In the case of marine medical emergencies, it is necessary to place an emergency medical kit on the deck of a ship in order to perform emergency treatment on the injured person. Because boats and ships are on the sea throughout the year, the sea wind and wave makes the hull to sway the range greatly, therefore the first aid medical kit position on deck is difficult to fix, often sways and rocks or removes, causes medicine or medical instrument in the first aid medical kit to damage easily, brings the trouble for the first aid medical work on the ship, influences the rescue time to the wounded even.
However, since the ship is often sailed on the sea, the safety, equipment, water supply, power supply, traffic and the like in the marine environment are difficult to be ensured, and the whole treatment process of a wounded person must be separated from time to distance and is carried out by a plurality of treatment mechanisms arranged from front to back in a grading manner, and mutual connection and front-to-back succession are realized.
In order to ensure the quality of 'graded treatment', the treatment tasks and the medical scope of all the grades must be determined, and a unified treatment principle is observed so as to maintain the continuity and the integrity of the treatment work. Except that ship health personnel can carry out first aid to other personnel on the ship, the self-rescue mutual-aid work among all personnel on the ship is widely carried out, and the main contents of the self-rescue mutual-aid work include first aid technologies such as binding, hemostasis, fixing, suffocation prevention and carrying.
