a lower pressing frame (32), wherein the lower pressing frame (32) is arranged between the second guide frame (31) and the first guide frame (30) in a sliding manner;
the pedal (33), the said pedal (33) is fixedly connected to the inferior part of the said pushing down the shelf (32);

the connecting rods (310) are hinged to the outer side of the lifting rod (320) at uniform intervals, and the number of the connecting rods (310) is at least three;
the other ends of the connecting rods (310) are hinged with the clamping blocks (311);
the fixed sleeves (312) are connected to the outer side of the contact plate (39) at regular intervals;

the inner sides of the first fixing plates (54) are both connected with the first ratchet bars (52) in a sliding manner, and the first ratchet bars (52) are matched with the fixing fixture blocks (51);
the sixth springs (53) are symmetrically connected between the first ratchet bar (52) and the first fixing plate (54), and the sixth springs (53) are sleeved on the first ratchet bar (52);

the eighth spring (67) is symmetrically connected between the first connecting plate (65) and the limiting frame (66);
a second ratchet bar (63), wherein the second ratchet bar (63) is slidably arranged on the first connecting plate (65);
the seventh spring (64) is symmetrically connected between the second ratchet bar (63) and the first connecting plate (65);
