Because the 10-element is randomly generated amount and the transaction also occurs in real time, the user can hardly forge the transaction, and the acquired information is reliable due to the application of information acquisition modes such as recording and the like. Therefore, in the case that the "10-element" random amount transaction established by the digital asset information source identification module is consistent with the key transaction information of the transaction record acquired by the information acquisition module 103, it can be ensured that the digital asset information source used by the user is a payment instrument.
If it is determined in step S3 that the digital asset source identity used is not authentic, a digital asset source error result may be output in step S8 and the merchant may be alerted to terminate the transaction or to indicate that the transaction is at risk. The digital asset information source identity error result can also be applied to further user credit rating analysis, so that more reliable and real user credit rating analysis can be obtained.
Then, in the step S4 of identifying the user identity, the user identity is identified by the user identity identifying module 104, for example, in a face recognition manner, and compared with the corresponding identity database, and the identified user identity is then compared with the user identity information acquired by the information acquisition module 103 by the digital asset information processing module 106, if the two are consistent, the user identity is determined to be true, otherwise, the user identity is determined to be non-true.
If it is determined in step S4 that the user identity used is not authentic, a user identity error result may be output in step S9, and the merchant may be alerted to terminate the transaction or to indicate that the transaction is at risk. The user identity error result can also be applied to further user credit rating analysis, so that more reliable and real user credit rating analysis can be obtained.
It should be noted that step S3 and step S4 are not limited in order.
In the digital asset information recording step S5, if it is determined that the user identity is authentic and it is also determined that the digital production information source used by the user is a payment instrument, the digital asset information such as sesame credit or the like acquired by the information acquisition module is recorded as the digital asset information of the user on the payment instrument.
Similarly, through steps S1-S5 described above, the merchant may obtain digital asset information (e.g., "payment points") of the user in the WeChat via digital asset information collection device 100.

Claims (21)

1. A digital asset information collection device for collecting digital asset information from a plurality of digital asset information sources, comprising:
A digital asset information source identity module for establishing a transaction or transaction request between the digital asset information collection device and the digital asset information source having a randomly generated transaction amount;
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring transaction records or transaction request records, user identity information and digital asset information in the digital asset information source displayed by a user;
the user identity recognition module is used for recognizing a user in a biological characteristic mode, comparing the user with a corresponding identity database and recognizing the identity of the user; and
a digital asset information processing module configured to process the digital asset information,
the digital asset information processing module compares the key transaction information in the transaction or transaction request established by the digital asset information source identity recognition module with the key transaction information in the transaction record or transaction request record acquired by the information acquisition module, and if the key transaction information is consistent with the key transaction information in the transaction record or transaction request record, the authenticity of the used digital asset information source is judged, wherein the key transaction information comprises transaction amount and transaction party information;
The digital asset information processing module compares the identified user identity with the user identity information acquired by the information acquisition module, and if the user identity information is consistent with the user identity information, the authenticity of the user identity is judged;
wherein if the identity of the user and the authenticity of the used digital asset information source are determined, the digital asset information in the digital asset information source acquired by the information acquisition module is recorded as the digital asset information of the user.
2. The digital asset information collection device of claim 1 wherein the digital asset information processing module uses the digital asset information of the user from a plurality of digital asset information sources together for evaluating user credits.
3. The digital asset information collection device of claim 1 or 2, wherein the established transaction or transaction request between the digital asset information collection device and the digital asset information source comprises any one of the following:
transferring funds to the digital asset information source;
sending a fund transfer request to the digital asset information source;
completing funds payment to a third party through the digital asset information source;
Invoking a payment-like request of the digital asset information source.
4. The digital asset information collection device of claim 1, wherein,
the identity database is stored in the digital asset information acquisition device or is a cloud database for inquiry.
5. The digital asset information collection device of claim 1, wherein,
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring a plurality of key pages in the digital asset information source displayed by a user and identifying transaction records or transaction request records, user identity information and digital asset information displayed in the key pages.
6. The digital asset information collection device of claim 5, wherein,
the information acquisition module is further used for acquiring a randomly designated redundant page besides the key page, wherein the digital asset information processing module is used for inquiring the designated redundant page in the key page and the redundant page in the digital asset information source displayed by the user and acquired by the information acquisition module, and if the corresponding redundant page cannot be found, the digital asset information source is judged to be unreal.
7. The digital asset information collection device of claim 5 or 6, wherein,
the digital asset information acquisition device further comprises a screen recording module which is arranged on the same device with the digital asset information source, wherein the screen recording module is used for recording screen display content and sending the screen display content to the information acquisition module when a user operates the device where the digital asset information source is located, and the information acquisition module acquires transaction records or transaction request records, user identity information and digital asset information in the digital asset information source displayed by the user from the screen display content in an image identification mode.
8. The digital asset information collection device of claim 5 or 6, wherein,
the digital asset information acquisition device also comprises a screen recording module which is arranged on the same equipment with the information acquisition module, wherein the screen recording module is used for recording screen display content and sending the screen display content to the information acquisition module when a user operates the equipment where the digital asset information source is located, and the information acquisition module acquires transaction records or transaction request records, user identity information and digital asset information in the digital asset information source displayed by the user from the screen display content in an image identification mode.

