Abstract
本发明提供了一种硅藻矿物泥面膜及其制备方法,包括吸附剂、肌肤调理剂、保湿剂、柔润剂、表面活性剂、增稠剂、酸度调节剂、抗静电剂、矿物质螯合剂、着色剂、液体防腐剂、芳香剂。所述硅藻矿物泥面膜包含来源于海洋硅藻的硅藻壳,其层层套叠的多孔结构具有强大的物理吸附能力,可深层清洁肌肤和毛孔中的污垢,调节肌肤水油平衡,使肌肤透彻洁净;同时添加源于海洋鱼类鱼鳞的可溶性胶原,滋养修护肌肤,收缩毛孔,减少松弛,令肌肤柔嫩光滑不紧绷,对皮肤清洁净化的同时起到滋润舒缓的作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于护肤品技术领域,具体涉及一种硅藻矿物泥面膜及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
清洁面膜主要用于皮肤的清洁和净化。目前已有的清洁面膜,如活性炭面膜、火山泥面膜、绿豆泥面膜、硅藻泥面膜等均展现了较好的清洁净化能力。硅藻泥以健康环保著称,在建材市场中的应用较为广泛。这主要因为硅藻泥中含有大量的硅藻壳,而硅藻壳有极大的孔隙率和比表面积,有利于物质交换。此外,硅藻壳还具有层层套叠的多孔结构,可快速吸收水分,还具有良好的杂质吸附能力,对组织也无任何不良反应。因此,在化妆品领域用作皮肤清洁剂,也展示了极好的应用前景,通过摩擦借由揉搓,达到去除角质或清洁净化的作用。如,中国专利文献CN 104523563 A公开了一种硅藻面膜及其制备方法,原料中添加硅藻壳作为清洁组分,所得面膜展现了较好的洁肤效果。但所述硅藻面膜在清洁净化皮肤时,往往忽略了对皮肤补充水分和营养,导致使用者出现面部干燥,甚至起皱。因此,单纯添加硅藻泥的面膜仍需进一步优化改进。如,中国专利文献CN 107929215 A添加硅藻泥土作为清洁组分,辅以适量的天然蚕丝或胶原蛋白或芦荟胶、维生素和植物提取物,制备了改性硅藻泥土面膜。所得面膜很好地解决了面部干燥,起皱等问题。但由于添加的硅藻泥土成分复杂,极易引起皮肤不适甚至引发过敏反应。另外,组分中缺乏油相物质,导致所得面膜的肤感欠佳。这大大限制了硅藻泥面膜的进一步应用,比如护肤品领域。
发明内容
针对上述技术中存在的不足,本发明的第一个目的是提供一种硅藻矿物泥面膜,可高效清洁肌肤和毛孔中的污垢,同时滋养修护肌肤,对皮肤清洁净化的同时起到滋润舒缓的作用。
为此,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种硅藻矿物泥面膜,其特征在于,以质量百分比计包括以下组分:吸附剂23%~33.5%、肌肤调理剂0.03%~1.5%、保湿剂4%~7.5%、柔润剂1%~6%、表面活性剂1%~2%、增稠剂1%~2%、酸度调节剂0.1%~0.15%、抗静电剂0.2%~0.5%、矿物质螯合剂0.1%~0.3%、着色剂0.1%~0.2%、液体防腐剂0.01%~0.2%、芳香剂0.001%~0.003%、余量为纯水;
所述吸附剂中含有硅藻壳,硅藻壳来源于海洋浮游植物(硅藻);
所述肌肤调理剂中含有可溶性胶原,可溶性胶原来源于海洋鱼类的鱼鳞。
所述硅藻壳的主要成分为二氧化硅,比表面积148.1~157.1m2/g,孔径200~1000nm,纯度高达99.99%,安全性高。这些性质保证了硅藻矿物泥面膜可高效清洁肌肤和毛孔中的污垢,调节肌肤水油平衡,使肌肤透彻洁净;同时添加源于海洋鱼类鱼鳞的可溶性胶原,滋养修护肌肤,对皮肤清洁净化的同时起到滋润舒缓的作用。
所述硅藻壳的制备过程包括:(1)收集硅藻;(2)将硅藻浸入30%双氧水中,70℃水浴加热2h;(3)过滤收集硅藻壳,移入15%的盐酸溶液中,搅拌均匀后静置24h;(4)过滤硅藻壳,去离子水漂洗至中性;(5)35℃条件下真空干燥24h,即得纯的硅藻壳。
