The working process and principle are as follows: in an initial state, the toothed bar 13 is positioned at one side close to the mounting bracket 1, the iris cutting mechanism 15 and the iris clamping mechanism 16 are both in an open state, one end of a cable to be peeled is placed at the through hole of the toothed bar 14, the driving device is started, the driving device drives the cam 6 to rotate clockwise, the cam 6 drives the driven part 7 to move upwards, the driven part 7 is matched with the return spring 17 to move up and down in a reciprocating manner, the driven part 7 drives the first slide rail 9 to move synchronously through the push rod 8, the first slide block 10 moves on the slide groove of the first slide rail 9 along with the movement of the first slide block and moves along the slide grooves of the third slide rail 12 and the second slide rail 11, the first slide block 10 drives the second slide rail 11 to move in a reciprocating manner in the horizontal direction due to the fact that the third slide rail 12 is fixed, the toothed bar 13 moves synchronously with the first slide rail, when the toothed bar 13 moves in a direction far away from the mounting bracket 1, the toothed bar 13 drives the toothed bar 14 to rotate, so as to drive the iris clamping mechanism 16 and the iris cutting mechanism 15 to close gradually, because the distance between the clamping block of the iris clamping mechanism 16 and the center of the gear ring 14 is smaller than the distance between the cutting blade of the iris cutting mechanism 15 and the center of the gear ring 14, the clamping block is abutted to the cable firstly and clamps the cable, meanwhile, the cable is limited to the center of the gear ring 14, then the gear ring 14 continues to rotate, the spring rod 20 is compressed, the cutting blade of the iris cutting mechanism 15 cuts the cable insulation layer, when the gear rod 13 moves towards the direction close to the mounting bracket 1, the gear rod 13 drives the iris cutting mechanism 15 and the iris clamping mechanism 16 to gradually open through the gear ring 14, so that the insulation layer is cut once, then the cable moves forwards for one end distance, the iris cutting mechanism 15 cuts the cable insulation layer again, and the operation is repeated in such a way, the cable insulation layer is cut into multiple sections, and the stripping is convenient.
When the thickness of the insulating layer of the cable is different, the motor 2 is started, the screw rod 3 is driven to rotate forwards or reversely, the thread block 4 moves upwards or downwards along the screw rod 3, the thread block 4 drives the guide rod 5 fixedly connected with the thread block to move synchronously, the guide rod 5 drives the second sliding block 19 to slide along the sliding rod 18, so that the inclination angle of the third sliding rail 12 is adjusted, when the insulating layer is thick, the inclination angle of the third sliding rail 12 is increased by adjusting the third sliding rail 12, the horizontal distance along which the first sliding block 10 slides is increased, namely the stroke of the first sliding block 10 in the horizontal direction is increased, so that the stroke of the tooth rod 13 moving in a reciprocating manner is increased, the angle of the tooth rod 13 driving the gear ring 14 to rotate in a reciprocating manner is increased, the opening and closing degrees of the iris cutting mechanism 15 and the iris clamping mechanism 16 are increased, namely the cutting depth of the cutting blade on the cable insulating layer is increased; when the insulating layer is thinner, adjust third slide rail 12 and make its inclination diminish, with above-mentioned process with the same reason, cutting blade reduces the depth of cut of cable insulating layer to the effect that the depth of cut can be adjusted according to insulating layer thickness has been realized.
