Rather, the use of words such as "exemplary" or "such as" is intended to present related concepts in a concrete fashion.
The location information transmitting device provided by the embodiment of the application is described in detail below through specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a location information transmitting apparatus 20, which includes a call module 21 and a positioning module 22 described below.
The call module 21 may be configured to send, when the electronic device receives the request message for initiating the emergency call, location obtaining information to the positioning module, where the location obtaining information is used to request to obtain a current location of the electronic device; the positioning module 22 may be configured to obtain information according to the position, obtain a current position of the electronic device, and send first position information to the call module, where the first position information is information of the current position of the electronic device; the call module 21 may be further configured to send the first location information to the server in a target SIP message, where the target SIP message may include at least one of the following: update message, acknowledge message, hang-up message.
In the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the electronic equipment receives the emergency call request message, the call module can send the position acquisition information to the positioning module, so that the current position of the electronic equipment is acquired. After the positioning module receives the position acquisition information sent by the communication module, the positioning module can position according to the position acquisition information, so that the current position of the electronic equipment is acquired; after the positioning module obtains the current position of the electronic device, the positioning module can send the first position information to the call module so as to report the current position of the electronic device to the call module. And then after the call module receives the first position information, the call module can carry the first position information in the target SIP message and send the first position information to the server. Therefore, after the emergency call is ended, the accurate current position of the electronic equipment can be reported to the server, and the user can be timely rescued.
In the embodiment of the present application, the above-mentioned "the electronic device receives the request message for initiating the emergency call" may be understood as: when the user needs emergency rescue, the user can input an emergency rescue number in a dialing application program in the electronic equipment, and then the electronic equipment is triggered to initiate an emergency call through the input of a dialing control in the dialing application program. When the electronic equipment receives the input of the user to the dialing control, namely the electronic equipment receives the emergency call initiating request message.
In the embodiment of the application, after the electronic equipment receives the emergency call initiating request message, the electronic equipment can send an emergency call request to the server through the call module, namely, initiate an emergency call. In particular, the telephony module may initiate an emergency call (e.g., dial an emergency number of 112, 911, 110, etc.) based on an internet protocol multimedia system (Internet protocol multimedia subsystem, IMS) network.
In the embodiment of the application, after the positioning module receives the position acquisition information, the positioning module can start positioning, so that the current position of the electronic equipment is measured, and the measurement result (namely the first position information) is reported to the call module.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the manner in which the positioning module sends the first location information to the call module may include two possible manners, which are the following manner one and the following manner two, respectively. These two possible ways are described in more detail below as examples.
Mode one: the positioning module may be specifically configured to send the first location information to the call module after acquiring the location of the N electronic devices.
The first location information may be information of a location of the electronic device acquired by the positioning module for the nth time, where N is an integer greater than 1.
In the first mode, after the positioning module measures the position of the electronic device, the positioning module may report the position of the electronic device obtained by the last measurement in the N measurement results to the call module, that is, the positioning module uses the position of the electronic device obtained by the last measurement in the N measurement results as the current position of the electronic device, and sends the current position of the electronic device to the call module.
Alternatively, in the embodiment of the present application, the value of N may be a value preset in the location information sending device. Any possible numerical value, such as 3, 5, or 10, may be specifically determined according to practical use requirements, and embodiments of the present application are not limited.
In the embodiment of the application, the positioning module only reports the information of the position of the electronic equipment (namely the first position information) to the call module once after acquiring the position of the electronic equipment for N times, so that the positioning module can be prevented from frequently reporting the position of the electronic equipment to the call module, and the power consumption problem caused by the positioning module is reduced.
Mode two: the positioning module is specifically configured to send the first location information to the call module after the preset duration.
The first location information may be information of a location where the electronic device is located, which is acquired by the positioning module last time.
In the embodiment of the present application, the preset time period may be a time period from when the positioning module starts to position the position where the measurement electronic device is located.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, when the location module measures the location of the electronic device and the preset time length (denoted as T) is reached, the location module may report the location of the electronic device that is acquired (i.e., measured) by the location module last time to the call module in the manner of the first location information, that is, the location module takes the location of the electronic device that is acquired last time as the current location of the electronic device, and sends the location of the electronic device to the call module.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, if the preset duration is reached and the location module has not obtained the location of the electronic device, the location module may report a null or specific character to the call module.
Alternatively, in the embodiment of the present application, the preset duration may be a duration preset in the location information sending device, for example, 30 seconds, 1 minute, and so on. The method can be specifically determined according to actual use requirements, and the embodiment of the application is not limited.
In the embodiment of the application, the positioning module can report the first position information to the call module once after the preset time length, so that the positioning module can be prevented from frequently reporting the position of the electronic equipment to the call module, and the power consumption problem caused by the positioning module is reduced.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, in a case where the target SIP message includes an Update message, the Update message may be an Update message.
In one implementation, after the call request message is sent, the call module receives the first location information sent by the positioning module, and then the call module may send an Update message to the server, and send the Update message with the first location information to the server.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, in a case where the target SIP message includes an acknowledgement message, the acknowledgement message may be an ACK message; in the case where the target SIP message includes a hang-up message, the hang-up message may be a BYE message.