the digital asset information processing module compares the transaction or transaction request established by the digital asset information source identity recognition module with key transaction information in the transaction record or transaction request record input by the input module, and if the transaction or transaction request is consistent with the key transaction information in the transaction record or transaction request record, the authenticity of the used digital asset information source is judged.

the user identity recognition module can recognize the user through fingerprint recognition, face recognition and other modes.
13. A digital asset information collection method for collecting digital asset information from a plurality of digital asset information sources using the digital asset information collection device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
a transaction or transaction request establishing step, in which a transaction or transaction request with a randomly generated transaction amount between the digital asset information acquisition device and the digital asset information source is established through the digital asset information source identification module;

a digital asset information source identification step, in which the digital asset information processing module compares the transaction or transaction request established by the digital asset information source identification module with the key transaction information in the transaction record or transaction request record acquired by the information acquisition module, if the two are consistent, the digital asset information source is judged to be real, otherwise, the digital asset information source is judged to be non-real;
A user identity identification step, in which a user is identified in a biological characteristic manner through a user identity identification module, the user identity is compared with a corresponding identity database, and the user identity is identified, then the digital asset information processing module compares the identified user identity with the user identity information acquired by the information acquisition module, if the identified user identity is consistent with the user identity information acquired by the information acquisition module, the user identity is judged to be true, otherwise, the user identity is judged to be non-true;
if it is determined that both the user identity and the digital asset information source used are authentic, a step of recording digital asset information is performed in which digital asset information in the digital asset information source acquired by the information acquisition module is recorded as digital asset information of the user.
14. The digital asset information collection method of claim 13, further comprising the step of using digital asset information from a plurality of digital asset information sources of the user in common by the digital asset information processing module to evaluate user credits.
15. A digital asset information collection method according to claim 13 or 14, wherein the established transaction or transaction request between the digital asset information collection device and the digital asset information source comprises any one of the following means:
Transferring funds to the digital asset information source;
sending a fund transfer request to the digital asset information source;
completing funds payment to a third party through the digital asset information source;
invoking a payment-like request of the digital asset information source.
16. The method of claim 13 or 14, wherein the key transaction information includes transaction amount and transaction party information.
17. The method according to claim 13 or 14, wherein the identity database is stored in the digital asset information collection device or is a cloud database available for query.
18. The method of claim 12, wherein,
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring a plurality of key pages in the digital asset information source displayed by a user and identifying transaction records or transaction request records, user identity information and digital asset information displayed in the key pages.

The digital asset information collection method according to claim 18, wherein the information collection module is further configured to obtain a randomly specified redundant page in addition to the key page, wherein the digital asset information processing module queries the specified redundant page in the key page and the redundant page in the digital asset information source displayed by the user and obtained by the information collection module, and if the corresponding redundant page cannot be found, determines that the digital asset information source used is not real.
20. A digital asset information collection method for collecting digital asset information from a plurality of digital asset information sources using the digital asset information collection device of claim 7 or 8, comprising the steps of:

a digital asset information source identification step, in which the digital asset information processing module compares the transaction or transaction request established by the digital asset information source identification module with the key transaction information in the transaction record or transaction request record acquired by the information acquisition module, if the two are consistent, the digital asset information source is judged to be real, otherwise, the digital asset information source is judged to be non-real;
A user identity identification step, in which a user is identified in a biological characteristic manner through a user identity identification module, the user identity is compared with a corresponding identity database, and the user identity is identified, then the digital asset information processing module compares the identified user identity with the user identity information acquired by the information acquisition module, if the identified user identity is consistent with the user identity information acquired by the information acquisition module, the user identity is judged to be true, otherwise, the user identity is judged to be non-true;
if it is determined that both the user identity and the digital asset information source used are authentic, a step of recording digital asset information is performed in which digital asset information in the digital asset information source acquired by the information acquisition module is recorded as digital asset information of the user.
21. A digital asset information collection method for collecting digital asset information from a number of digital asset information sources using the digital asset information collection device according to any one of claims 9 to 11, comprising the steps of:

If it is determined that both the user identity and the digital asset information source used are authentic, a step of recording digital asset information is performed in which digital asset information in the digital asset information source acquired by the information acquisition module is recorded as digital asset information of the user.
