Abstract
A bone conduction speaker composite washer magnetic circuit component relates to the technical field of audio devices and comprises a yoke iron and a voice coil, wherein a cylindrical composite member is arranged in the middle of the yoke iron; the composite component is formed by sequentially laminating a lower magnet, a composite washer and an upper magnet from bottom to top, the upper end of the upper magnet is provided with a vibrating diaphragm, the voice coil is arranged on the vibrating diaphragm through a framework, the composite component penetrates through the inner ring of the voice coil, and the composite component and the voice coil are in clearance fit; the lower magnet and the upper magnet are both permanent magnets, and the polarity of the upper end of the lower magnet is consistent with that of the lower end of the upper magnet; the composite washer is formed by alternately laminating a ferromagnetic washer and a non-ferromagnetic washer from bottom to top. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technology of audio devices, in particular to the technology of a bone conduction loudspeaker composite washer magnetic circuit component.
Background
The traditional bone conduction loudspeaker adopts a single washer, and because the magnetic lines of force in the gap between the washer and the yoke are not all in the horizontal direction, the magnetic lines of force on the upper part and the lower part of the voice coil have certain included angles with the horizontal direction and are asymmetric. When an alternating electrical signal is passed through the voice coil, the voice coil will vibrate up and down in the gap according to the ampere-fold theorem. For low-frequency signals, the vibration amplitude of the voice coil is large, and the whole voice coil enters the non-horizontal asymmetric magnetic field on the upper portion and the lower portion of the voice coil more frequently, so that large harmonic distortion is caused. The conventional way to solve this problem is to increase the thickness of the magnetically conductive washer so that the voice coil vibrates in the horizontal magnetic field as much as possible. However, since the washer is made of magnetic material, the thickness of the washer is increased, which causes the increase of the whole self-inductance coefficient of the bone conduction speaker and the large high-frequency attenuation.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the bone conduction speaker composite washer magnetic circuit assembly which is small in low-frequency harmonic distortion and wide in high-frequency response.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a bone conduction speaker composite washer magnetic circuit assembly, which comprises a yoke and a voice coil, and is characterized in that: a cylindrical composite member is arranged in the middle of the yoke;
the composite component is formed by sequentially laminating a lower magnet, a composite washer and an upper magnet from bottom to top, the upper end of the upper magnet is provided with a vibrating diaphragm, the voice coil is arranged on the vibrating diaphragm through a framework, the composite component penetrates through the inner ring of the voice coil, and the composite component and the voice coil are in clearance fit;
the lower magnet and the upper magnet are both permanent magnets, and the polarity of the upper end of the lower magnet is consistent with that of the lower end of the upper magnet;
the composite washer is formed by alternately laminating N +1 ferromagnetic washers and N non-ferromagnetic washers from bottom to top, wherein N is more than or equal to 1.
The composite washer magnetic circuit component of the bone conduction loudspeaker provided by the invention adopts a mode that non-ferromagnetic washers are additionally arranged between ferromagnetic washers to form the composite washer so as to increase the thickness of the washers, thereby increasing the height of a horizontal magnetic field crossing a voice coil and reducing the harmonic distortion of the bone conduction loudspeaker in a low-frequency band; and because the total thickness of the ferromagnetic washer is not actually increased and the split washer is no longer in the middle of the voice coil, the self-inductance of the bone conduction loudspeaker is reduced, and the high-frequency response is expanded.

the composite component is formed by sequentially laminating a lower magnet 2, a composite washer and an upper magnet 6 from bottom to top, a vibrating diaphragm 8 is arranged at the upper end of the upper magnet 6, a voice coil 7 is arranged on the vibrating diaphragm 8 through a framework 9, the composite component penetrates through the inner ring of the voice coil 7, and the composite component and the voice coil 7 are in clearance fit;
the lower magnet 2 and the upper magnet 6 are both permanent magnets, and the polarity of the upper end of the lower magnet is consistent with that of the lower end of the upper magnet;
the composite washer is formed by alternately laminating two ferromagnetic washers 3 and 5 and a non-ferromagnetic washer 4 from bottom to top, wherein the non-ferromagnetic washers can be made of non-ferromagnetic materials such as copper, aluminum and plastic, and the ferromagnetic washers can be made of ferromagnetic materials such as iron and iron alloy.
In other embodiments of the invention, the composite washer may also be formed by alternately laminating a plurality of ferromagnetic washers and a plurality of non-ferromagnetic washers from bottom to top, but the number of the ferromagnetic washers is one more than that of the non-ferromagnetic washers, so that the upper and lower ends of the composite washer are both ferromagnetic washers.
The working principle of the embodiment of the invention is as follows:

The upper end and the lower end of the composite washer are both ferromagnetic washers, the middle of the composite washer is a non-ferromagnetic washer, after the composite washer is adopted, the height of a horizontal magnetic field traversing through the voice coil can be doubled, harmonic distortion and abnormal sound of the bone conduction loudspeaker in a low frequency band can be reduced, for a user, the vibration sense is obviously reduced in the practical sense, and the comfort level is obviously improved; and because the total thickness of the ferromagnetic washer is not actually increased and the washer is divided into two parts and is no longer in the middle of the voice coil, the self-inductance coefficient of the bone conduction loudspeaker is reduced, so that the high-frequency response of more than 10KHz is expanded and improved.
