As shown in fig. 1, the embodiment proposes a express delivery adaptation system 100 for a full channel order, where the express delivery adaptation system 100 for a full channel order includes a first communication module 110, a priority configuration module 120, a selection module 130, a second communication module 140, and a storage module 150. The channel can be understood as a distribution channel (place), which is also called a network because the channel is also called a distribution channel (place), is extended to be a commodity sales route, is a circulation route of commodities, and is used for selling commodities of manufacturers to different areas by leading the commodities to a certain social network or an agent or a distributor to achieve the purpose of sales. The express adaptation system 100 for the full channel order can rapidly process the full channel order, and the processing efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the first communication module 110 is configured to interface multiple service channels and receive corresponding delivery order information. For example, the first communication module 110 interfaces with a service channel 1 and a service channel 2, respectively. The service channel 1 and the service channel 2 may include an entity channel and an e-commerce channel. Such as entity self-service stores, entity affiliate stores, electronic shelves, unions, etc. The e-commerce channels are, for example, third party e-commerce channels including residential e-commerce platforms such as panning-parlor stores, tianmao stores, jingdong stores, suning stores, guild stores, mei-rou stores, hungry stores, shang duo stores, amazon stores, express stores, tremble stores, and the like. Of course, the first communication module 110 can also interface with self-established channels, such as official malls, APP malls, wechat applets, H5 public numbers, and the like. That is to say, the business channels include at least one of an online third-party e-commerce platform channel, an online self-built platform channel, an offline store channel, an applet mall and an APP mall. By interfacing with a plurality of business channels, the first communication module 110 may receive delivery order information of all goods, the delivery order information may include order information, a delivery address and a receiving address, and the order information may include a kind of goods, a quantity of goods and customer information. After the first communication module 110 receives the delivery order information, the express adaptation system 100 for full channel orders can reasonably and effectively distribute the delivery order information of multiple business channels, so that full-intelligent and efficient commodity delivery is realized, the efficiency maximization of commodity circulation is realized, the cost optimization of order delivery is realized, and the maximization of service experience customer satisfaction is realized.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the order information in the delivery order information may also be a commodity code, the first communication module 110 may first search for the commodity code through a commodity basic information table, a commodity barcode or a package combination information table, and if the commodity code is found in any one of the commodity basic information table, the commodity barcode or the package combination information table, that is, the matching is successful, the delivery order information is matched with the delivery express delivery by the priority matching module 120. If the first communication module 110 does not find the goods code in the basic information table of the goods, the barcode of the goods, or the package combination information table, the first communication module 110 may return the delivery order information to the corresponding service channel.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, since the shipping order information includes the shipping address, the first communication module 110 may further identify the shipping address, and if the first communication module 110 cannot identify the shipping address, the first communication module 110 may return the shipping order information to the corresponding business channel.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the first communication module 110 may also encrypt important information in the shipping order information.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, after the first communication module 110 receives the shipping order information, the priority configuration module 120 may configure the express priority according to the order information, the receiving address and/or the shipping address. The priority configuration module 120 may include a first priority configuration module 121, a determination module 122, a second priority configuration module 123, and an identification module 124.
As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, the first priority configuration module 121 may first match the regional express priorities according to the shipping addresses and/or the receiving addresses, for example, when the first priority matching module 121 specifies the shipping addresses, that is, the regional express priorities are configured with the receiving addresses as the center, and the regional express priorities are divided into regions according to the receiving addresses. When the first priority matching module 121 designates a receiving address, that is, the receiving address is used as a center, the regional express priority is configured, and the receiving address is used for regional division. When the first priority matching module 121 designates a shipping address and a receiving address at the same time, the local express priority may also be configured with the receiving address as a center, and the receiving address is used for performing regional division. Of course, the first priority matching module 121 may also configure the express priority according to the weight of the product, the volume of the product, and/or the amount of the product, for example, when the amount of the product is relatively high, an express with a higher priority may be selected.
As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, when the first priority matching module 121 specifies a delivery address and matches a local express priority, the determining module 122 determines a coverage area of an express in the matched local express priority, and if the express in the local express priority cannot cover a receiving address, a delivery express is selected according to a default express priority. If the express in the matched express priority can cover the delivery address, the second priority matching module 122 reconfigures the priority of the express in the regional express priority, and the second priority matching module 122 matches the priority again through the commodity weight, the commodity amount or the commodity volume, so that the effect of quick matching is achieved, and the express priorities meeting different commodity requirements can be provided. It should be noted that the first priority matching module 121 and the second priority matching module 122 may perform operations simultaneously, that is, a plurality of regional express priorities may be matched according to the order information, the receiving address and the sending address. These regional express priorities may be used in combination or individually.
As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, it may also be identified by the identification module 124 whether the platform commodity identifier is included in the shipping order information, and if it is identified that the platform commodity information is included in the shipping order information, the express item specified by the platform may be taken as the shipping express item. Meanwhile, the identification module 124 may identify whether the delivery order information includes a promotion identifier, and if the delivery order information belongs to the promotion order information, the express item specified by the promotion identifier may be regarded as the delivery express item. The identification module 124 can identify the shipping order information first, so that the quantity of the shipping order information can be reduced, and the work efficiency of the first priority matching module 121, the judgment module 122 and the second priority matching module 123 can be improved.
As shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, after the express priority is configured by the priority configuration module 120, the final delivery express can be selected by the selection module 130. The selection module 130 selects a final delivery express from the default express priority and the configured express priority, for example, through the delivery order information. For example, when the shipment order information includes platform merchandise or includes a promotional identification, the selection module 130 may select the platform-specified courier as the shipment courier. For another example, when the delivery item in the delivery priority configured by the priority configuration module 120 cannot cover the receiving address, the selection module 130 may select the delivery item according to the delivery item in the default delivery priority. For another example, when the express in the express priority configured by the priority matching module 120 can override the receiving address, the selection module 130 may select to deliver the express according to the express in the configured express priority. It should be noted that the default express priority is stored in the storage module 150, and the delivery order information and the configured express priority are also stored in the storage module 150. After the selection module 130 determines the delivery express, the delivery order information is sent to the delivery express through the second communication module 140, and the delivery express is also sent to the delivery warehouse, so that delivery processing is realized.
As shown in fig. 4, this embodiment further provides an express delivery adaptation method for a full channel order, including:
s1: obtaining delivery order information, wherein the delivery order information comprises: order information, a delivery address and a receiving address;
s2: judging whether the configured express priority exists according to the delivery order information;
s3: if yes, selecting express as delivery express according to the configured express priority;
s4: if not, selecting the express as the delivery express according to a default express priority;
s5: and sending the delivery order information to the delivery express.
As shown in fig. 2, in step S1, the embodiment interfaces a plurality of business channels through the first communication module 110 and receives corresponding delivery order information.
1, in steps S2-S4, in this embodiment, the priority matching module 120 configures a priority of a courier according to the order information, the receiving address and the sending address, and then stores the configured courier priority in the storage module 150, so when receiving the delivery order information, by searching whether the configured courier priority exists in the storage module 150, if the configured courier priority exists, step S3 is performed, otherwise, step S4 is performed, and then the second communication module 140 sends the delivery order information and the delivery courier. According to the embodiment, the express delivery priority is matched, and then the delivery express delivery is selected according to the express delivery priority, so that the processing rate can be improved.
As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, the express delivery adaptation system of a full channel order may further include a warehouse screening module 160, where the warehouse screening module 160 is configured to screen out a shipping warehouse or a group of shipping warehouses suitable for shipping order information according to the order information. The warehouse screening module 160 includes a first screening submodule 161, a second screening submodule 162, and an identification submodule 163. The first filtering submodule 161 is configured to filter the warehouse that directly meets the requirement of the shipping order information, and use the warehouse as a shippable warehouse, for example, if warehouse a can meet the shipping order information in all warehouses, then the warehouse a can be filtered out and used as a shippable warehouse. When a certain warehouse cannot directly meet the delivery order information, the second screening submodule 162 screens out a plurality of warehouse combinations, so that the inventories of the plurality of warehouse combinations can meet the requirement of the delivery order information after being summarized, and the screened plurality of warehouse combinations with the minimum quantity are used as a delivery-capable warehouse group. For example, the stock summary of warehouse a and warehouse B may satisfy the requirement of shipping order information, and the stock summary of warehouse C, warehouse D, and warehouse E may satisfy the requirement of shipping order information, so the combination of warehouse a and warehouse B and the combination of warehouse C, warehouse D, and warehouse E may be regarded as a shippable warehouse group, and the combination of warehouse a and warehouse B may include the smallest number of warehouses, so the combination of warehouse a and warehouse B may be regarded as a shippable warehouse group. In this embodiment, the identification submodule 133 may also identify the shipping order information, for example, when the inventory of all the warehouses cannot meet the shipping order information, the identification submodule 133 may mark the shipping order information as an out-of-stock identification, and then the first communication module 130 feeds back the shipping order information to a service channel corresponding to the order information. For example, when the inventory of all the warehouses cannot meet the requirement of the shipping order information, the identification sub-module 133 marks the order information as an out-of-stock order, and the first communication module 130 feeds the out-of-stock order back to the corresponding service channel for processing.
As shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, when a shippable warehouse or a shippable warehouse group is screened out by the warehouse screening module 160, a final shipping warehouse or shipping warehouse group is matched in the shippable warehouse or the shippable warehouse group by the warehouse matching module 170 according to the warehouse priority, and when the final shipping warehouse or shipping warehouse group is the shipping warehouse group, the order information is split according to the shipping warehouse group.

The warehouse matching module 170 includes a decision sub-module 171, a priority calculation sub-module 172, a selection sub-module 173, and an order splitting sub-module 174. Since the shippable warehouse or the shippable warehouse group can be screened out by the warehouse screening module 160 and then it is determined by the determination sub-module 171 whether the quantity of the shippable warehouse or the shippable warehouse group is one, if the quantity of the shippable warehouse or the shippable warehouse group is one, the shippable warehouse or the shippable warehouse group is taken as the final shipment warehouse or the shippable warehouse group. The priority calculation sub-module 172 is configured to calculate the priority of the shippable warehouse or the shippable warehouse group according to the configured priority algorithm and the warehouse priority under the single rule. The selection sub-module 173 is configured to select the shippable warehouse or the shippable warehouse group with the highest priority as the final shipping warehouse or shipping warehouse group. If the final shipping warehouse is a shipping warehouse group, the order splitting sub-module 174 splits the order information according to the shipping warehouse group.
As shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, when the warehouse matching module 170 matches a final shipping warehouse or shipping warehouse group, the second communication module 150 sends the shipping order information to the shipping warehouse, or sends the split order information to the shipping warehouse group, so as to perform shipping processing.
As shown in fig. 7, the present embodiment further provides an electronic device, where the electronic device includes a processor 50 and a memory 60, where the memory 60 stores program instructions, and the processor 50 executes the program instructions to implement the above-mentioned configuration method for the data model.
