants when in use.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is as follows: the pressure-sensitive adhesive with low surface viscosity comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of vinyl-containing organic silicon material composition, 45-150 parts of MQ silicon resin composition, 10-50 parts of first hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 3-25 parts of second hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 10-65 parts of microcapsule, 0.4-1.5 parts of catalyst, 100-280 parts of volatile solvent and 0.2-4 parts of inhibitor.
In the pressure-sensitive adhesive, the organic silicon material composition is a composition containing one or more of vinyl silicone rubber and vinyl silicone oil, wherein the positions of vinyl are positioned at two ends of a molecular chain or a side chain; the average molecular weight of the vinyl silicone rubber is not less than 400000 and not more than 1500000, and the mass content of vinyl contained in the vinyl silicone rubber is 0.07-3%; the vinyl silicone oil contains 0.1-5% of vinyl by mass.
In the pressure-sensitive adhesive, the organic silicon material composition is a composition containing vinyl silicone rubber and vinyl silicone oil, and the mass ratio of the vinyl silicone rubber to the vinyl silicone oil is 3-18: 2.
in the pressure sensitive adhesive of the present invention, the MQ silicone resin composition is a composition comprising one or more of a vinyl MQ silicone resin, a methyl hydrogen-containing MQ silicone resin; wherein, the mol content of vinyl contained in the vinyl MQ silicon resin is 0.02-12%, and the ratio of M/Q is 0.6-1.4; the ratio of M/Q in the methyl MQ silicon resin and the methyl hydrogen-containing MQ silicon resin is 0.6-1.2 respectively.
In the pressure-sensitive adhesive, the MQ silicon resin composition is a composition containing vinyl MQ silicon resin and methyl MQ silicon resin, and the mass ratio of the vinyl MQ silicon resin to the methyl MQ silicon resin is (2-3): 1.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the pressure-sensitive adhesive with low surface viscosity, which comprises the following steps: mixing a volatile solvent, the MQ silicon resin composition and the microcapsule, stirring, dispersing and fully dissolving, then adding the vinyl organic silicon material composition, stirring until the vinyl organic silicon material composition is fully dissolved, then adding the first hydrogen-containing silicone oil, the second hydrogen-containing silicone oil, the microcapsule, the catalyst and the inhibitor, and stirring and uniformly dispersing to obtain the pressure-sensitive adhesive mixture.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the functional adhesive tape of the pressure-sensitive adhesive with low surface viscosity, which comprises the following steps: coating the pressure-sensitive adhesive with low surface viscosity on a base material, and curing to obtain a functional adhesive tape;
the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the functional adhesive tape is touched at room temperature, and the touch feeling is smooth and has no stickiness; the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer develops tackiness upon application of pressure.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive with low surface viscosity and the preparation method of the pressure-sensitive adhesive and the functional adhesive tape have the following beneficial effects: the pressure-sensitive adhesive with low surface viscosity is combined with the organic silicon adhesive and the microcapsule, the surface of the adhesive layer of the pressure-sensitive adhesive of the adhesive tape is smooth and non-viscous, the pressure-sensitive adhesive has good viscosity and sealing effect under the action of pressure, can be repeatedly attached and used, has excellent high and low temperature resistance, stable chemical property of the adhesive layer, simple preparation process and is suitable for industrial production.
Detailed Description
The following examples are provided to further illustrate the low surface tack pressure sensitive adhesive of the present invention and the method of preparing the functional tape:
the pressure-sensitive adhesive with low surface viscosity is prepared by taking a microcapsule material as an additive material and combining a self-made organic silicon adhesive material, so that the purpose of further improving the viscosity of the adhesive on an adherend is realized. Initially, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the adhesive tape has the characteristics of smooth and non-adhesive surface, good viscosity and sealing effect after high pressure and excellent low-temperature resistance. When the culture plate is attached, the external force such as a scraper is used for applying pressure, so that the viscosity is enhanced, the good sealing property is kept, and the reagent in the culture plate is not influenced. The formula system (without microcapsules) of the organic silicon adhesive also has the characteristics of low surface viscosity and certain viscosity under high pressure, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive can be repeatedly attached and used and keeps certain viscosity, and meanwhile, the construction process is simple and easy for industrial production. The prepared functional adhesive tape has smooth and non-stick adhesive layer surface, does not stick gloves during use, does not influence the operation of wearing the gloves, is simple and convenient, has good viscosity and sealing property after being pasted on a culture plate and subjected to high pressure, resists high and low temperature, can resist minus 50 ℃ and keeps good sealing effect. The peeling force on the steel plate can reach at least 5N/25mm at room temperature and high pressure.
Example 1:
mixing 190 parts of toluene solvent, 98 parts of vinyl MQ silicon resin (the vinyl content is 1.5%) and 23 parts of microcapsules, stirring and dispersing at the speed of 300 r/min, adding 100 parts of vinyl silicone oil (the vinyl content is 0.4%) after fully dissolving, stirring until fully dissolving, adding 24 parts of first hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 8 parts of second hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 0.4 part of platinum catalyst and 0.2 part of alkynol inhibitor, and stirring and dispersing uniformly to obtain the pressure-sensitive adhesive mixture. And (3) vacuumizing the mixture to remove bubbles, coating the mixture on a base material in a coating machine, and obtaining the functional adhesive tape after 5 minutes at the coating temperature of 135 ℃, wherein the final thickness of an adhesive layer is controlled to be 65-75 mu m.
