Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of bridge manufacturing, in particular to a tooth block plate bottom die and an installation method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of bridge engineering construction in China, the prefabricated bridge deck is widely applied with the advantages of high construction efficiency, good environmental protection effect and the like.
In the related art, the common prefabricated bridge deck is standard in size, but some prefabricated bridge deck has prestress, which requires to provide a tooth block tensioning groove on a bottom die for preparing the bridge deck to form tooth blocks for prestress tensioning on the bridge deck, because of stress, the distances between the tooth blocks on the bridge deck are unevenly distributed, and due to different distances and positions, a large number of bottom dies need to be invested during prefabrication, which not only causes the utilization rate of the formwork to be low, but also requires a large amount of capital.
Therefore, a new bottom mold is needed to improve the utilization rate of the mold plate.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides a tooth block plate bottom die and an installation method thereof, and aims to solve the problems that the bottom die utilization rate of a bridge deck plate is low and the cost is high in the related technology.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments, vertical stiffening plates 5 may be fixed to the inner side of the slide 4 at a predetermined distance, and the vertical stiffening plates 5 may extend downward beyond the bottom of the slide 4 and be welded to the frame 1, so as to enhance the strength of the slide 4, in this embodiment, one vertical stiffening plate 5 is preferably arranged at intervals of 0.6 m.
