Abstract
本发明公开了一种洁汗除臭组合物及其制剂和用途。所述洁汗除臭组合物的原料包括:己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐3.1~20份、清洁剂10~200份和海藻糖1~100份;所述清洁剂包括阳离子表面活性剂或非离子型表面活性剂中的至少一种;还可进一步包括植物提取物、甘油、香精和水等。本发明的洁汗除臭组合物能够维持正常的生理汗液排泄,不堵塞、伤害汗腺;同时可以降低表面张力、破除顽固的生物被膜、清洁皮肤,抑制细菌生理活性,从而减少异味,效果显著;制备方法简单,还可制备成喷雾剂,方便随身携带使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化妆品技术领域,具体涉及除臭化妆品。
背景技术
炎炎夏日或者剧烈运动,腋下部位出汗比较多,不仅粘腻难受,还会发出阵阵汗臭味。汗液被汗腺分泌出来后,通常是无色无味的,它能帮助身体散热、调节体温。但汗腺排到皮肤表面后,会被细菌分解,产生臭味物质“硫醇”。出现异味或臭味,会影响患者的社会生活,严重者可以导致患者心理障碍。
现有主要除臭方法主要有:
1、手术方式切除汗腺:效率高,可减轻症状。但手术存在留疤、复发风险,且手术切除汗腺后破坏生理机能,对身体有长久不良影响。
2、气味覆盖剂:通过气味覆盖汗臭味,不治本,效果不好。
3、止汗除臭剂:主要通过止汗的金属盐类堵塞毛孔来抑制汗水分泌。但这类产品会导致汗腺分泌细胞萎缩,对皮肤有刺激作用。且一般只能在洗澡后立即使用,使用隐私,羞耻感强。
目前大部分止汗除臭产品的机理都是通过收敛毛孔、堵塞毛孔,同时抑菌、杀菌起到除臭效果。而氯化羟铝、氯化铝等止汗剂用金属盐类会导致毛孔萎缩,堵塞毛孔,减少出汗,造成皮肤代谢障碍。且此类产品所属化妆品领域对抑菌成分有含量限定要求,在常见抑菌成分的含量限定范围内,难以彻底杀死腋下生物被膜细菌。
另外,目前还报道了多种不含铝盐的高效香体剂,这些香体剂依靠的是特别研发的抗菌剂,如三氯生或聚六亚甲基双胍,这种抗菌剂具有广谱的抑菌作用,但同时也会导致细菌耐药性和皮肤残留刺激,引起皮肤过敏。目前研究表明三氯生和三氯卡班可能会干扰人体荷尔蒙,在美国已拟定议案禁止含此类抗菌剂的抗菌皂和沐浴露的实体销售。
因此,还有必要提供一种抑菌效果好、刺激性低、安全性好的除臭产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供了一种洁汗除臭组合物及其制剂和用途。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案之一是:
一种洁汗除臭组合物,所述组合物的原料按重量份数计,包括:己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐3.1~20份、清洁剂10~200份和海藻糖1~100份;所述清洁剂包括阳离子表面活性剂或非离子型表面活性剂中的至少一种。
优选地,所述清洁剂包括双椰油烷基二甲基氯化铵、十六酸酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、椰油基葡糖苷、月桂基葡糖苷或辛癸基葡糖苷中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述组合物的原料还包括:植物提取物0.5~100份。植物提取物能减少对皮肤的损害,调理皮肤,增强功效。
优选地,所述植物提取物包括德国鸢尾(Iris Germanica)根提取物、北美金缕梅(Hamamelis Virginiana)花水或日本晚樱(Prunus Lannesiana)花提取物中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述组合物的原料还包括:甘油10~150份。甘油为保湿剂,可保护皮肤。
进一步地,所述组合物的原料还包括:香精0.5~200份。香精为芳香剂,可进一步遮盖或消除异味。
进一步地,所述组合物的原料还包括:水9230~9974.4份。

一种洁汗除臭组合物在制备化妆品中的用途。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案之三是:
一种包括洁汗除臭组合物的制剂。本发明的组合物具有良好的配伍性和稳定性,可以制备成多种常见剂型,所述制剂的剂型例如包括喷雾剂、气雾剂、水剂或膏剂等。
优选地,所述制剂的剂型为喷雾剂,方便随身携带使用。
进一步地,所述制剂除包括所述洁汗除臭组合物外,还可包括可接受的化妆品用辅料。所述制剂还可进一步包括其他具有抑汗、杀菌、芳香等作用的组分等。
