Description

Penicillin bottle dispensing system and dispensing method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical equipment, in particular to a penicillin bottle dispensing system and a dispensing method thereof.
Background
When dispensing penicillin bottles, the dispensing process that a syringe takes liquid from an infusion bag, the syringe injects the liquid into the penicillin bottles, the liquid in the penicillin bottles is uniformly shaken, the syringe pumps the liquid in the uniformly shaken penicillin bottles, and the syringe injects the liquid into the infusion bag needs to be completed in sequence, and no matter manual operation is performed or an existing dispensing machine (such as application number CN201910202115.1) is utilized, the standard dispensing process leads to the fact that the next dispensing action can be entered after the previous dispensing action is completed, and the dispensing efficiency is low.
In the related existing automatic medicine dispensing system, the emphasis is placed on automatic medicine dispensing by controlling the automatic insertion and extraction of the liquid drawing needle and controlling the injection and suction actions of the needle cylinder, the automation degree is not high, and the medicine dispensing efficiency is to be improved. In these dispensing systems, the infusion bags are all fixed on the clamping part A to be dispensed, and the specification is single and the replacement is not easy; if the current infusion bag is full of the liquid medicine, the dispensing system needs to stop running, then the infusion bag is taken down for replacement, and dispensing continues; in addition, after the suction of the vial on the current clamping member B is completed, the empty vial also needs to be manually removed from the clamping member B for replacement and reinstallation. For hospitals needing a large amount of dosage every day, the labor intensity is high, and the further improvement of the dosage efficiency is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to: aiming at the problems that automatic medicine dispensing is realized by controlling automatic insertion and extraction of a liquid drawing needle and injection and suction actions of a needle cylinder in the conventional automatic medicine dispensing system, the automation degree is low and the medicine dispensing efficiency is low, the medicine dispensing system for the penicillin bottle and the medicine dispensing method thereof are provided, the intermediate process of replacing a liquid bag and the penicillin bottle is shortened, the automation degree of the medicine dispensing system is improved, and the medicine dispensing efficiency is improved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
