On one hand, referring to fig. 1 to 4, the earphone device of the electronic device includes an input unit 1, a sound generating unit 2, a sound guiding channel 3, and a sound outlet 4, where the sound outlet 4 is disposed on a housing 5 of the electronic device, one end of the sound generating unit 2 is connected to the signal input unit 1, the other end of the sound generating unit 2 is connected to one end of the sound guiding channel 3, the other end of the sound guiding channel 3 is connected to the sound outlet 4, the signal input unit 1 is configured to input an audio signal to the sound generating unit 2, the sound generating unit 2 converts the audio signal into a sound signal and generates the sound signal, the sound guiding channel 3 adjusts the sound generated by the sound generating unit 2 to improve the sound quality thereof and guides the sound to the outside of the electronic device through the sound outlet 4, and the sound outlet 4 guides the sound generated by the sound generating unit 2 to the outside of the electronic device, the longer the diameter of the sound guide channel 3 is, the larger the diameter of the sound guide channel is, the slower the air column vibration in the tube body is, the lower the frequency of the air column vibration is, on the contrary, the faster the air column vibration is, the higher the frequency of the air column vibration is, and the tone can be changed along with the change of the frequency, so that the sound can be adjusted and optimized.
In order to enable the volume occupied by the earphone device of the electronic equipment not to be too large and ensure that the loudness of sound emitted by the earphone device of the electronic equipment is sufficiently large, the diameter of the sound outlet 4 is set to be 0.6-1.0 mm, in this embodiment, the diameter of the sound outlet 4 is preferably 0.9mm, and of course, a person skilled in the art can reasonably design or select the diameter of the sound outlet 4 according to actual needs, which is not limited by the disclosure, so that compared with the traditional earphone sound outlet, the sound outlet of the earphone device of the electronic equipment provided by the disclosure has a smaller size, the arrangement space on the shell 5 is wider, other structures cannot be affected, and the manufacturing cost can be saved.
Referring to fig. 3, sound generating unit 2 includes sound generating unit 2 and shock pad 21, shock pad 21 is pasted inside electronic equipment, sound generating unit 2 can be the moving-iron speaker, 2 parcels of shock pad are in on the sound generating unit 2, through increasing shock pad 21, can eliminate the unnecessary vibrations that sound generating unit 2 produced avoid sound generating unit 2 and the inside direct contact of electronic equipment produce unnecessary vibrations and noise, also avoid the inside electronic component of electronic equipment to damage because of frequent vibration, when earphone device is applied to such as the cell-phone and gets on electronic equipment, cell phone case produces unusual vibration sensation when the user talks because of vibrating and with hand, ear, face are huge when contacting when the earphone device, and shock pad 21 can also avoid the user to use the body to feel.
In the embodiment provided by the present disclosure, referring to fig. 2, the sound generating unit 2 and the sound guiding channel 3 may be linearly arranged inside the housing 5, and this setting mode may not only save the inner space of the housing 5, but also reduce the attenuation of sound generated by resistance in the outward transmission process, thereby ensuring better sound quality effect.
Leading sound passageway 3 is tubular structure, and its cross sectional shape can be circular, oval and square, prefers in this embodiment leading sound passageway 3's cross sectional shape is circular, leading sound passageway 3's internal diameter sets up at 0.6~1.0mm, leading sound passageway 3's external diameter sets up between 1.2~2.0mm, leading sound passageway 3's length sets up between 140~185mm, prefers in this embodiment leading sound passageway 3's internal diameter, external diameter and length are 0.9mm, 1.6mm and 165mm respectively.
The voice frequency band is usually 450-4.5 KHz, belongs to a middle-high frequency band, the wavelength is 76-760 mm, the length of the pipe is 140-185 mm, the length of the pipe is about 3 times of the high frequency sound wave and about 3 times shorter than the low frequency sound wave, therefore, high frequency can be transmitted in the pipe to collide with the pipe wall in a sound production way to counteract attenuation through refraction, low frequency vibration is slow, relative refraction is small due to long wavelength, and attenuation can not be realized due to the long air column in the pipe, therefore, the low frequency is improved, in addition, the thinner the tube, the more the high frequency component of the sound is, the sharper the sound is, the lower frequency sound wave can not be emitted, and the thicker the tube, the vice versa, therefore, after many verification, the size of the sound guiding channel 3 in this embodiment can ensure the loudness and quality of sound emitted by the earpiece device of the electronic device, and the earpiece device of the whole electronic device does not occupy too much space inside the electronic device.
In order to avoid sound leakage caused by the transmission of sound through the sound guide channel 3 and to take the aesthetic appearance of the earpiece device of the electronic device into consideration, the end of the sound guide channel 3 may abut against the inner end surface of the sound outlet hole 4, so that a gap between the sound guide channel 3 and the housing 5 may be avoided.