本发明所述的喷雾剂是指所述洁汗除臭组合物以及其他可选的组分盛装于密闭容器内,借助手动泵的压力将内容物以雾状等形态喷出的制剂。除了手动泵的压力外,喷雾剂抛射的动力还可以来自压缩在容器内的气体,常用有二氧化碳CO2、一氧化二氮N2O、氮气N2等。
本发明所述的气雾剂是指所述洁汗除臭组合物以及其他可选的组分与适宜的抛射剂装在耐压容器中,使用时借助抛射剂的压力将内容物呈细雾状、泡沫状或其他形态喷出的制剂。所述抛射剂主要有氟氯烷烃类(三氯一氟甲烷(抛射剂F11)、二氯二氟甲烷(抛射剂F12)、二氯四氟乙烷(抛射剂F114))、氢氟烷烃类(四氟乙烷(HFA-134a)、七氟丙烷(HFA-227))、二甲醚等。
本发明所述的水剂是指所述洁汗除臭组合物以及其他可选的组分溶解在水中制得的液体剂型。可通过涂抹、滚珠等形式施用。水剂可进一步盛装于适宜的容器中,制备成气雾剂、喷雾剂等。
本发明所述的膏剂是指所述洁汗除臭组合物以及其他可选的组分与适宜的基质混合制成的半固体或稠厚液体外用剂型,所述基质例如包括聚乙二醇类、纤维素衍生物(如羧甲基纤维素钠等)、明胶、海藻酸钠、卡波姆等,可呈乳膏样、凝胶样或稠厚液体样。
汗液被汗腺分泌出来后,通常是无色无味的,它能帮助身体散热、调节体温。但汗腺排到皮肤表面后,会被细菌分解,产生臭味物质“硫醇”。而生物被膜是微生物有组织生长的聚集体,是细菌不可逆的附着于腋下皮肤的表面,繁殖、分化,并分泌一些多糖基质,将菌体群落包裹其中而形成的细菌聚集体膜状物,又称细菌生物膜。本发明经研究发现,生物被膜是汗液异味的根源,也是异味难以根除的原因。因为以生物被膜形式存在的细菌不同于浮游或游离状态的细菌,它们对抗生素等杀菌剂、恶劣环境及宿主免疫防御机制有很强的抗性,因而普通杀菌剂难以彻底杀死细菌。
己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐属于己脒定及其盐类,该类物质是一类广谱的水溶性杀菌剂,具有广谱抗菌和杀菌性能,对革兰氏阴性菌、革兰氏阳性菌、霉菌、酵母菌和皮肤真菌等都具有很强的抵抗和杀灭功能。但本发明经研究还发现,己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐实际应用对皮肤刺激性较大,毒副作用较大。同时,其是一种阳离子抑菌剂,与部分常见辅料存在配伍禁忌,例如其会与阴离子表面活性剂交联,从而析出沉淀,导致其抑菌性能失效。
本发明经过研究,选择了毒性小、且不与己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐反应的阳离子表面活性剂或非离子型表面活性剂作为清洁剂,在不影响己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐杀菌性能的情况下,通过清洁剂降低表面张力、破除顽固的生物被膜、清洁皮肤;通过己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐抑杀导致腋下异味产生的葡萄球菌属微生物,破坏臭味物质“硫醇”的产生根源,达到长效除臭;两者配合破除生物被膜后杀菌,协同增效,达到清洁汗液、除臭的效果;同时配合海藻糖减少己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐的毒副作用,保护皮肤细胞,降低了毒性和皮肤刺激性,安全温和。
进一步地,复配植物提取物、甘油和香精,通过植物提取物减少对皮肤的损害,调理皮肤,增强功效;通过保湿剂甘油保护皮肤,减少水分流失;再配以芳香剂香精进一步遮盖或消除异味,提高使用体验。
本发明所涉及的设备、试剂、工艺、参数等,除有特别说明外,均为常规设备、试剂、工艺、参数等,不再作实施例。
本发明所列举的所有范围包括该范围内的所有点值。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
1、本发明的洁汗除臭组合物能够维持正常的生理汗液排泄,不堵塞、伤害汗腺;同时可以降低表面张力、破除顽固的生物被膜、清洁皮肤,抑制细菌生理活性,从而减少异味;复配植物提取物,减少对皮肤的损害,调理皮肤,增强功效。
2、本发明提供的洁汗除臭组合物对人体无害,无毒副作用,效果显著,制备方法和使用方法简单,对治疗汗臭、狐臭效果显著。
3、本发明的洁汗除臭组合物可制备成喷雾剂,方便随身携带使用。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例和实验例具体说明本发明的内容:
对比例1
本对比例的组合物,原料按重量份的成分比例分别为:水9870份、日本晚樱(Prunus Lannesiana)花提取物10份、甘油100份、香精20份。
对比例2
