Compared with the prior art, the embodiment disclosed in the technical scheme of the application has at least the following beneficial effects:
(1) By establishing a mapping relation between the production codes of the household appliances and the domain name information (namely, the first domain name information) of the first server so as to determine the first domain name information based on the production codes, on one hand, the household appliances in the same batch can be realized to adopt the domain name information provided by the same service provider, and a corresponding transmission link is established, so that the interaction requirements between different service providers and the corresponding household appliances are met, and on the other hand, the high-efficiency interaction between the selected first server and the terminal is facilitated based on the determined first domain name information.
(2) After a transmission link between the household electrical appliance and the first server is established according to the first domain name information, if a switching instruction is received, after the validity of the switching instruction is determined, a switching identification in the switching instruction is extracted, so that the domain name information of a corresponding third server is determined based on the switching identification, the domain name information is determined to be second domain name information, the second domain name information is sent to the household electrical appliance to configure the transmission link between the household electrical appliance and the third server, and the transmission link between the household electrical appliance and the first server is cut off, so that the switching of the server for sending the control instruction is realized, different servers can be configured according to different service providers, the configuration process is simplified, and finally the requirement of improving the interaction efficiency between the server and the household electrical appliance is met

and receiving network access information fed back by the household electrical appliance according to the network distribution information, and establishing a communication channel with a router through the network distribution information by the household electrical appliance.

the second domain name information is sent to the household appliance so that the household appliance configures a transmission link between the household appliance and the third server according to the second domain name information,
the third server is used for sending control instructions to the household electrical appliance and/or receiving operation parameters of the household electrical appliance through the transmission link.
