Background
The cable reel is a cable winding device for providing a power supply, a control power supply or a control signal for large-scale mobile equipment. The device is widely applied to heavy mechanical equipment under similar working conditions such as shield machines, cranes, drill jumbo and the like. The power part and the speed regulating part on the cable winding drum are born by the motor, the motor is required to have a wide speed regulating range, the working rotating speed of the motor is correspondingly changed when the load is changed, and the motor can stably run for a long time at any point on a mechanical characteristic curve of the torque and the rotating speed of the motor, so that stable winding speed and pulling force are provided for winding and releasing the cable. In addition, when the cable is controlled to be wound, the cable is required to be simultaneously tidied to be matched with the winding position of the winding drum besides the winding speed is controlled, so that the effect of uniform winding is achieved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an electric control system and method for a cable drum, which are used for solving the problems in the prior art, and are suitable for drum driving and cable guide frame driving by optimizing power supply control and increasing temperature and humidity control in a slip ring box, so that the stable operation of the cable drum can be ensured in a complex engineering operation environment.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a cable drum electric control system and a method thereof comprise an AC380V input end, a power supply detection relay, an AC-to-DC 24V power supply, a drum driving motor controller, a cable guide frame DC motor controller and a temperature and humidity controller;
the winding drum driving motor controller is connected with a control cam limit switch, a winding drum driving torque motor, a heat dissipation fan and a winding drum braking device; the direct current motor controller of the cable guide frame is connected with and controls a direct current driving motor, a cable guide frame forward limiting sensor, a cable guide frame backward limiting sensor, a cable guide frame reversing sensor, a cable guide frame forward switch and a cable guide frame backward switch; the temperature and humidity controller is connected with the control heater, the temperature and humidity sensor and the temperature and humidity alarm signal;
the input end of the AC380V is subjected to state detection and switch control by a power supply detection relay control circuit; the alternating current-to-direct current 24V power supply converts alternating current into 24V direct current to be supplied to the cable guide frame direct current motor controller and the temperature and humidity controller.
Furthermore, the cam limit switch provides a reel empty disc signal and a reel full disc signal to the reel driving motor controller, when the reel is started and the cable is released, the reel driving motor controller starts the reel driving torque motor to start to drive the reel to operate, the reel driving torque motor is turned off after the empty disc signal or the manual stop signal is received, the reel braking device is started, and the reel is stopped to operate; the cooling fan is started when the driving motor and the braking device are overheated.
Furthermore, the direct current motor controller of the cable guide frame can be operated by single manual control, and can also be linked with the winding drum driving motor controller to control the direct current driving motor and the winding drum driving torque motor to synchronously operate; when the cable guide frame operates, the forward switch of the cable guide frame is controlled according to signals of the forward limiting sensor, the backward limiting sensor and the reversing sensor of the cable guide frame, and the backward switch of the cable guide frame is used for controlling the forward and backward movement of the cable guide frame.
Furthermore, the temperature and humidity controller controls the heater to be turned on and off under a set condition according to the temperature and humidity sensor signal, and provides a temperature and humidity alarm signal when the temperature and humidity sensor signal exceeds the early warning range.
Furthermore, the drum driving torque motor needs to be matched and connected with a speed reducer, the rated rotating speed is 950r/min, and the speed reduction ratio is 1/60.
Furthermore, the driving motor of the guide cable frame is a direct current 24V motor, is provided with a speed reducer, can be manually adjusted in speed and adjusted to rotate positively and negatively, and has the power of 200W.
Furthermore, the temperature and humidity controller is a complete set of product, the power is 100W, the temperature and humidity controller can automatically perform constant temperature dehumidification, the display function is provided, and the voltage DC24V is input.
The invention has the advantages that the torque motor controller and the direct current motor controller can achieve independent or combined control of the cable winding and unwinding process, the limit sensor and the empty tray full tray signal sensor are additionally arranged, the system realizes automatic control, and in addition, the complete set of temperature and humidity controller increases the stability of the electric device for the operation of the cable drum.

As shown in fig. 1, an electric control system and method for a cable drum includes an AC380V input terminal, a power detection relay, an AC-to-dc 24V power supply, a drum driving motor controller, a cable guide frame dc motor controller, and a temperature and humidity controller;
the winding drum driving motor controller is connected with a control cam limit switch, a winding drum driving torque motor, a heat dissipation fan and a winding drum braking device; the direct current motor controller of the cable guide frame is connected with and controls a direct current driving motor, a cable guide frame forward limiting sensor, a cable guide frame backward limiting sensor, a cable guide frame reversing sensor, a cable guide frame forward switch and a cable guide frame backward switch; the temperature and humidity controller is connected with the control heater, the temperature and humidity sensor and the temperature and humidity alarm signal;
the input end of the AC380V is subjected to state detection and switch control by a power supply detection relay control circuit; the alternating current-to-direct current 24V power supply converts alternating current into 24V direct current to be supplied to the cable guide frame direct current motor controller and the temperature and humidity controller.
The cam limit switch provides reel empty and full signals to the reel driving motor controller, when the reel is started and the cable is released, the reel driving motor controller starts the reel driving torque motor to drive the reel to run, the reel driving torque motor is turned off after the empty signal or the manual stop signal is received, the reel braking device is started, and the reel is stopped; the cooling fan is started when the driving motor and the braking device are overheated.
The direct current motor controller of the cable guide frame can be operated by single manual control, and can also be linked with the winding drum driving motor controller to control the direct current driving motor and the winding drum driving torque motor to synchronously operate; when the cable guide frame operates, the forward switch of the cable guide frame is controlled according to signals of the forward limiting sensor, the backward limiting sensor and the reversing sensor of the cable guide frame, and the backward switch of the cable guide frame is used for controlling the forward and backward movement of the cable guide frame.
And the temperature and humidity controller controls the heater to be turned on and off under a set condition according to the temperature and humidity sensor signal and provides a temperature and humidity alarm signal when the temperature and humidity sensor signal exceeds the early warning range.