本对比例的组合物,原料按重量份的成分比例分别为:水9840份、日本晚樱(Prunus Lannesiana)花提取物10份、甘油100份、椰油基葡糖苷30份、香精20份。
对比例3
本对比例的组合物,原料按重量份的成分比例分别为:水9865份、日本晚樱(Prunus Lannesiana)花提取物10份、甘油100份、己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐5份、香精20份。
对比例4
本对比例的组合物,原料按重量份的成分比例分别为:水9860份、日本晚樱(Prunus Lannesiana)花提取物10份、甘油100份、己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐10份、香精20份。
对比例5
本对比例的组合物,原料按重量份的成分比例分别为:水9835份、日本晚樱(Prunus Lannesiana)花提取物10份、甘油100份、己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐5份、椰油基葡糖苷30份、香精20份。
实施例1
本实施例的洁汗除臭组合物,原料按重量份的成分比例分别为:水9825份、日本晚樱(Prunus Lannesiana)花提取物10份、甘油100份、己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐5份、椰油基葡糖苷30份、海藻糖10份、香精20份。
实施例2
本实施例的洁汗除臭组合物,原料按重量份的成分比例分别为:水9815份、日本晚樱(Prunus Lannesiana)花提取物10份、甘油100份、己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐5份、椰油基葡糖苷30份、海藻糖20份、香精20份。
将上述实施例和对比例的组合物,直接灌装到常见的带有手动泵的密闭容器(例如喷雾器、喷雾瓶等)中,制备成喷雾剂。根据需要,也可进一步地采用本领域常规原料、试剂、仪器、设备等,利用本领域常规技术手段,制备成喷雾剂。

实验例1:抑菌实验
评价方法:QB/T2738-2012日化产品抗菌抑菌效果的评价方法。

抑菌实验结果:从表2可以看出,对比例1和对比例2在没有添加己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐的情况下,抑菌效果很差。对比例3~5和实施例1~2加入了己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐可以有效抑制人葡萄球菌、溶血性葡萄球菌、卢格登氏葡萄球菌三种菌群,可以有效杀死引起汗臭的细菌。且对比例3和对比例4可以看出,随着己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐用量增大,抑菌效果明显上升。而对比例4~5及实施例1~2的抑菌效果相近,且对比例5及实施例1~2的抑菌效果优于对比例3,说明己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐与非离子表面活性剂具有协同作用,通过复配非离子表面活性剂可以有效增加其抑菌效果,且在此基础上增加海藻糖不影响其抑菌效果。
实验例2:细胞毒性实验
评价方法:MTT细胞毒性实验。小鼠成纤维细胞L929细胞接种至96孔板,维持24h(1倍周期),至形成半汇合单层后添加各实施例及对比例的样品,每孔100μL的细胞培养液中加入10μL的组合物样品,37℃孵育24h后测定甲瓒的形成,与空白对照(添加等量的PBS缓冲液)对比,计算生长抑制百分比。

细胞毒性实验结果:从表3可以看出,己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐具有一定的细胞毒性,实施例1和实施例2通过添加海藻糖,可以有效降低细胞毒性,保护细胞,增强配方的安全性。
实验例3:安全性实验
评价方法:人体斑贴试验。组织60名志愿者按照《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015版)记载的人体皮肤斑贴试验,将加有实施例及对比例的组合物直接制成的喷雾的斑试器用低敏胶带贴敷于受试者的背部或前臂曲侧,用手掌轻压使之均匀地敷于皮肤上,持续24h。结果如表4。

安全性实验结果:从表4可以看出,总体而言,各实施例及对比例的组合物制得的喷雾对人体皮肤刺激性较低,对比例4和对比例5具有轻微的刺激性,说明己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐和清洁剂具有一定的皮肤刺激性,但实施例1和实施例2通过添加海藻糖可以有效降低刺激性,保护皮肤。
