背景技术

为保障设备的安全运行,运维人员需要定期开展环网柜的带电检测工作,主要包括柜内环境温湿度检测、电缆触头及母线温度检测、SF6气体检测、烟雾检测、设备局部放电检测等多项检测工作。同时,环网柜由于其自身小型化特点,其柜内空间相对狭小,关键部位处在密闭的空间中,巡检人员无法通过直观的方式开展设备运行状态的精细巡检和工况评估工作,因此,传统环网柜运维巡检模式已无法满足越来越复杂的系统管理需求。
针对环网柜当前在线监测水平较弱、基础功能缺失等不足导致配电网运行存在安全隐患的问题,本领域技术人员亟需提供一种基于物联网技术环网柜在线监测系统,实现环网柜设备状态在线检测、运行工况评估及异常预警功能,从而降低运维人员巡检工作强度,提高环网柜的智能化、信息化管理水平。

具体的,包括环网柜内环境及设备运行电量、非电量信息的全面采集监测。通过在环网柜柜体内部安装温度检测模块、湿度检测模块、烟雾检测模块、局部放电检测模块、主回路电气参量检测模块以及断路器分合闸及机械振动参量检测模块。在柜体表面加装SF6气体压力及湿度检测模块,以及门禁状态检测模块,实现环网柜状态全面综合感知和监测,形成环网柜综合监测体系。
