At present, the sound insulation performance of the inner front wall sound insulation pad is improved as much as possible mainly by any combination of conventional sound absorption materials and sound insulation materials, however, the improvement degree of the sound insulation effect of the inner front wall sound insulation pad is limited by the method. In view of the above, the present invention provides an automotive interior dash acoustic pad assembly.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment, a sound-insulating mat assembly 100 for a front wall of a vehicle includes a sound-insulating mat 1 and a temperature-adjusting member 2, wherein the temperature-adjusting member 2 is disposed in the sound-insulating mat 1 for adjusting a temperature of the sound-insulating mat 1 to a predetermined temperature range. Therefore, the sound insulation pad 1 can be free from the limitation of the working environment inside and outside the vehicle, the temperature of the sound insulation pad 1 is automatically kept, and the sound insulation pad 1 is ensured to be in a better sound insulation performance state.
In the technical scheme provided by the invention, the sound insulation pad 1 is in a temperature range with better sound insulation effect through the arrangement of the temperature adjusting piece 2, so that the sound insulation effect of the front wall sound insulation pad assembly 100 in the automobile is improved.
In order to improve the sound absorption performance of the front wall sound insulation pad assembly 100 in the automobile, the sound insulation pad 1 comprises a sound absorption layer 11 and a sound insulation layer 12 which are sequentially stacked, and the temperature adjusting piece 2 is arranged in the sound absorption layer 11 and/or the sound insulation layer 12. That is, the temperature adjusting member 2 may be provided on the sound absorbing layer 11, may be provided on the sound insulating layer 12, or may be provided in both the sound absorbing layer 11 and the sound insulating layer 12.
In another embodiment of the invention, the sound insulation pad 1 comprises a sound absorption layer 11 and a sound insulation layer 12 which are sequentially stacked, and the temperature adjusting piece 2 is arranged between the sound absorption layer 11 and the sound insulation layer 12, so that the temperature adjusting piece 2 is close to the sound absorption layer 11 and the sound insulation layer 12, and the temperature of the sound insulation pad 1 can be better adjusted.
The sound absorbing layer 11 and the sound insulating layer 12 are provided in this order from the inner front wall panel of the automobile toward the inside of the automobile. In addition, the sheet metal of the front wall panel in the automobile also plays a role of the sound insulation layer 12, so that in the embodiment, the front wall in the automobile plays a sound insulation role in a 3-layer structure, namely, separation-suction-separation, and the effect is better.
Further, in the embodiment, the thickness of the sound absorption layer 11 is 10-30 mm. Since the entire thickness of the soundproof pad 1 is not large, and the temperature adjusting member 2 is provided to the sound absorbing layer 11 in view of cost and convenience in installation.
The present invention does not limit the specific structure of the temperature adjusting member 2 as long as the temperature of the soundproof pad 1 can be adjusted to a preset temperature. It can be understood that the preset temperature of the soundproof mat 1 is a temperature at which the soundproof effect is good and the consumed power is relatively low. The sound insulation effect of the automobile inner front wall sound insulation pad assembly 100 is tested in an anechoic chamber-reverberation chamber, specifically, after the automobile inner front wall sound insulation pad assembly 100 is adjusted to the temperature to be tested, heat insulation cotton is paved on two sides for heat insulation, then the temperature of a laboratory is rapidly adjusted to 20 ℃ by using an air conditioner, meanwhile, the temperature of the automobile inner front wall sound insulation pad assembly 100 is maintained at the temperature to be tested, a medium-high frequency volume sound source is used for emitting white noise, the white noise passes through the automobile inner front wall sound insulation pad assembly 100 arranged between the reverberation chamber and the anechoic chamber, then a tester scans the sound insulation performance of the automobile inner front wall sound insulation pad assembly 100 through a test receiving device in the anechoic chamber, and the test result is shown in figure 4.
Referring to fig. 4, the test results show that the temperature has a great influence on the sound insulation of the automobile interior front wall sound insulation pad assembly 100, the sound insulation amount of the automobile interior front wall sound insulation pad assembly 100 at 0 ℃ and 30 ℃ has a 2-6dB difference within 8000Hz, and when the temperature is increased to 45 ℃ from 30 ℃, the sound insulation effect is improved a little, and about 1-2dB is obtained; the temperature is increased from 45 ℃ to 60 ℃, and the sound insulation quantity is reduced by 2-3 dB; the temperature is increased from 60 ℃ to 75 ℃, and the sound insulation quantity is reduced by 3-6 dB. In the acoustic mat 1 provided in the present embodiment, the preset temperature of the temperature-adjusting member 2 is about 30 deg.c in view of reducing power consumption and improving comfort of the driver and passengers.