实验例4:洁汗除臭功效验证
挑选140名志愿者,每试验组各20位试用者。使用实施例及对比例的组合物直接制成的喷雾,参与者每天使用,持续使用1个月。实验过程中不得使用其它同类型的护肤产品,而且受试者全部完成了验证过程,实验结果见表5,效果分三个等级:
明显:清洁汗液除臭效果明显,没有汗臭异味。
一般:清洁汗液除臭效果一般,有些许汗臭异味。
无变化:清洁汗液除臭效果不明显,汗臭异味与之前差别不大,用后无明显感觉。

从表5中试用者的自我评估结果可以看出,本发明实施例1~2所提供的清洁汗液除臭喷雾对多数试用者肌肤有较好的洁汗除臭效果,实现了清洁汗液除臭的目的。
结合对比例1和对比例2可以看出,在没有添加己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐的情况下,洁汗除臭效果较差。对比例3~5和实施例1~2添加了己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐后增强了洁汗除臭效果,且随着己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐用量增大,效果上升,这也与抑菌实验的结果一致。对比例4~5和实施例1~2的洁汗除臭效果相近,且对比例5和实施例1~2的洁汗除臭效果优于对比例3,说明己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐与清洁剂产生了协同增效,而实施例1和实施例2的洁汗除臭效果还有进一步的提升,说明在添加海藻糖后,不仅降低了毒性和皮肤刺激性,增强了安全性,且不影响洁汗除臭效果。
由以上结果可知,本发明通过己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐、清洁剂与海藻糖的配合,取得了良好的洁汗除臭效果,且安全性更好,刺激性更小,使用舒适安全。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种洁汗除臭组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物的原料按重量份数计,包括:己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐3.1~20份、清洁剂10~200份和海藻糖1~100份;所述清洁剂包括阳离子表面活性剂或非离子型表面活性剂中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洁汗除臭组合物,其特征在于:所述清洁剂包括双椰油烷基二甲基氯化铵、十六酸酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、椰油基葡糖苷、月桂基葡糖苷或辛癸基葡糖苷中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的洁汗除臭组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物的原料还包括:植物提取物0.5~100份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的洁汗除臭组合物,其特征在于:所述植物提取物包括德国鸢尾根提取物、北美金缕梅花水或日本晚樱花提取物中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的洁汗除臭组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物的原料还包括:甘油10~150份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的洁汗除臭组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物的原料还包括:香精0.5~200份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的洁汗除臭组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物的原料还包括:水9230~9974.4份。
8.一种权利要求1至7中任一项所述的洁汗除臭组合物在制备化妆品中的用途。
9.一种包括权利要求1至7中任一项所述的洁汗除臭组合物的制剂,其特征在于:所述制剂的剂型包括喷雾剂、气雾剂、水剂或膏剂。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制剂,其特征在于:所述制剂的剂型为喷雾剂。
