Background
The traditional circuit breaker in the power system is a spring energy storage structure, the opening and closing time is too long, and the judgment time of a controller is added, so that when the system has a short-circuit fault, the time for breaking the fault reaches more than 80ms, the voltage of the system is temporarily reduced, and a large-area power failure accident occurs.
Although the opening and closing speed of the high-speed vacuum circuit breaker based on the eddy current repulsion structure is greatly improved, the problems of long judging time and slow action of the traditional circuit breaker are solved, the adopted eddy current repulsion structure is assembled below the arc extinguish chamber, so that the device is high in size, can only be applied to special loads or functional places, cannot meet the requirements on interchangeability and universality, and the large-area popularization and use of the technology is limited.

the single-phase vortex repulsion structure comprises a vortex disc 2, a suction plate 3 and a middle shaft screw rod 4;
the upper end of the vortex disc 2 is provided with a closing coil 5, the lower end is provided with an opening coil 6, the closing coil 5 is connected with the opening coil 6 through a coil support rod 7,
the lower end of the opening coil 6 is connected with an opening maintaining magnetic yoke 8, the lower end surface of the opening maintaining magnetic yoke 8 is provided with a magnetic yoke supporting rod 9, and the lower end of the magnetic yoke supporting rod 9 is connected with a closing maintaining magnetic yoke 10;
the suction plate 3 is arranged between the opening holding yoke 8 and the closing holding yoke 10,
the middle shaft screw rod 4 penetrates through the closing coil 5, the vortex disc 2, the opening coil 6, the opening maintaining magnetic yoke 8, the suction plate 3 and the closing maintaining magnetic yoke 10 from top to bottom and extends downwards, and the middle shaft screw rod 4 is fixedly connected with the vortex disc 2 and the suction plate 3 respectively;
the lower end of the middle shaft screw rod 4 is connected with a terminal of a crank arm transmission mechanism 11, the other end of the crank arm transmission mechanism 11 is fixed on a main transmission shaft 12, the main transmission shaft 12 is fixedly connected with one end of a three-phase crank arm 13, and the other end of the three-phase crank arm 13 is fixedly connected with the lower end of an insulating buffer pull rod in the vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber 1.
Referring to fig. 2, a schematic diagram of a portion of the general intelligent high speed circuit breaker apparatus of fig. 1 is shown in cross-section; here, reference numeral 16 denotes a discharge capacitor, and reference numeral 17 denotes a charge capacitor. Fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of another view of the universal intelligent high speed circuit breaker apparatus of fig. 1;
the invention adopts single mechanism eddy current repulsion force to operate the driving mechanism, and drives the vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber 1 to complete the opening or closing function through the crank arm transmission mechanism 11. The working principle of the invention is as follows:
1. when the breaker is to be switched on, a switching-on loop is switched on through a switching-on button on a breaker panel and an electronic switch in a switch power supply is triggered to be switched on, a capacitor in the switch power supply discharges to a switching-on coil 6 to generate an alternating magnetic flux which passes through the vortex disc 2 and induces a vortex on the vortex disc 2, the direction of the alternating magnetic flux generated by the eddy current is opposite to that of the magnetic flux generated by the coil, so as to generate repulsion force, push the mechanism eddy current disc 2 to move downwards and drive the middle shaft screw rod 4 fixed with the mechanism eddy current disc to move downwards, the middle shaft screw rod 4 drives the connecting lever connected with the middle shaft screw rod to move clockwise, and the other end of the connecting lever connected with the movable conducting rod of the vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber 1 moves upwards to complete the closing process of the circuit breaker, at the moment, and the suction plate of the permanent magnet bistable state retaining mechanism on the operating mechanism moves to a switching-on position and is sucked by the switching-on retaining permanent magnet to complete the whole switching-on process.
2. When the breaker is to be opened, the opening loop is connected through an opening button on the breaker panel and an electronic switch in the switch power supply is triggered to be conducted, a capacitor in the switch power supply discharges electricity to an opening coil 5 to generate alternating magnetic flux which penetrates through the vortex disc 2 and induces vortex on the vortex disc 2, the direction of the alternating magnetic flux generated by the eddy current is opposite to that of the magnetic flux generated by the coil, so as to generate repulsion force, push the mechanism eddy current disc 2 to move upwards and drive the central shaft screw rod 4 fixed with the mechanism eddy current disc to move upwards, the middle shaft screw rod 4 drives the connecting lever connected with the middle shaft screw rod to do anticlockwise movement, and the other end of the connecting lever connected with the movable conducting rod of the vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber 1 moves downwards to complete the opening process of the circuit breaker, at the moment, the suction plate 3 of the permanent magnet bistable state retaining mechanism on the operating mechanism moves to the opening position and is held by the opening retaining permanent magnet to complete the whole opening process.
3. When the current passing through the breaker contact arm exceeds the action setting value, the built-in controller of the breaker samples, calculates and judges the current, and then sends a trigger pulse to a power supply trigger circuit of the breaker, so that the breaker is rapidly opened, a fault line is removed within 10ms, and the safe and continuous operation of the system is ensured.
The invention adopts a single-phase eddy repulsion force and a crank arm transmission operating mechanism, has few moving parts and light weight, has higher speed under the condition of the same repulsion force, and realizes the opening of 3ms and the closing of 10 ms.
Furthermore, according to the invention, a compression disc spring nut is arranged on the lower extension section of the middle shaft screw rod 4.
The universal intelligent high-speed circuit breaker device further comprises a current measuring element, wherein the current measuring element is sleeved on a contact arm of the circuit breaker after being sealed and poured, is used for measuring the current of a loop, the bottom of the current measuring element is fixed on a base of the circuit breaker, and a measuring secondary wire is led out from the inside of a component and is connected with a measuring interface of the controller 15.

Thus, the opening of the circuit breaker can be externally operated when a problem occurs in the device.

the single-phase vortex repulsion structure comprises a vortex disc (2), a suction plate (3) and a middle shaft screw (4); the upper end of the vortex disc (2) is provided with a closing coil (5), the lower end is provided with a breaking coil (6), the closing coil (5) is connected with the opening coil (6) through a coil support rod (7), the lower end of the opening coil (6) is connected with an opening maintaining magnetic yoke (8), the lower end surface of the opening maintaining magnetic yoke (8) is provided with a magnetic yoke supporting rod (9), the lower end of the magnetic yoke supporting rod (9) is connected with a closing maintaining magnetic yoke (10), the suction plate (3) is arranged between the opening holding magnetic yoke (8) and the closing holding magnetic yoke (10), the middle shaft screw (4) penetrates through the closing coil (5), the vortex disc (2), the opening coil (6), the opening maintaining magnetic yoke (8), the suction plate (3) and the closing maintaining magnetic yoke (10) from top to bottom and extends downwards, the middle shaft screw (4) is respectively and fixedly connected with the vortex disc (2) and the suction plate (3);
the lower end of the middle shaft screw rod (4) is connected with a terminal of a crank arm transmission mechanism (11), the other end of the crank arm transmission mechanism (11) is fixed on a main transmission shaft (12), the main transmission shaft (12) is fixedly connected with one end of a three-phase crank arm (13), and the other end of the three-phase crank arm (13) is fixedly connected with the lower end of an insulating buffer pull rod in a vacuum arc extinguish chamber (1).
