一种信息发送和接收方法以及装置。所述方法包括:发送设备至少根据时域资源中的部分符号数目,确定位于所述时域资源内的解调参考信号;其中,所述时域资源所包括的符号数目小于或等于时隙或子帧所包括的符号数目;所述发送设备至少使用所述时域资源,向接收设备发送数据信息和所述解调参考信号。由此,能够支持non‑slot的数据信息传输。