In another implementation manner, if after the electronic device establishes the emergency call connection, if the call module does not receive the information of the current location of the electronic device reported by the positioning module, the call module may carry the information of the location of the electronic device cached before the call module in a BYE message or an ACK message when the emergency call is ended (for example, hanging up) and send the information to the server, so that it may be ensured that the server may acquire the location of the electronic device after the emergency call is ended.
It may be appreciated that, in the above another implementation manner, the call module may send, to the server, information of the location of the electronic device cached in the call module as information of the current location of the electronic device (i.e., the first location information).
On one hand, under the condition that the electronic equipment receives the request message for initiating the emergency call, the call module can acquire the information of the current position of the electronic equipment through the positioning module, so that the information of the current position of the electronic equipment acquired by the call module is more accurate, and the call module can report the accurate position of the electronic equipment to the server. On the other hand, the communication module can carry the information of the current position of the electronic equipment in at least one message of the update message, the confirmation message and the hang-up message to send to the server, so that the time for sending the position information in the emergency communication process can be increased, and the server can be ensured to acquire the current position of the electronic equipment after the emergency communication is finished. Therefore, the server can be determined to receive the accurate information of the current position of the electronic equipment, so that the user can be rescued in time.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the call module may be further configured to send the second location information to the server with the call request message.
The call request message is a request message for requesting to establish an emergency call connection, and the second location information may be information of a current location of the electronic device acquired by the call module, or may be information of a location of the electronic device cached in the call module.
In the embodiment of the application, when the electronic equipment requests to establish the emergency call connection, the call module can carry the second position information in the call request message and send the second position information to the server, namely, when the electronic equipment requests to establish the emergency call connection, the information of the position of the electronic equipment is directly sent to the server.
It can be understood that when the call module sends a call request message to the server, the call module can directly send information of the position of the electronic device to the server, so that the server can be ensured to obtain the position of the electronic device.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, before the call module sends the call request message to the server, the call module receives the information of the current location of the electronic device sent by the positioning module, and then the call module may send the information of the current location of the electronic device to the server in the call request message.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, before the call module sends the call request message to the server, the call module does not receive the information of the current location of the electronic device sent by the positioning module, and then the call module may send the information of the current location of the electronic device cached in the call module to the server with the call request message.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the call request message may be an invite message.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the information of the location of the electronic device cached in the call module may be information of the location of the electronic device sent by the positioning module to the call module when the call module initiates attachment and registration of the IMS network; or the information of the position of the electronic device sent by the positioning module to the call module after the IMS network registration. The method can be specifically determined according to actual use requirements, and the embodiment of the application is not limited.
It should be noted that, for the information of the location of the electronic device cached in the above-mentioned call module, if the call module receives the information of the new location of the electronic device sent by the positioning module, the call module may replace the information of the location of the electronic device cached in the call module before using the information of the new location.
In the embodiment of the application, the call module can send the information of the position of the electronic equipment to the server through the call request message, so that the server can determine the position of the electronic equipment after the emergency call is ended.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, when the second location information is cached information of a location where the electronic device is located, the call module may be specifically configured to send the first location information carried in the target SIP message to the server when the first location information is different from the second location information.
In the embodiment of the application, after the call module sends the second position information to the server, if the call module receives the first position information sent by the positioning module, the call module can compare the first position information with the second position information, and if the first position information is different from the second position information, the call module can determine that the information of the position of the electronic equipment reported to the server through the call request message is wrong, so that the call module can report the accurate information of the position of the electronic equipment (namely, the first position information) to the server through the target SIP message.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, when the first location information is the same as the second location information, the call module may not send the first location information to the server any more, that is, the call module does not report the information of the location of the electronic device to the server any more; or the call module can report the first position information to the server through the target SIP message, so that the server can be ensured to receive the information of the position of the electronic equipment.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, when a subscriber identity module (subscriber identity module, SIM) card is inserted into the electronic device, the electronic device may initiate an IMS network registration procedure. Specifically, when the SIM card inserted in the electronic device is an IMS-capable SIM card (e.g., having a long term evolution-based voice service (voice over long term evolution, VOLTE), a wireless local area network-based voice service (voice over wireless fidelity, WOWIFI), etc.), the call module may initiate an IMS network attachment and registration procedure.
In the embodiment of the application, in the process of IMS registration by the call module, the information of the position of the electronic equipment is required to be acquired. Therefore, the call module can send a position information acquisition request to the positioning module, so that the positioning module is requested to acquire the position of the electronic equipment, and after the positioning module measures the position of the electronic equipment, the positioning module can send the information of the position of the electronic equipment to the call module.
In the embodiment of the application, after the call module receives the information of the position of the electronic equipment sent by the positioning module, the call module can cache the information of the position of the electronic equipment in the call module, so that when IMS registration is carried out, the call module can insert the information of the position of the electronic equipment into an SIP message and send the SIP message to a server, thereby completing IMS network registration of the SIM card.