Further, the temperature adjusting member 2 includes a heating coil 21; the automobile interior front wall sound insulating pad assembly 100 further comprises a temperature sensor (not shown in the figure) and a controller 23, wherein the temperature sensor is used for detecting the temperature of the sound insulating pad 1, and the controller is electrically connected with the heating coil 21 and the temperature sensor so as to control the heating coil 21 to work when the temperature sensor detects that the temperature of the sound insulating pad 1 is lower than a preset temperature. Specifically, the optimum temperature according to the test of the automobile interior dash sound insulation pad assembly 100 is inputted into the controller 23, one side of the controller 23 is connected with a vehicle body circuit (not shown in the figure) for supplying power, and the other side is electrically connected with the temperature sensor and the heating coil 21, when the temperature sensor detects that the temperature of the sound insulation pad 1 is lower than the preset temperature, the heating coil 21 is electrified to start the heating function; when the temperature sensor detects that the temperature of the acoustic mat 1 is higher than the preset temperature, power is cut off to turn off the heating function. When the automobile is in a low-temperature environment, such as extreme weather in the north, the engine of the automobile is ignited to a normal thermal cycle, and about half an hour is needed, at the moment, the temperature regulating part 2 provided by the invention can quickly heat the sound insulation pad 1 to a preset temperature, so that the sound insulation effect of the front wall sound insulation pad assembly 100 in the automobile is better.
Further, in winter, when the outside temperature is 0 ℃, a noise sensor is arranged in the automobile, the noise in the automobile is tested when the temperature of the front wall sound insulation pad assembly 100 in the automobile is respectively 0 ℃ and 30 ℃ under the constant speed working condition of 100km/h, the test result is shown in fig. 5, and as can be seen from fig. 5, when the temperature of the front wall sound insulation pad assembly 100 in the automobile is 30 ℃, the sound pressure level is reduced by 1.2db (a) compared with the temperature of 0 ℃, and the noise from 200Hz to 1000Hz is reduced to a certain extent in frequency spectrum. Thus, the test results demonstrate that the sound insulation performance of the automobile interior cowl sound insulating mat assembly 100 can be improved by adjusting the temperature.
In addition, because the sound insulation pad assembly 100 of the front wall in the automobile is close to the engine and is subjected to more heat radiated by the engine, and when the thermal cycle of the engine is stabilized, the temperature of the front wall in the automobile may be higher than 30 ℃, in this embodiment, the temperature adjustment member 2 further includes a cooling water pipe 22, the cooling water pipe 22 is used for communicating with an evaporator of an air conditioner, and a valve (not shown in the figure) is arranged in a pipeline of the cooling water pipe 22; the controller is electrically connected with the valve, so that when the temperature sensor detects that the temperature of the sound insulation pad is higher than the preset temperature, the control valve is opened, cooling water is introduced into the cooling water pipe, and the sound insulation pad 1 is cooled. Preferably, the number of the valves is two, and the two valves are respectively arranged at the outlet and the inlet of the cooling water pipe. It can be understood that the automobile interior front wall sound insulating pad assembly 100 provided by the invention mainly operates the heating coil in cold weather, and the cooling water pipe operates in a shorter time.
Specifically, the outlet and the inlet of the cooling water pipe 22 are connected to the branch of the evaporator, and the operation and non-operation of the cooling water pipe 22 are controlled by controlling the opening and closing of the valve. It should be noted that, the function of the air conditioner itself is preferentially ensured, when the refrigeration module of the air conditioner needs to be used, that is, when the compressor needs to work, the compressor is opened, and at this time, the valve is closed; when the refrigeration module of the air conditioner is not used, namely the compressor is closed, the opening and closing of the compressor are further controlled according to the temperature of the temperature sensor.
Further, in order to make the distribution of the heating water pipe on the sound absorption layer 11 uniform, please refer to fig. 3, the heating coil 21 has a plurality of bending sections and a plurality of direct current sections, the bending sections are bent by 180 degrees, and gaps are provided between the direct current sections. In this way, the contact area between the heating coil 21 and the sound absorbing layer 11 is large, and the temperature can be more quickly transferred to the sound absorbing layer 11, thereby quickly increasing the temperature of the sound insulating mat 1.
In the present embodiment, the cooling water pipe 22 has a plurality of bending sections and a plurality of direct current sections, the plurality of bending sections are bent by 180 degrees, and gaps are provided between the direct current sections. The principle is similar to the arrangement principle of the heating coil 21, and is not described in detail herein.