硅藻壳的孔径测量步骤包括:(1)将硅藻壳用导电胶带固定于扫描电镜专用铜台上;(2)一部分样品用能量色散X射线谱仪(JSM-6010LA,JEOL Ltd.,Japan)测试各元素含量;(3)另一部分样品经真空喷金,用扫描电子显微镜(JSM-6010LA,JEOL Ltd.,Japan)观察并用图像分析系统测算孔径。
本发明中,所述吸附剂可采用高岭土、膨润土和硅藻壳的混合物,其中,硅藻壳在硅藻矿物泥面膜中的占比优选为0.05%~0.1。
优选地,所述肌肤调理剂为可溶性胶原和甘草酸二钾的混合物,其中,可溶性胶原在硅藻矿物泥面膜中的占比优选为0.5~1%。
所述可溶性胶原来源于海洋鱼类的鱼鳞,其制备过程包括:(1)制备鱼鳞粉;(2)将鱼鳞粉于热水中搅拌;(3)离心,收集上层清液即为鱼鳞胶原蛋白溶液,将其冷冻干燥,去除水分,即得纯的鱼鳞胶原蛋白原料。
优选地,可溶性胶原的平均分子量为50000Da,测量步骤包括:(1)配制8%分离胶和5%浓缩胶;(2)取蛋白质标准品10μL(11.4-116kD,P0061,上海碧云天生物技术有限公司),配制成0.05mg/mL的蛋白质标准品;(3)配制可溶性胶原溶液(1.0mg/mL);(4)上样,进行聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳;(5)电泳结束后,以凝胶上条带集中处的分子量记为可溶性胶原的平均分子量。
优选地,所述保湿剂为甘油、乙基己基甘油、丁二醇和丙二醇的混合物。
优选地,所述增稠剂为黄原胶和硅酸铝镁的混合物。
优选地,所述酸度调节剂为柠檬酸。
优选地,所述柔润剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷和棕榈酸乙基己酯的混合物。
优选地,所述表面活性剂为硬脂醇聚醚-2和硬脂醇聚醚-21的混合物。
优选地,所述抗静电剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。
优选地,所述矿物质螯合剂为EDTA二钠。
优选地,所述着色剂为氧化铬绿和氧化铁黑的混合物。
优选地,所述液体防腐剂为双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯和羟苯甲酯的混合物。
优选地,所述芳香剂为香精。
为实现上述目的,本发明还提供了硅藻矿物泥面膜的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:(1)将保湿剂、肌肤调理剂、酸度调节剂、抗静电剂、矿物质螯合剂、增稠剂、着色剂、吸附剂依次加入纯水中,搅拌均匀得混合液A,80℃~90℃保温备用,优选为85℃;将柔润剂和表面活性剂混合,70℃~80℃加热溶解得混合液B,优选为75℃,保温备用;(2)在80℃~90℃的条件下,优选为85℃,将混合液B缓慢加入混合液A中,乳化搅拌得混合液C,乳化速度为2000rpm~3000rpm,乳化时间为20~30min;(3)将混合液C冷却至45℃以下,加入液体防腐剂和香精,搅拌均匀即得硅藻矿物泥面膜。
优选地,所述乳化搅拌速率为2000rpm,乳化时间为25min。
优选地,步骤(3)中,混合液冷却至40℃。
为实现上述目的,所述硅藻矿物泥面膜的制备方法,也可以是包括以下步骤:(1)将保湿剂、肌肤调理剂、酸度调节剂、抗静电剂、矿物质螯合剂、增稠剂、着色剂、吸附剂依次加入纯水中,搅拌均匀得混合液;(2)将柔润剂和表面活性剂混合,加热溶解后加入到(1)所得混合液中,乳化;(3)冷却至45℃以下,加入液体防腐剂和香精,搅拌均匀即得硅藻矿物泥面膜。
本发明所述一种硅藻矿物泥面膜,包含来源于海洋浮游生物(硅藻)的硅藻壳,其层层套叠的多孔结构具有强大的物理吸附能力,可深层清洁肌肤和毛孔中的污垢,调节肌肤水油平衡,使肌肤透彻洁净;同时添加源于海洋鱼类鱼鳞的可溶性胶原,滋养修护肌肤,收缩毛孔,减少松弛,令肌肤柔嫩光滑不紧绷,对皮肤清洁净化的同时起到滋润舒缓的作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的具体说明,但实施例并不对本发明做任何形式的限定。本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