Example 2:
280 parts of toluene solution, 94 parts of vinyl MQ silicon resin (the vinyl content is 3 percent), 42 parts of methyl MQ silicon resin and 31 parts of microcapsules are mixed, stirred and dispersed at the speed of 300 r/min, after the vinyl MQ silicon resin and the microcapsules are fully dissolved, 100 parts of vinyl silicone oil (the vinyl content is 0.6 percent) is added, after the vinyl silicone oil and the microcapsules are stirred and dissolved, 31 parts of first hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 11 parts of second hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 0.4 part of platinum catalyst and 0.2 part of alkynol inhibitor are added, and after the mixture is stirred and dispersed uniformly, the adhesive mixture is obtained. And (3) vacuumizing the mixture to remove bubbles, coating the mixture on a base material in a coating machine, and coating at the coating temperature of 135 ℃ for 5 minutes to obtain the functional adhesive tape. The final thickness of the glue layer is controlled to be 65-75 μm.
Example 3:
mixing 260 parts of toluene solution, 82 parts of vinyl MQ silicon resin (with the vinyl content of 3 percent), 37 parts of methyl MQ silicon resin and 43 parts of microcapsules, stirring and dispersing at the speed of 300 r/min, adding 30 parts of vinyl silicone oil (with the vinyl content of 0.4 percent) and 70 parts of vinyl silicone rubber (with the vinyl content of 0.6 percent) after fully dissolving, stirring until fully dissolving, adding 29 parts of first hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 11 parts of second hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 0.6 part of platinum catalyst and 0.3 part of alkynol inhibitor, and stirring and dispersing uniformly to obtain the pressure-sensitive adhesive mixture. And (3) vacuumizing the mixture to remove bubbles, coating the mixture on a base material in a coating machine, and coating at the coating temperature of 135 ℃ for 5 minutes to obtain the functional adhesive tape. The final thickness of the glue layer is controlled to be 60-65 μm.
Example 4:
200 parts of toluene solution, 82 parts of vinyl MQ silicon resin (the vinyl content is 3 percent), 37 parts of methyl MQ silicon resin and 48 parts of microcapsules are mixed, stirred and dispersed at the speed of 300 r/min, after the mixture is fully dissolved, 20 parts of vinyl silicone oil (the vinyl content is 0.6 percent) and 80 parts of vinyl silicone rubber (the vinyl content is 0.1 percent) are added, after the mixture is fully dissolved, 25 parts of first hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 14 parts of second hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 0.8 part of platinum catalyst and 0.4 part of alkynol inhibitor are added, and after the mixture is uniformly stirred and dispersed, the pressure-sensitive adhesive mixture is obtained. And (3) vacuumizing the mixture to remove bubbles, coating the mixture on a base material in a coating machine, and coating at the coating temperature of 135 ℃ for 5 minutes to obtain the functional adhesive tape. The final thickness of the glue layer is controlled to be 60-65 μm.
Example 5:
200 parts of toluene solution, 92 parts of vinyl MQ silicon resin (with the vinyl content of 3 percent), 32 parts of methyl MQ silicon resin and 55 parts of microcapsules are mixed, stirred and dispersed at the speed of 400 r/min, after the vinyl MQ silicon resin and the microcapsules are fully dissolved, 18 parts of vinyl silicone oil (with the vinyl content of 3 percent) and 82 parts of vinyl silicone rubber (with the vinyl content of 0.1 percent) are added, after the vinyl silicone oil and the microcapsules are fully dissolved, 22 parts of first hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 16 parts of second hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 0.6 part of platinum catalyst and 0.4 part of alkynol inhibitor are added, and after uniform stirring and dispersion, the pressure-sensitive adhesive. And (3) vacuumizing the mixture to remove bubbles, coating the mixture on a base material in a coating machine, and coating at the coating temperature of 135 ℃ for 5 minutes to obtain the functional adhesive tape. The final thickness of the glue layer is controlled to be 60-65 μm.
Example 6:
mixing a toluene solvent, vinyl MQ silicon resin, methyl MQ silicon resin and microcapsules according to the mass parts, stirring and dispersing at the speed of 400 r/min, adding vinyl silicone oil and vinyl silicone rubber after fully dissolving, stirring until fully dissolving, adding first hydrogen-containing silicone oil, second hydrogen-containing silicone oil, a platinum catalyst and an alkynol inhibitor, and stirring and dispersing uniformly to obtain the pressure-sensitive adhesive mixture. And (3) vacuumizing the mixture to remove bubbles, coating the mixture on a base material in a coating machine, and coating at the coating temperature of 135 ℃ for 5 minutes to obtain the functional adhesive tape. The final thickness of the glue layer is controlled to be 60-65 μm.
Example 7:
mixing a toluene solvent, vinyl MQ silicon resin, methyl MQ silicon resin and microcapsules according to the mass parts, stirring and dispersing at the speed of 400 r/min, adding vinyl silicone oil and vinyl silicone rubber after fully dissolving, stirring until fully dissolving, adding first hydrogen-containing silicone oil, second hydrogen-containing silicone oil, a platinum catalyst and an alkynol inhibitor, and stirring and dispersing uniformly to obtain the pressure-sensitive adhesive mixture. And (3) vacuumizing the mixture to remove bubbles, coating the mixture on a base material in a coating machine, and coating at the coating temperature of 135 ℃ for 5 minutes to obtain the functional adhesive tape. The final thickness of the glue layer is controlled to be 60-65 μm.
Comparative example 1: the microcapsule composition was removed and the same as in example 5 was repeated.
Comparative example 2: the microcapsule composition was removed and the same as in example 6 was repeated.

And (3) experimental comparison:
remarking: 1) the test method of the peeling force (according to GB2792 standard) item is tested according to the peeling force test specification (execution standard GB 2792-1998); 2) the peel force (high pressure) term was tested in essentially the same manner as in the GB2792 standard, except that the pressure applied by the label was higher than the standard specification of GB2792, and a squeegee was used to apply the pressure with force.