Referring to fig. 2, the signal input unit 1, the sound generating unit 2, the sound guide channel 3, and the sound outlet 4 are linearly arranged inside the electronic device, and such arrangement can not only enable the sound generated by the sound generating unit 2 to be smoothly guided out of the sound outlet 4, but also reduce the occupied space of the receiver device of the electronic device inside the electronic device, and improve the utilization rate of the internal space of the electronic device.
The sound guide channel 3 is used for transmitting the sound emitted by the sound emitting unit 2 to the sound outlet 4 after being adjusted, so that the sound guide channel 3 is made of a material which can meet a certain standard to ensure a good sound guide effect, the industry mostly uses resin materials and polyvinyl chloride materials, and the sound guide channel 3 is preferably made of the resin materials in the embodiment.
The function of the vibration-damping pad 21 is to prevent the sound-generating unit 2 from causing the vibration of the electronic device housing and other electronic components inside the electronic device to generate noise, and also to prevent the electronic components inside the electronic device from being damaged due to poor vibration, therefore, the vibration-damping pad 21 should be made of a material with good vibration-damping performance, such as: rubber, silicone rubber, etc., and in the present embodiment, the material of the cushion 21 is preferably rubber.

As shown in fig. 5-8, fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7 and fig. 8 represent the test effect graphs of the first embodiment, the second embodiment, the first comparative example and the second comparative example respectively, the upper and lower two regions of the upper and lower boxes in the graph are the upper and lower limits respectively, the middle curve is the test curve, the test curve is the ideal audio curve between the upper and lower limits, the sound with good quality can be played, the test curve exceeds the upper limit or falls below the lower limit to be the non-ideal curve, the sound with defect is played, the more the part of the test curve in the region between the upper and lower boxes is played, and vice versa, therefore, as can be seen from the graphs, the first embodiment: the moving iron unit, the sound guide channel and the shock pad have the best effect.
In order to avoid the end of the sound guide channel 3 connected to the sound outlet 4 from being affected by external dust and liquid (e.g., water and oil), the end of the sound guide channel 3 connected to the sound outlet 4 may be sequentially provided with a waterproof breathable membrane and a dust screen (not shown in the figure), i.e., the dust screen may be installed outside the waterproof breathable membrane for effective waterproofing and dust prevention.
The earphone device of the electronic equipment provided by the invention is simple in structure and reasonable in arrangement, the sound outlet 4 is arranged on the shell 5, the occupation of a screen of the electronic equipment can be reduced, the screen occupation ratio of the electronic equipment is improved, the sound production unit 2 is combined with the sound guide channel 3, the sound quality of the earphone device of the electronic equipment can be ensured, and the user experience effect is improved.
The present disclosure further provides an electronic device, including the earphone device of the electronic device as described above, where the electronic device has all the beneficial effects of the earphone device of the electronic device described above, and details are not repeated here.

Claims (9)
1. The earphone device of the electronic equipment is characterized by comprising a signal input unit, a sound production unit, a sound guide channel and a sound outlet hole, wherein the sound outlet hole is formed in a shell of the electronic equipment;
the signal input unit inputs an audio signal to the sound production unit;
the sound production unit converts the audio signal into a sound signal and emits the sound signal;
the sound guide channel adjusts the sound emitted by the sound emitting unit;
the sound outlet guides the sound emitted by the sound emitting unit to the outside.
2. The earphone device of electronic equipment according to claim 1, wherein the sound guide channel is a tubular structure, the sound guide channel is aligned with the sound outlet hole in a radial direction, the outer diameter of the sound guide channel is 1.2-2.0 mm, the inner diameter of the sound guide channel is 0.6-1.0 mm, and the length of the sound guide channel is 140-185 mm.
3. The earpiece device of claim 2, wherein the sound outlet hole has a diameter that is the same as an inner diameter of the sound guide channel.
4. The earpiece device of claim 1, further comprising a cushion wrapped around the sound emitting unit.
5. The earpiece device of claim 1, wherein the sound emitting unit, the sound guiding channel and the sound outlet are arranged in a straight line in a housing of the electronic device.
6. The earpiece device of claim 1, wherein the sound guide channel is made of a resin material or a polyvinyl chloride material.
7. The earpiece device of claim 1, wherein the cushion is made of rubber or silicone.
8. The earpiece device of claim 1, wherein a waterproof and breathable membrane and a dust screen are sequentially mounted at an end of the sound guide channel connected to the pinhole sound outlet.
9. An electronic device comprising an earpiece device of the electronic device of any of claims 1-8.