来源于海洋浮游植物(硅藻)的硅藻壳的制备具体如下:
(1)收集硅藻;(2)将硅藻浸入30%双氧水中,70℃水浴加热2h;(3)过滤收集硅藻壳,移入15%的盐酸溶液中,搅拌均匀后静置24h;(4)过滤硅藻壳,去离子水漂洗至中性;(5)35℃条件下真空干燥24h,即得纯的硅藻壳。
来源于海洋鱼类的鱼鳞的可溶性胶原的制备具体如下:
(1)鱼鳞清洗烘干后浸泡于1%盐酸中,持续搅拌24h,每12h更换一次盐酸溶液;(2)将盐酸浸泡后的鱼鳞用蒸馏水漂洗三次后,浸泡在饱和氢氧化钠溶液中,持续搅拌24h,每12h更换一次氢氧化钠溶液;(3)蒸馏水冲洗至中性后,置于40℃电热恒温鼓风干燥箱中干燥8h;(4)用粉碎机将干燥后的鱼鳞粉碎成粉末;(5)粉碎后的鱼鳞粉末于60℃热水中持续搅拌12h,转速为200rpm;(6)4000rpm离心20min,收集上层清液即为鱼鳞胶原蛋白溶液,将其冷冻干燥,去除水分,即得纯的鱼鳞胶原蛋白原料。
将依本实施例制备的来源于海洋浮游植物(硅藻)的硅藻壳和来源于海洋鱼类鱼鳞的可溶性胶原应用于以下实施例。其中的百分比均指所述纯的硅藻壳原料和纯的鱼鳞胶原蛋白原料在配方中的质量百分比。
本发明提供的硅藻矿物泥面膜,实施例1~5的配方如下表:
实施例1~5所述的硅藻矿物泥面膜的制备方法如下:(1)将保湿剂、肌肤调理剂、酸度调节剂、抗静电剂、矿物质螯合剂、增稠剂、着色剂、吸附剂依次加入纯水中,搅拌均匀的混合液A,85℃保温备用;(2)将柔润剂和表面活性剂混合,75℃加热溶解得混合液B,保温备用;(3)在85℃的条件下,将混合液B缓慢加入混合液A中,2000rpm乳化搅拌25min得混合液C;(4)将混合液C冷却至40℃,加入液体防腐剂和香精,搅拌均匀即得硅藻矿物泥面膜。
实施例6补水保湿和控油效果评价
选取50名20~35岁油性皮肤的受试者,随机分成5组,取20g实施例1~5中所制面膜。以额头(油分测试)及脸颊(水分测试)作为受试区,取眉间中线至鼻头为测试中点,向左向右并列各测试一个位置,受试者分别于左右额头和脸颊使用样品,均匀涂抹于受试区,涂覆15min后清水洗净,通过皮肤测试仪(YN-19,深圳九九旭科技有限公司,深圳)测试受试者使用样品0.5h、1h、2h和4h后的皮肤含水量和含油量平均值。整个测试环境维持在22~24℃和45~55%的相对湿度环境中。结果如下表所示:
由上表可以看出,使用实施例1~5所制面膜2h后的受试者,其皮肤含水量接近使用前皮肤含水量,表明使用本发明所制面膜不会出现面部干燥的现象。使用实施例1~5所制面膜6h后的受试者,其皮肤含油量仍然低于使用前皮肤含油量,表明使用本发明所制面膜可以有效清除皮肤多余油脂,起到控油的作用。
实施例7吸附净化效果评价
选取60名20~35岁受试者,随机分成6组,每组10人。以炭黑为污染物,对受试者左手手背进行污染物处理,然后取10g实施例1~5中所制面膜,对受试区进行涂样,以相同量的自来水作为空白例。15min后清洗,用透明胶带对受试区进行剥离操作,通过计算污染物占整个受试区的面积计算污染物清除率,从而间接评价样品对污染物的吸附净化效果。整个测试环境维持在22~24℃和45~55%的相对湿度环境中。结果如下表所示:
由上表数据可知,实施例1~5所制面膜对污染物的清除率均在80%及以上,且明显高于空白组,表明本发明所制面膜具有较好的清洁净化效果。另外,实施例1、实施例4、实施例5所制面膜对污染物的清除率优于实施例2和实施例3中所制面膜,表明提高硅藻壳的添加量以及提高膨润土和高岭土的添加量均能提升面膜对污染物的清除率。实施例3所制面膜对污染物的清除率总体高于实施例2所制面膜,表明硅藻壳对污染物的清除率优于高岭土和膨润土。
