The implementation details of the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application are set forth in detail below:
fig. 3 shows a flowchart of a method for processing an instant messenger message according to an embodiment of the present application, which may be performed by a server, which may be the server 103 shown in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 3, the method for processing the instant messaging message at least includes steps S310 to S330, which are described in detail as follows:
in step S310, an instant messaging message of the first application that needs to be forwarded to the second application is obtained.
In one embodiment of the present application, the first application may be an instant messaging application, and the second application may be either an instant messaging application or a non-instant messaging application.
In an embodiment of the present application, the obtaining of the instant messaging message in the first application that needs to be forwarded to the second application may be obtaining an instant messaging message sent by the first application that is selected by a user and needs to be forwarded to the second application. The instant messaging message sent by the first application comprises at least one message and message attribute information corresponding to each message, wherein the message attribute information of each message comprises at least one of the following information: the message comprises identification information of the message, format information of message content, sending time of the message, sender information of the message and window information of the instant communication session in which the message is positioned.
In an embodiment of the present application, the identification information of the message may be a message ID (Identity Document), and the server may find the corresponding message content according to the message ID; the format information of the message content is used for indicating what format the message content is, such as a picture format, a text format, a file format, a video format, a web page link format, a public number article format, and the like; the sending time of the message is the time for sending the message; the sender information of the message is the related information of the user sending the message; the window information of the instant messaging session in which the message is located may be information of an instant messaging group in which the message sender is located, and the like.
In step S320, the instant messaging message is converted into an information format supported by the second application, so as to obtain the target information after format conversion.
In one embodiment of the present application, the information formats supported by the second application include an editable format and a non-editable format, so that when the instant messaging message is converted into the information format supported by the second application, the instant messaging message can be converted according to the information format selected by the user of the first application. For example, if the user of the first application selects to convert the instant messaging message into the editable format, the instant messaging message may be converted into the target information of the editable format; if the user of the first application selects to convert the instant messaging message into the non-editable format, the instant messaging message may be converted into the target information in the non-editable format.
In an embodiment of the present application, if the instant messaging message is converted into the target message in the non-editable format, after the target message is obtained, watermark information may be added to the target message, or the obtained target message may be encrypted.
In one embodiment of the present application, the editable format comprises an editable document format or the like, such as an online document format. Non-editable formats include picture formats, web page formats, and the like.
In an embodiment of the present application, if the instant messaging message is converted into the target information in the picture format, the first content that can be displayed by the picture and the second content that cannot be displayed by the picture, which are included in the instant messaging message, may be determined first, then the identification information corresponding to the second content is generated, and further the identification information corresponding to the second content and the first content are converted into the picture format, so as to obtain the target information.
In this embodiment, the first content may be text content, picture content, or the like that can be directly displayed through a picture; the second content may be a file, a video, a web page link, a public article, and the like, which cannot be shown by a picture. Because the second content is usually displayed in the form of the thumbnail when being displayed in the instant messaging message, in this case, the thumbnail cannot be viewed when being directly converted into the picture format, corresponding identification information can be generated for the content, and then the identification information is converted into the picture format, so that a user can conveniently acquire the corresponding content through the identification information.
In an embodiment of the application, the identification information corresponding to the second content may be an identification code, for example, a two-dimensional code, and after the two-dimensional code is generated in a picture, the second content may be acquired by scanning the two-dimensional code. Optionally, after the picture is generated according to the identification code corresponding to the second content and the first content, content profile information corresponding to the identification code may be added to the picture, so that the user can determine the content information corresponding to the identification code according to the content profile information corresponding to the identification code.
In one embodiment of the present application, if the instant messenger message is converted into target information in an editable document format, the editable document generated from the instant messenger message can add at least one of the following: comment content, comment content. In this case, the generated editable document may be sent to the second application, or a link to the generated editable document may be sent to the second application.
In one embodiment of the present application, if the instant messenger message is converted into the target information in the web page format, the link of the web page may be transmitted to the second application after the instant messenger message is converted into the web page format.
In step S330, the target information is sent to the second application.
In one embodiment of the present application, if the second application and the first application are both connected to the same server, the target information may be directly sent to the second application through the server; if the second application corresponds to a different server than the first application, the server of the first application may first send the target information obtained after the conversion to the server of the second application, and then the server of the second application sends the target information to the second application.
In an embodiment of the application, if the instant messaging message that needs to be forwarded to the first application in the first application is acquired, the server may directly forward the instant messaging message that needs to be forwarded to the first application, or forward the instant messaging message that needs to be forwarded to the first application after performing format conversion processing on the instant messaging message.
In an embodiment of the present application, a target user identifier corresponding to sender information of each message in the instant messaging message in the second application may also be determined according to a correspondence between a user identifier in the first application and a user identifier in the second application, and then the target user identifier corresponding to the sender information of each message in the second application is added to the target information. For example, because the enterprise wechat user may also be a wechat user, when the chat information in the enterprise wechat is forwarded to the wechat, the wechat identifier of the sending user of the chat information can be found according to the corresponding relationship between the enterprise wechat user and the sender enterprise wechat identifier carried in the forwarded chat information, so as to facilitate marking in the chat information, and also mark friend information.
The technical solution of the embodiment shown in fig. 3 enables forwarding of the instant messaging message between the instant messaging applications, and further can reach communication barriers between the instant messaging software, thereby implementing data intercommunication between the instant messaging software.
Fig. 4 shows a flowchart of a method for processing an instant messenger message according to an embodiment of the present application, which may be performed by a terminal device, such as the terminal device 101 shown in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 4, the method for processing the instant messaging message at least includes steps S410 to S430, which are described in detail as follows:

In one embodiment of the present application, the first application may provide a selection interface, and the user may select that at least one instant messaging message is required on the selection interface. The instant messaging message selected by the user may include a text message, a picture message, a video message, a web page link message, a public article message, etc.
In step S420, in response to the forwarding instruction for the instant messaging message, a forwarding option for the instant messaging message is displayed, where the forwarding option includes a first option for forwarding the instant messaging message to a second application.
In an embodiment of the present application, the forwarding instruction for the instant messaging message may be an instruction of an operation control related to the forwarding function triggered by a user, or a voice control instruction triggering the forwarding function, or the like.
In step S430, if the trigger operation for the first option is detected, the related information of the instant messaging message is sent to a server, so that the server converts the instant messaging message into target information supported by the second application, and sends the target information to the second application.
In one embodiment of the present application, the related information of the instant messaging message includes at least one of the following information: the message comprises identification information of the message, format information of message content, sending time of the message, sender information of the message and window information of the instant communication session in which the message is positioned.
In an embodiment of the present application, the forwarding option further includes an information format option after the instant messaging message is converted, where the information format option includes at least one of the following: an editable format option and a non-editable format option. In this case, the information format option selected by the user may be detected, and then the information format option selected by the user may be sent to the server, so that the server converts the instant messaging message into the aforementioned target information according to the information format option selected by the user.
In an embodiment of the application, the forwarding option further includes a second option for forwarding the instant messaging message to the first application. In this case, if the trigger operation for the second option is detected, the related information of the instant messaging message is sent to the server, so that the server sends the instant messaging message to the first application.
