The vehicle information management and query system based on the cloud database as claimed in claim 1, wherein the use roles of the system include: the system comprises an administrator, insurance company personnel and finished automobile data processing personnel, wherein the administrator has all authorities, the insurance company personnel have inquiry authorities of all modules and batch export authorities of automobile type information management modules, the finished automobile data processing personnel have adding and modifying functions of all modules, the administrator sends a data rollback instruction to an RDS cloud database through a cloud server under the condition that data are wrong due to misoperation, the RDS cloud database applies for a blank cloud database instance, downloads a database mirror image of a latest version and an operation log on the cloud database instance, runs the content on the operation log, and restores the content of the cloud database to the last operation of the previous day.