实施例8综合效果评价
选取50名20~45岁女性为受试者,随机分成5组,以整个面部作为受试区,每组随机选取一组实施例样品均匀涂抹于面部,15min后自来水洗净,每周使用2次,连续使用4周后,对受试者进行问卷调查,采用主观评分法(5分制,1分最好,5分最差),效果评价结果如下表所示:
综上结果可知,实施例1~5所制面膜不仅肤感好、温和无刺激、易清洗,清洁净化效果和控油效果也较好,同时还能滋养肌肤,对皮肤清洁净化的同时起到滋润舒缓的作用。实施例1、实施例3和实施例4所制面膜的清洁效果优于实施例2和实施例5,表明提高硅藻壳的添加量可以增强面膜的清洁能力。实施例1、实施例3和实施例4所制面膜的滋润舒缓效果优于实施例2和实施例5,表明提高可溶性胶原的添加量可以增强面膜的滋润舒缓效果。

Claims (8)
1.一种硅藻矿物泥面膜,其特征在于,以质量百分比计包括以下组分:吸附剂23%~33.5%、肌肤调理剂0.03%~1.5%、保湿剂4%~7.5%、柔润剂1%~6%、表面活性剂1%~2%、增稠剂1%~2%、酸度调节剂0.1%~0.15%、抗静电剂0.2%~0.5%、矿物质螯合剂0.1%~0.3%、着色剂0.1%~0.2%、液体防腐剂0.01%~0.2%、芳香剂0.001%~0.003%、余量为纯水;
所述吸附剂中含有硅藻壳,硅藻壳来源于海洋浮游植物;
所述肌肤调理剂中含有可溶性胶原,可溶性胶原来源于海洋鱼类的鱼鳞。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅藻矿物泥面膜,其特征在于,所述吸附剂为高岭土、膨润土和硅藻壳的混合物,硅藻壳的比表面积为148.1~157.1m2/g,孔径为200~1000nm,主要成分为二氧化硅,含量为99.99%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅藻矿物泥面膜,其特征在于,所述肌肤调理剂为可溶性胶原和甘草酸二钾的混合物,其中可溶性胶原平均分子量为50000Da。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅藻矿物泥面膜,其特征在于,所述保湿剂为甘油、乙基己基甘油、丁二醇和丙二醇的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅藻矿物泥面膜,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为黄原胶和硅酸铝镁的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅藻矿物泥面膜,其特征在于,所述着色剂为氧化铬绿和氧化铁黑的混合物。
7.一种权利要求1所述的硅藻矿物泥面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)将保湿剂、肌肤调理剂、酸度调节剂、抗静电剂、矿物质螯合剂、增稠剂、着色剂、吸附剂依次加入纯水中,搅拌均匀得混合液A,80℃~90℃保温备用;将柔润剂和表面活性剂混合,70℃~80℃加热溶解得混合液B,保温备用;(2)在80℃~90℃的条件下,将混合液B缓慢加入混合液A中,乳化搅拌得混合液C,乳化速度为2000rpm~3000rpm,乳化时间为20~30min;(3)将混合液C冷却至45℃以下,加入液体防腐剂和香精,搅拌均匀即得硅藻矿物泥面膜。
8.一种硅藻矿物泥面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)将保湿剂、肌肤调理剂、酸度调节剂、抗静电剂、矿物质螯合剂、增稠剂、着色剂、吸附剂依次加入纯水中,搅拌均匀得混合液;(2)将柔润剂和表面活性剂混合,加热溶解后加入到(1)所得混合液中,乳化;(3)冷却至45℃以下,加入液体防腐剂和香精,搅拌均匀即得硅藻矿物泥面膜。
